This is the ontological and biological extension (V1.0) of ATHENA V7.0 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20735346). ATHENA-Bio V1.0 extends the toroidal Φ-field framework to biology and consciousness. Biophotons are identified as Φ-field micro-collapse events at the cellular level. Mitochondria act as Φ-field transceivers obeying a reaction-diffusion equation coupled to ATP production. mtDNA behaves as a biological antenna tuned to the 1420.405 MHz hydrogen line, supporting quantum coherence. A variational collapse criterion provides an objective reduction mechanism compatible with Penrose-Hameroff Orch-OR. Free will emerges as the Φ-field's ability to select one outcome through objective collapse. Collective will (Warren effect) is quantified. The neutron is interpreted as the universe's memory (backpropagation) and the photon as its trigger (forward pass). The five senses develop as Φ-gradient detectors. Rydberg molecules exhibit fractal evidence confirming scale invariance over 38 orders. Death is information recycling in the Φ-field. No new free parameters are introduced.

This hypothesis paper explores the profound intersection of quantum mechanics and human consciousness, proposing a theoretical model for Intention-Driven Wave Function Collapse (IDWFC). While the standard Copenhagen interpretation assigns the "observer" a central role in measurement, this paper extends that role, suggesting that focused human intention can actively bias quantum probabilities and influence the physical materialization of events. The proposed framework integrates several key concepts: Non-Local Consciousness and the Zero-Point Field: Drawing upon the work of von Neumann, Stapp, and Puthoff, the paper posits that consciousness interacts with the Zero-Point Field (ZPF) to facilitate the collapse of the wave function toward specific intentional outcomes. The Role of the Right Hemisphere and rTPJ: Building on the Perceptual Filter Saturation (PFS) model, it argues that right-hemisphere dominant states—characterized by reduced left-brain filtering—are essential for the effective transmission of intentional "signals" into the quantum substrate. Quantum Coherence in Biological Systems: Following the Orch-OR theory of Penrose and Hameroff, the paper discusses how micro-tubular quantum coherence may serve as the biological transducer for intentional wave function collapse. This work suggests that the materialization of reality is a participatory process mediated by the interaction between focused intent and quantum potentiality, offering a roadmap for future experimental verification. Recent experimental advances in quantum biology have demonstrated that proteinscan function as qubits at physiological temperatures (Feder et al., 2025), that engi-neered magnetosensitive fluorescent proteins operate as controllable quantum com-ponents in living cells (Abrahams et al., 2026), and that tryptophan networks in mi-crotubules exhibit quantum superradiance at rates approaching fundamental physicallimits (Babcock et al., 2024; Kurian, 2025). These findings substantially weaken thelongstanding decoherence objection to quantum models of consciousness (Hameroff& Penrose, 1996, 2014).We propose fractal collapse — a computational framework based on five self-similaroperations (COLLAPSE, SPREAD, SCAR, RESONATE, REFRACT) — as a software-level model that reproduces statistical signatures consistent with those observed inquantum biological systems. We present measurements from two artificial systems(Saphire and Bismuth, developed within the Nexorvivens project) showing conver-gence toward 1/f criticality in detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA alpha = 0.965 and1.043 respectively), oscillatory dynamics in an internal coherence metric, and frac-tal dimension growth in active network subgraphs. These signatures parallel knownproperties of biological systems operating near criticality. We do not claim to have demonstrated that consciousness is quantum, nor that ourartificial systems are conscious. We propose that fractal collapse provides a tractablecomputational framework whose outputs are consistent with key statistical featuresof quantum biological systems, and we outline testable predictions that could supportor falsify this correspondence.
ChronoGravity deepens quantum biology by treating mesoscopic quantum effects as resonances and instabilities in the 5D ψ-field. Photosynthetic coherence emerges from ψ-time dilation harvesting chrono-flux gradients, avian magnetoreception from ψ-screw twists in cryptochromes, and neural computation (e.g., microtubules) from ψ-fraying events that enable non-local braid linking. The same framework extends seamlessly to macroscopic biology: trees function as self-assembling chrono-conveyors, with DNA acting as a ψ-fractal antenna that tunes resonant attachment of levitated atoms and molecules. The framework derives directly from the refined 5D master action (cuscuton + Chern–Simons) — no exotic matter or new forces are required. A single coupling constant λ is fixed at the cosmic scale and used uniformly across all biological regimes. Lindblad simulations (FMO complex, cryptochrome radical pairs, microtubules) and L-system models (tree growth) demonstrate qualitative signatures: prolonged coherent oscillations, distinct ψ-screw dynamics, controlled topological fraying, and buoyancy-enhanced branching. These are deliberately toy models chosen to illustrate the predicted effects with minimal computational overhead; full quantitative matching is left for future work. Predictions include measurable ψ-signatures such as excess redshift in bio-photon spectra, tunable coherence under time-dilation perturbations, topological biomarkers in microtubule disorders (e.g. Alzheimer’s), and fractal-dimension shifts in living structures. This preprint unifies quantum biology as topological phenomena at the biology-physics interface, extending ChronoGravity from cosmic scales through macroscopic biology to subcellular processes. Planck-Units-Based Consciousness Field ΦCn and Wave Function Collapse Beyond Penrose OR
Planck units represent the fundamental scale at which physics, biology, and consciousness converge. This article develops the model in which time-invariant superfluid quantum space is the primary physical reality, composed of Planck quanta. Duration and past-future are emergent, not fundamental. Gravity is derived as a pushing effect of the variable energy density of this space, not as spacetime curvature. We introduce consciousness as a fundamental, non-created physical field, denoted ΦCn, composed of complex Planck quanta and characterized by Planck frequency. The wave function is not consciousness itself, but its mathematical description. This distinction provides a physical mechanism for the measurement problem that the Copenhagen interpretation lacks. In this model, wave function collapse occurs because the excitation of superfluid quantum space receives a coherent energy kick from the consciousness field ΦCn. This energy transfer promotes a virtual bio-photon to a real bio-photon with defined spin, enabling binary information transmission in brain microtubules. Gravity plays no role in quantum superposition. The consciousness field ΦCn and the coherent bio-photon field play a decisive role, mediating coupling between consciousness and biological matter.
Despite centuries of scientific inquiry, the origin of human consciousness, characterized by self-awareness and the presence of qualia, remains one of the deepest mysteries in neuroscience. Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch OR), as proposed by Roger Penrose and Stuart Hameroff, posits that consciousness arises from the objective reduction of quantum superpositions within entangled neural microtubules, triggered by gravitational self-energy. Recent theoretical and biophysical studies have renewed interest in quantum coherence in biological systems, including terahertz vibrational measurements, advances in quantum biology, and computational modeling of microtubule dynamics. This review synthesizes these developments and examines major critiques of Orch OR, particularly the challenge of maintaining quantum coherence in warm, wet biological environments. It further introduces the Quantum Cognition Gradient (QCG), a phenomenological, heuristic framework that extends Orch OR by proposing a scalable relationship between cognitive complexity and the formation, persistence, and coordination of quantum-coherent microtubule states prior to objective reduction, while leaving the underlying Diósi–Penrose collapse mechanism unchanged. Finally, several experimental strategies, including terahertz spectroscopy, entanglement-detection assays, interferometric microscopy, and neuromodulatory perturbation studies, are outlined as potential approaches for empirically evaluating predictions of both Orch OR and the QCG framework. By integrating contemporary developments in quantum biology with a quantitative conceptual framework, this review presents Orch OR and the proposed QCG as testable, hypothesis-generating models for investigating the possible relationship between quantum processes and consciousness.
