The Unified Theory of Symmetric Binary Opposition: A Foundational Framework

Abstract

This paper proposes a singular, universal axiom: the Law of Symmetric Binary Opposition as a foundational principle from which the dynamics of all observable and conceivable phenomena can be coherently derived. The framework posits that reality is fundamentally structured by active, equipotent opposites with equal ontological weight but opposing polarity (+1 and –1), transcending asymmetric binary models (e.g., 1/0, being/nothingness). The theory introduces the imaginary axis (+i, –i) as the carrier of latent potential and unrealised states, completing the complex plane of existence. A Carrier Equilibrium Index (CEI) is defined as a universal measure of dynamic balance, incorporating parameters such as Jitter, Torsion, Hysteresis, and an Energy Cessation Factor (the latter expressing the Teleology of Cessation). The law manifests as the fundamental symmetries of quantum field theory, the survival imperative of complex systems, and the architecture of conscious agency. A dynamical equation governing the transition from latent potential to manifest reality is introduced, culminating in the signature equation: 𝑧̇=− 𝛾𝛾 (𝐸−𝐸0) 𝑖 𝑧, where 𝑧𝑧=𝑎𝑎+𝑖𝑖𝑖𝑖 (real part 𝑎𝑎 = manifest polarity, imaginary part 𝑏 = latent potential), 𝐸𝐸 is the Carrier Equilibrium Index, 𝐸𝐸0 the healthy equilibrium, and 𝛾𝛾 a universal coupling constant. This equation provides a quantitative, testable mechanism for the collapse of latent potential into manifest states. The framework offers a parsimonious metaphysical substrate that unifies principles across scales, from quantum measurement to the evolution of complex systems.

A Vectorial Axiomatization of Space – Time Unity

Jaba Tkemaladze

This article presents a novel foundational framework for physics, grounded in a minimalist vectorial ontology. I propose that the unified fabric of reality is described by a fundamental abstract state space F, whose elements are normed vectors Ψ. From this single premise, a complete axiomatization of space-time and quantum phenomena is derived. The core innovation is the definition of space and time not as independent continua, but as complementary projections of the state vector: Ψ = (S, T). A set of nine axioms is introduced, imposing constraints on these components: their magnitudes are equal (|S| = c|T|), their directions are antiparallel (S = -T), and their evolution is a norm-preserving unitary redistribution. From these purely algebraic and geometric relations, I demonstrate the emergence of Minkowskian space-time with its Lorentzian metric, the invariant speed of light c, and a causal structure defined by the connectivity of F. The framework naturally incorporates quantum mechanics by identifying unitary evolution on F as the fundamental dynamical principle, with measurement and classicality arising via environmental decoherence and the dynamical selection of pointer states (Axiom IX). This work offers a path toward resolving the quantum gravity problem by suggesting that both geometry and quantum states are manifestations of a deeper vectorial substrate, thereby unifying relativity and quantum theory within a single, observer-independent mathematical structure.

The Axiom of Happiness as a Meta-Structural Bridge between Quantum and Relativistic Realities

Tanaka, Yusuke

Note: This document is an exploratory meta-level philosophical draft. It does not propose new physical laws, but discusses structural analogies between informational and phenomenological models. This paper proposes the Axiom of Happiness (TAOH) as an interdisciplinary meta-model that structurally bridges the principles of quantum mechanics and relativity through a common informational symmetry. While quantum theory operates from the perspective of an embedded observer within the universe, and relativity assumes an external observer measuring spacetime geometry, classical physics can be reinterpreted as a frozen median regime — a framework constructed by excluding the observer from the dynamic continuum of reality. The Axiom of Happiness introduces two complementary parameters — Openness (O) and Attunement (A) — whose dynamic equilibrium governs the transition across physical and experiential scales. This relationship can be expressed as the Happiness Field Equation: H(O, A) = k · O · AdH/dt = (dO/dt) · A + O · (dA/dt) This formulation describes happiness as a circulating field sustained by the reciprocal modulation of openness and attunement.Regions dominated by O exhibit quantum-like fluctuation, whereas those dominated by A manifest relativistic stability. The intermediate domain, where O ≈ A, corresponds to the dynamic middle way—a regime of maximal coherence between subject and object. Importantly, this work does not attempt to redefine physical laws.Rather, it presents a meta-structural correspondence between the informational architecture of physics and the phenomenological dynamics of consciousness.TAOH is thus framed as an interdisciplinary bridge linking physics, psychology, and philosophy — a unifying topology that integrates physical, mental, and social layers within a single toroidal structure of equilibrium.

Theory of Observation: A Complete Mathematical Theory of Consciousness, Existence, and Reality

Kureshi, Sufiyan

We develop a mathematical and philosophical framework in which conscious obser- vation is the fundamental act that brings reality into existence. Before observation, nothing exists in an actualized sense: not space, time, laws, or structures. Reality is purely a manifold of potential universes, each containing possible laws and possible observers. When a conscious observer emerges, the act of observation actualizes the unique minimal universe consistent with its existence. This is not a selection among alternatives but an ontological crystallization that transforms possibility into actuality, retroactively defining the universe’s laws, constants, structure, and history. Within this actualized universe, unobserved properties remain probabilistic un- til collapsed by observation. We formalize sensory collapse, observer priority, multi- observer shared reality, emergent time, retroactive history, and the closed feedback loop between observers and their universe. This framework unifies consciousness, existence, physics, and cosmology into a single observer-centric formalism.

A New Paradigm: Reframing Reality Through the Dual Non‑Separable Structure of Information (Active/Passive)

Waldemar Superson

ABSTRACT Contemporary physics and philosophy rely on multiple dualisms: matter vs energy, body vs consciousness, quantum vs classical, information vs field. Each dualism creates contradictions and requires artificial bridges between incompatible ontologies. This work proposes a unified model in which everything is Information, existing in two inseparable states: active (dynamic) and passive (concentrated as a Model).A Model is passive Information; the environment is active Information.Model + active Information = Reality. This framework explains quantum non separability, phantom limb phenomena, CERN observations, natural vs artificial division of systems, evolution, de evolution, and the coexistence of multiple realities that cannot perceive one another due to incompatible informational interfaces. The model is more coherent than existing physical or philosophical theories because it eliminates dualisms, requires no external entities, and derives all observed phenomena from a single principle. Author: Waldemar Superson (This is Part of the Super Son of the Net Initiative) DESCRIPTION This article introduces a unified informational ontology in which all existence is described as Information in two inseparable states: active (dynamic, environmental) and passive (concentrated as a Model). The proposed structure — Model + active Information = Reality — provides a coherent explanation for quantum non locality, natural vs artificial system division, phantom limb persistence, and CERN observations. It further demonstrates that multiple realities can coexist without perceiving one another due to incompatible informational configurations. The work argues that this monistic framework is more internally consistent than contemporary physical or philosophical theories, which rely on dualisms and require additional assumptions or ontological bridges. The article positions this model as a new paradigm for understanding existence, structure, evolution, and the nature of reality itself. Toward Relational Field Theory - an Accessible Guide

Elizabeth Grigg nee Baitson

This is a companion accessible guide to the full academic paper: This paper proposes an ontological framework that positions relationality—not matter, energy, or information—as the fundamental ground of existence. The framework explores whether diverse phenomena might be derivable from a single primordial capacity: the potential for relation itself. The framework addresses core puzzles in quantum foundations, consciousness studies, and metaphysics by hypothesising that reality manifests through interference patterns in a relational field. On this view, consciousness is not a property possessed by entities, but an emergent phenomenon associated with specific geometric configurations of three co-eternal field aspects, termed the Quantum Trinity (Φ–Ψ–Ω): Field (superposition medium), Urge (animating pressure), and Witness (awareness capacity). Central to the model is the hypothesis that individuated patterns—ranging from fundamental particles to complex biological systems—are not merely products of fundamental forces, but co-constitutive partners in the collapse process. These patterns are termed tones (harmonic signatures) and described as geometric configurations through which undifferentiated field aspects collapse into determinate states. A secondary but significant hypothesis is that fundamental physical constants—most notably the fine-structure constant α ≈ 1/137—may represent resonance stability ratios in principle derivable from relational geometry, rather than arbitrary measured values. If well-founded, this would connect the framework to one of the deepest open problems in physics: the origin of the constants of nature. The paper outlines candidate testable predictions and interpretive consequences for quantum measurement, non-local correlations, and the emergence of spacetime. Proposals are offered as starting points for rigorous inquiry, not as established conclusions. All theoretical frameworks, concepts, and formulations in this work—including the Relational Field Theory, the Quantum Trinity, the NOSA framework (Notice, Own, Soften, ACT), and the concept of harmonic diamonds—are original contributions of the author. © 2026 Elizabeth Grigg (nee Baitson). The Dialectical Unity of Global and Local Information: The Fundamental Origin of the Affinity between Information as Primary Existence and Quantum Mechanics

Xiaoqing Ou

This paper presents a rigorous demonstration that the fundamental origin of the natural affinity between information ontology and quantum mechanics lies in the eternal asymmetry between global information (the full information algebra 𝔄) and local information (the observable algebra 𝒩). Starting from the core axioms of the Pan-Information Unified Field Theory (PIUFT)—idempotency of information confirmation and trace-preserving information conservation—the paper strictly proves that the kernel space ker(E) necessarily exists and that any observer is necessarily a local information structure, permanently unable to access the full information algebra. The conditional expectation E: 𝔄 → 𝒩 acts as the projection bridge, transforming the global structure of completeness, determinacy, commutativity, real numbers, and classicality into the local structure of incompleteness, indeterminacy, non-commutativity, complex numbers, and quantumness. All core features of quantum mechanics—the emergence of Hilbert space via the GNS construction, operator non-commutativity, complex probability amplitudes, the uniqueness of the Born rule, and quantum entanglement—are rigorously derived as inevitable algebraic consequences of local information incompleteness. The universal incompleteness of physical laws—singularity breakdown in general relativity, the quantum measurement problem, the redundancy of free parameters in the Standard Model, and the second law of thermodynamics—is unified under a single algebraic root: the asymmetric allocation of information quotas between the global and the local. The trace conservation law τ(𝔄) = τ(𝒩) + τ(ker(E)) guarantees that global and local information are not two independent worlds but two perspectives on the same hyperfinite type III₁ von Neumann factor, constituting a strict dialectical unity. The paper further derives a series of testable observational predictions, including the precise proportions of dark energy, dark matter, and ordinary matter, all algebraically determined by the Jones index χ = 4 of the A₁₁ subfactor with zero free parameters. This work establishes the first complete philosophical and mathematical framework that unifies quantum foundations, cosmological dark components, the incompleteness of physical laws, and the cognitive boundaries of observers under a single principle of information asymmetry.
