This paper constructs a finite role-side readout package over the \(A_{5}\) substrate. It does not claim to derive the general Hilbert-space Born rule, solve the measurement problem, complete Bell/contextuality analysis, or supply quantum gravity. Its aim is more limited and architectural: to isolate the role-side data required by a later Material–Role Separation framework. Starting from the regular address container \({\mathbb{C}}{\lbrack A_{5}\rbrack}\), the paper fixes the irreducible channel labels \({Irr}{(A_{5})}\) and the finite Address–Born channel-capacity measure This is the finite-group Plancherel weight specialized to the \(A_{5}\) address container. Equivalently, \({({\dim\rho})}^{2}\) is the dimension of the \(\rho\)-sector \(V_{\rho} \otimes V_{\rho}^{\ast}\) of the regular address algebra, so \(\mu_{AB}\) is a normalized sector capacity rather than a postulated quadratic law. The terminology “Address–Born” refers only to this square channel accounting induced by regular address capacity. It does not mean that the general Hilbert-space Born rule, has been derived. The latter belongs to a downstream projector/effect readout bridge. The novelty claimed here is therefore not the representation-theoretic formula itself, but its placement inside an \(A_{5}\) readout architecture: regular address accounting, channel weights, binary-icosahedral readout bits, nonnegative observation kernels, signed signal kernels, and localized admission failures are separated and exported as one role-side package. The paper closes four finite role-side statements. First, once the regular address container \({\mathbb{C}}{\lbrack A_{5}\rbrack}\) is adopted, the channel-capacity measure on \({Irr}{(A_{5})}\) is fixed as \({\mu_{AB}{(\rho)}} = {{({\dim\rho})}^{2}/60}\). Second, this measure is a capacity measure over irreducible channels, not an observed probability law by itself. Third, observed probabilities require an admissible setup-dependent kernel \(K_{\Sigma,P}\) satisfying stochasticity, address factorization, symmetry compatibility, finite-protocol origin, and predictive compression. Fourth, the \(2I\) readout bits do not replace the container \({\mathbb{C}}{\lbrack A_{5}\rbrack}\) by \({\mathbb{C}}{\lbrack{2I}\rbrack}\); they enter only as lift-admitted signed-signal labels over the retained \(A_{5}\) channel support. Observation probabilities are not identified with \(\mu_{AB}\) alone. They arise only after admission of a nonnegative setup-dependent kernel, Signed readout data, including the skeleton \({\Phi{(\varepsilon_{sig},s)}} = {\varepsilon_{sig}s}\), are assigned to a signal or contrast layer rather than to the probability kernel. The deliverable is the package \({\mathsf{A}\mathsf{B}}_{Role}\), designed for export to the Hodge–McKay comparison and to the later \({MRS}^{\prime}\) selection grammar.

A Finite Address--Born Package over the A5 Substrate: Regular Capacity, Readout Bits, and Kernel Admission
This repository accompanies a finite Address--Born readout package over the A5 substrate. The paper does **not** claim to derive the general Hilbert-space Born rule, solve the measurement problem, complete Bell or contextuality analysis, or supply quantum gravity. Its narrower aim is to isolate the role-side data required by a later Material--Role Separation framework. Starting from the regular address container C[A5], the package fixes the irreducible channel labels Irr(A5) and the finite channel-capacity measure μAB(ρ)=60dim(ρ)2. Observation probabilities are kept separate from this capacity measure and are expressed through admitted setup-dependent kernels KΣ,P. The double cover 2I supplies signed readout bits and a signal/contrast skeleton rather than an independent probability law.The resulting export bundle ABRole records address support, Plancherel-type channel weight, readout bits, kernel admission, and explicit non-claim firewalls for downstream comparison with material-side sectors.
From a finite event record to Bell correlations and their loss under recording A pair is prepared together, read at two separated instruments, and allowed to leave a material record. This paper builds the correlation law from a real source geometry in Artian's Quantum Traction Theory. Its source-to-access equation is pK(r,s∣a,b)=C(KΩ)C[(Πr(a)⊗Πs(b)⊗I)KΩ] Here C is an additive, basis-invariant event capacity, Omega is the normalized orientation-neutral two-channel source, K is a specified record contact, and the projectors select the two instrument outputs. A real quarter-turn and a qualified shared-reference composition generate the readout algebra. Capacity symmetry fixes its quadratic weight. A separately stated capacity-to-frequency condition connects that weight to laboratory counts. The correlation follows before the Bell comparison For a phase-compensated record contact with overlap g between its two normalized record profiles, the construction gives EK(a,b)=−azbz−g(axbx+ayby),0≤g≤1. The intact-source limit is E = -a dot b. The same calculation yields the fixed-setting and optimized Bell responses: S45=2(1+g),Sopt=21+g2. Fresh independent record contacts multiply their overlaps. The paper derives the repeated-contact law, a capacity-based overlap calibration, uncertainty bounds, and a protocol that separates calibration from the Bell observations being judged. A source-first account with an explicit dependency map A1 supplies event-time labels and the clock-angle correspondence; A4 supplies the real dial; A5-X supplies completed-event support, with its inherited A6/A7 conditions. The two-channel preparation, balanced composition, capacity symmetry, frequency bridge, and record coupling are printed separately. Each theorem states exactly which conditions it uses. The Access uncertainty commutator is treated as a distinct inherited algebraic premise, rather than inferred from Bell correlations. When a receiver follows the source Version 2.0 constructs a matched receiver rather than assigning its transformation by name. Preserving every probability of the stated bilinear contact forces its transport to be the conjugate of the source transport, up to an overall phase: ∣rTVTUs∣2=∣rTs∣2for all r,s⟹V=eiαU. A finite set of basis and sum probes certifies this relation. A robust extension converts imperfect probe probabilities into an operator-error bound. Finite clock and shift operations then produce the comparison loop L=M+ω(I−M),ω=e2πi/d. The matched sector cancels the comparison phase while the unmatched sector retains it. This is a joint comparison law; each local readout can remain incompatible. The paper identifies the binary loop's ambiguity, provides additional probes that distinguish it, and transfers the Bell correlations into a complete detector record when the original carrier is consumed. One contact, two observable roles A specified marker contact supplies both the Bell record overlap and a resolved weak-measurement instrument: γK0K1=sinθ,=diag(cos(θ/2),sin(θ/2)),=diag(sin(θ/2),cos(θ/2)). An independent replay executes this instrument on all 40,032 tree records in the public Feng and colleagues archive, reproducing every stored decoder success/failure score. The main five-setting batch contains 32,000 records; the complete archive has six settings. The reproduced job-cluster residual probabilities are p = 0.0188753 and p = 0.0442603, respectively. These diagnose modest tension with the ideal instrument under the stated retrospective covariance. The matched QTT and quantum representations make the same archival predictions, so this replay is not a significance test between them. The package preserves the complete source-first Bell construction and adds finite receiver certificates, physical transport-error bounds, a common-contact derivation, five vector figures, a twelve-item achievements ledger, and offline reproducibility materials. The next operational question is precise: which independently qualified physical contact fixes both the record overlap and the receiver comparison response? Dependencies: QTT Main Book; finite address-capacity counting; real source histories and composition; A1-CHSH spinor character; Observation as Access.
Part XI places the standard quantum probability and measurement package inside theVBRC representation layer. The paper does not claim that quantum mechanics is the uniquemicroscopic law of the unread side, nor does it identify the unread coordinate with a hiddenphysical sector. In accordance with Part I, unread content reaches retained physics onlythrough a licensed summaryFXI = ΣXI(IXII), ΣXI := ΣHXI,PXI ,with any first-order formulaFXI = DXIIIXIItreated as a representative realization rather than as a universal primitive. The starting point is an already generated R3 retained channel, inherited from the lawgeneration papers. Part XI asks how this retained channel becomes a quantum observationinstance. The core result is that, once a normalized retained protocol weight, possiblyrepresented by a Hilbert state or by a configuration density/current under an additional localconfiguration gate, and a readout channel are declared, outcome probabilities are obtainedas pushforwards and conditional laws of the declared observation protocol:νt = (Πδobs)#µt.Thus probability is not inserted as a new structural force; it is the protocol-level readout ofpartial observation under IIP.The usual Born, PVM/POVM, and measurement-update formulas are then recorded asthe standard Hilbert-compatible branch:pk = Tr(ρEk), ρ 7→ ρk,under the declared positivity, normalization, event-additivity, and update gates. Theseformulas are not presented as a derivation of a unique microscopic ontology, but as thecompatibility readout by which the retained R3 channel agrees with ordinary quantummechanics where the Hilbert/Born gates are valid. Finally, Part XI records the EPR/Bell compatibility condition. VBRC does not posita local hidden-variable factorization behind the retained readout. Bell-violating quantumcorrelations are therefore not excluded by the framework; they are handled by the standardbipartite Hilbert/Born readout, while local factorizing hidden-variable representations areclassified as incompatible gates for the quantum branch.
A Kernel-Role Determinacy Theorem for Record Fixation, Fixed-Domain Quotients, and Boundary-Trace Normal Form This paper specializes the AASC kernel to the construction and use of quantum measurement records. Its central question is not initially how outcomes are produced, whether a wavefunction collapses, or which interpretation of quantum theory is correct. It asks what must be fixed for a measurement record to function as the same determinate physical and evidential object across retention, prospective use, deliberation, comparison, and report. For any non-degenerate determinate physical object, state, carrier, transformation, record, comparison, or endpoint, the paper takes the governing kernel to be: NDObj(x) ⇒ K(x) = (Adm, Stand, Ref, Irr). Admissibility, standing, reference, and irreversibility are therefore treated as necessary role conditions of determinate record use, not as an optional interpretive overlay added to an otherwise complete physical description. Measurement-record determinacy The manuscript constructs a fixed-domain measurement-record target in which a record must preserve: reference to the same construction token; standing-bearing evidential eligibility; admissible reuse; original act-time qualification; lawful redescription; retained and prospective record use; deliberative and comparative use; reportability and downstream inheritance. The resulting assignment space is quotiented by equivalence of standing-bearing measurement-record content. A rival quotient claiming exactly the same content collapses to the canonical measurement-record quotient. Representational differences that preserve the complete role content are treated as skin; differences affecting record identity, evidential ordering, admissibility, continuation, or downstream use remain physically relevant. Physically non-selective quantum regimes The paper then studies a physically non-selective quantum regime containing unitary branching, entanglement, decoherence, branch-local records, and stable local reports. The central result is conditional and target-specific: The bare unitary-entangling-decohering package can support multiple stable branch-local records without supplying a unique standing evidential record for the fixed construction-relative target. This is not a claim that branch-local records are unreal, unstable, or physically useless. It is a distinction between: physical occurrence of branch-local record structures; local branch-relative reportability; evidential role fixation for a record reused as the same standing object across the measurement practice. The paper shows that non-selective structures may agree on branch weights, density content, decoherence, correlations, instrument sums, channel closure, effect weights, projector orthogonality, and repeatability without selecting one fine record as the standing evidential record. Fixed-domain quotient and fixation commutation The theorem ladder establishes: fixed-domain assignment-space forcing; exact quotient construction for standing-bearing record content; same-scope equivalence collapse; fixation commutation under admissible transformation; inheritance of the original qualification requirement; persistence-bearing reuse; asymmetry exhaustion; anti-weakening; selector exhaustion. If evidential ordering varies across admissible assignments while the target requires one fixed-domain ordering, the ordering is not defined on that scope merely because numerical values or branch-local reports happen to coincide. The paper therefore treats measurement-record fixation as prior to the theory-level evidential reuse that depends on it. Boundary-trace normal form After internal and provenance/indexical routes have been exhausted, the residual same-domain route is a singleton stable boundary trace. Such a trace is not collapse dynamics, hidden-variable selection, or a new physical mechanism. It is an admissibility-preserving role anchor that can fix a record-bearing assignment only when its channel, incidence, transport law, original authority, and singleton-positive condition are independently warranted. The result distinguishes: sound partial selection from complete role fixation; unique trace value from unique original occupant; class-valued record fixation from raw-token fixation; later discovery of an original qualification from retroactive repair; physical record occurrence from standing evidential identity. Finite quantum specialization The paper occupies the abstract structure with an explicit finite two-branch quantum measurement domain containing: two outcomes; two fine records and one merged record; denominator-two branch weights; a balanced integer-amplitude state; density-table realization; selective and non-selective instrument maps; environment-record maps; projective branch maps; complementary effects; zero-product projectors; repeatability operations. On the declared balanced witness, amplitude weights, density weights, branch-map traces, effect weights, pointer records, instrument records, environment records, and channel records agree on the same branch architecture. Selective surfaces preserve the fine-record distinction. Non-selective surfaces agree only on the merged record. The fine records therefore remain separated, while the declared non-selective surfaces supply no singleton fine-record selector. The finite selector-boundary theorem eliminates the disjunction of candidate hidden selectors across the state, instrument, environment, channel, effect, and repeatability surfaces. The resulting diagnosis is precise: the missing structure is admissible fine-record role fixation, not further branch production, weighting, decoherence, stabilization, or repeatability. Scope and non-claims The manuscript establishes a finite, conditional, manuscript-facing theorem. It does not claim: to derive Hilbert-space quantum mechanics; to derive general POVM theory; to derive full projection-valued-measure theory; to reconstruct the full operator algebra; to provide a general Kraus representation theorem; to reconstruct complete positivity; to derive the continuum Born rule; to derive universal physical decoherence theory; to introduce a new collapse dynamics; to prove that no physical collapse process occurs in nature; to prove physical branch selection; to establish interpretive truth; to classify every possible physical measurement mechanism. The absence of a hidden selector on the declared finite non-selective surfaces is therefore not a theorem that no physical collapse or selection process can occur elsewhere. It is the finite theorem that those declared surfaces do not themselves supply the required fine-record selector. Relation to quantum interpretations The result does not deny the practical success of quantum theory, decoherence, branch-relative reporting, instrumental updates, or decision-theoretic methods. A practice aimed only at prediction, branch-local reporting, or instrumental updating may be a different target from the construction-relative record use studied here. If a theory claims to underwrite retained, prospective, deliberative, and evidential reuse of the same record-bearing construction token, it must preserve the relevant kernel roles and admit a standing-bearing fixation regime. Bare Everettian dynamics, without additional dynamics, ontological privileging, or admissible restriction to one constructional class, supplies no fine-record selector on the declared target. A strategy that preserves non-selective physics while restricting admissible record-fixation assignments belongs to a restriction-to-one-constructional-class route. Instrumentalist and QBist strategies instead reduce or redirect the target explanatory burden. Role in the AASC programme This paper provides the record-fixation layer of the AASC Quantum Determinacy Pair. Its companion Bell-scope work addresses the compatibility and no-signaling side of quantum witness determinacy. Together, the pair treats quantum records and witnesses as kernel-governed standing structures rather than as automatically determinate physical occurrences. The paper’s principal contribution is to identify the first failure point in a physically non-selective measurement regime: The initial problem is not necessarily the production of branch-local outcomes. It is the admissible fixation of the record role through which outcomes are retained, reported, remembered, compared, and used as evidence. The public Lean 4 formalization is synchronized with the finite measurement-boundary release v0.9.1 and provides the finite artifact for the declared effect, projector, compatibility, closed-stack, boundary-certificate, and audit layers. A Kernel-Role Determinacy Theorem for Bell-Witness Fixation, No-Signaling, and Tensor-Level Compatibility This manuscript develops a fixed-domain AASC analysis of Bell-nonlocal quantum entanglement as a theorem of reusable witness determinacy. It does not introduce hidden variables, modify quantum mechanics, derive Hilbert-space formalism from below, or propose a new signaling mechanism. Instead, it asks a prior structural question: once a Bell-type operational family is used as the same non-degenerate witness across settings, lawful transformations, retained records, comparison, and later classification, what admissible same-domain standing form is forced? The governing claim is that AASC is not an optional interpretive overlay on physics. Once an operational Bell family is asserted as a determinate reusable witness, admissibility, standing, reference, and irreversibility are already active as minimal necessity conditions of same-witness objecthood. Target instantiation therefore carries governance occupancy: an alleged determinate Bell witness with no admissible governance realization is not an empty alternative, but a refusal or retyping of the target. The manuscript defines finite operational Bell objects with explicit setting carriers, outcome families, channel/interface data, standing-token valuations, continuation and report/reuse structure, comparison profiles, and act-time status. It then defines object-indexed query sorts, dependent response families, exactly recoverable operational simulations, lawful Bell groupoids, six governance-effect functors, and target-active extensional governance equivalence. The result is a typed interface in which arbitrary native formalisms can be compared by their target-bearing governance effects rather than by their internal syntax. The central Bell-specific theorem states that every same-target candidate-admissible Bell-governance construction is forced component by component into the certified boundary-compatible standing form on the complete target-active practice. Candidate admissibility does not assume the canonical form at the outset. Instead, target occupancy, lawful transport, standing-flow exclusion, compatibility certification, coordinate-deviation exhaustion, and componentwise closure force exact target-bearing realization and governance equivalence to the canonical representative CP∗C^{*}_{P}CP∗. The target-induced governance quotient therefore has exactly one element. The Bell carrier is treated as a compatible empirical model on a finite measurement cover. Bell-local completion is identified with the existence of a global section, and Bell nonlocality is the obstruction to such a section. The manuscript separates operational marginal invariance, absence of controllable communication, and exclusion of same-domain standing transport. No-signaling is therefore preserved without retyping Bell nonlocality as superluminal communication, metric transport, distant repair, or hidden standing transfer. The finite-dimensional quantum specialization uses the standard bipartite tensor-product and local-POVM carrier. Every separable realization in that carrier is Bell-local; therefore, if the fixed Bell-nonlocal empirical model has such a finite-dimensional quantum realization, every realizing state in that carrier is entangled. Post-quantum Bell-nonlocal no-signaling models remain within the general witness theorem but outside the quantum-entanglement corollary. The accompanying Lean 4 development, release v0.8.0, directly verifies the finite Bell-side witness carrier: denominator-32 vector/Born weights, structural no-signaling, CHSH numerator 808080, all sixteen deterministic local extrema, finite denominator-32 Bell-local-envelope exclusion, and conditional endpoint routing. Its direct witness certificate is vectorBorn_flagship_spine, and its deepest released endpoint is reasonableDeepestFiniteEntanglement_spine. The manuscript-level typed governance interface, empirical lawful groupoid, compatibility equivalence, coordinate-deviation exhaustion, completed role collapse, candidate-to-canonical derivation, and finite-dimensional quantum specialization are not attributed to the released Lean layer. This paper is the Bell-witness member of the paired AASC quantum determinacy arc. The record-side manuscript, Admissible Record Construction in Physically Non-Selective Quantum Regimes, fixes when local physical record occurrences stand as the same evidential record objects. The present manuscript fixes when the Bell operational family sampled by such records stands as the same reusable witness. The paired endpoint is therefore: record-role fixation+Bell-witness compatibility.\text{record-role fixation} + \text{Bell-witness compatibility}.record-role fixation+Bell-witness compatibility. The manuscript is classificatory and eliminative rather than mechanistic. It does not claim that AASC generates the Bell probabilities or supplies a hidden physical influence. Its claim is that reusable Bell-witness determinacy strongly constrains how Bell-nonlocal correlations may be coherently classified on a fixed domain: not as independently complete local states later connected by a mechanism, not as Bell-local hidden-variable value assignments, not as superluminal signaling, and not as same-act repair, but as boundary-level compatibility carried by one standing-preserving Bell witness.
T92 establishes that the squared-amplitude probability rule in the reduced Q5 crossing sector is not postulated but follows from unitarity, norm preservation, and additive refinement consistency within the reduced two-channel architecture. The theorem works in the reduced crossing sectorHPQ=C2,obtained after the 5→3→2 reduction. The reduced transport generator is\[A = i\sigma_y=\begin{pmatrix}0 & 1 \\-1 & 0\end{pmatrix},\qquadA^\dagger = -A,\qquadA^2 = -I.\] Continuous transport is generated byU(t)=etA. The proof first establishes anti-Hermiticity:A†=−A. From this,U(t)†=etA†=e−tA=U(t)−1,So the transport operator is unitary:U(t)†U(t)=I. Unitarity then forces norm preservation:∥U(t)ψ∥2=∥ψ∥2. For normalized statesψ=P∣P⟩+Q∣Q⟩,∣P∣2+∣Q∣2=1,The theorem introduces an additive refinement consistency lemma. If a channel decomposes orthogonally,∣P∣2=∣P1∣2+∣P2∣2,Then the probability must satisfyPr(P)=Pr(P1)+Pr(P2). Assuming probability depends only on channel norm weight,Pr(P)=f(∣P∣2),The refinement condition forces the Cauchy functional equation\[f(x+y)=f(x)+f(y),\qquadf(1)=1.\] Monotonicity and nonnegativity force continuity on [0,1], and the unique continuous additive solution isf(x)=x. Therefore, the unique norm-preserving probability assignment in the reduced crossing sector isPr(P)=∣P∣2,Pr(Q)=∣Q∣2. T92 therefore upgrades the earlier reduced-sector Born interpretation from heuristic consistency to a mathematically constrained uniqueness statement within the two-channel architecture. Corollary 92.1 establishes channel resolution into the basis states∣P⟩=(1,0)T,∣Q⟩=(0,1)T,with probabilities determined by squared amplitudes. Corollary 92.2 shows that the Born assignment is preserved under Q5 transport because∣P(t)∣2+∣Q(t)∣2=1for all t. Corollary 92.3 gives the architectural interpretation of measurement. Measurement is interpreted not as an external collapse force but as forced resolution into one admissible barrier-coupled channel. The barrier selects admissible channels, while the amplitude distribution determines the resolution probability:Pr(channel C)=∣⟨C∣ψ⟩∣2. The theorem remains carefully bounded. It does not claim:- a derivation of the Born rule for arbitrary Hilbert spaces,- a complete solution to the quantum measurement problem,- or a derivation independent of the 5→3→2 reduction chain. The solid core is the reduced-sector statement:\[A^\dagger=-A\RightarrowU(t)\ \text{unitary}\Rightarrow\text{norm preservation}\Rightarrow\Pr(P)=|P|^2.\] T92 therefore provides the foundational probability justification underlying the interference law of T91 and strengthens the reduced Q5 transport interpretation by deriving the squared-amplitude rule from unitary reduced transport plus additive refinement consistency rather than taking it as a postulate.
