Abstract

--- ENGLISH ABSTRACT --- This interdisciplinary research paper establishes a formal synthesis between quantum biology, open quantum systems, and theoretical astrophysics under the unifying paradigm of quantum information theory ("It from Qubit"). We propose a scale-invariant mathematical framework demonstrating that biological boundary surfaces (such as the epigenome and cellular membranes) and cosmological event horizons operate as structurally isomorphic, information-encoding boundaries. By employing the Lindblad master equation and the formalism of partial tracing, we model macro-molecular stabilization and environmental decoherence not as a destructive loss of information, but as a coherent, non-local information transfer into the quantized degrees of freedom of the vacuum. --- ENGLISH ABSTRACT --- This interdisciplinary research repository establishes the formal, empirical, and technological foundation of Topological Quantum Information Cosmology (TQIK-SS-5.0, transitioning from QIK-SS-11.0). We demonstrate that the timeless θ-axis (theta-axis) of the 5D hyper-space, phenomenologically experienced in the state of Yoga Nidra, possesses a biophysical correlate predicated on a rigorous thermodynamic entropy reduction. Through the mathematical integration of a Euclidean instanton action within the Lindblad master equation, we prove how macroscopic cortical delta synchronization attenuates the effective environmental decoherence rate (γ_eff → 0), thereby generating an invariant, non-local quantum shield. To technologically operationalize this cosmological principle, the framework breaks with classical cryogenic paradigms. Inspired by quantum biological evolutionary prototypes—the nuclear π-stacking of DNA and the kinetic timescale asymmetry of the European robin (Erithacus rubecula)—a novel, room-temperature stable (T = 300 K) quantum metamaterial architecture is presented. Through the processual fusion of ultra-high vacuum lithography, helical carbon nanotubes acting as transversal Faraday cages, and an adaptive attosecond Floquet laser drive (λ = 311 nm), the exciton field is stabilized as a discrete time crystal for Measurement-Based Quantum Computation (MBQC). A closed-loop AI metrology elevates the mathematical realization probability of this room-temperature quantum processor to 83.7% within the current technological epoch. This framework bridges the translational gaps between metaphysical non-duality (Advaita Vedanta) and applied semiconductor engineering. To ensure global Freedom to Operate (FTO) and prevent monopolization by third parties via design-around patents, all architectural blueprints, material equivalents, parameter corridors, and network topologies within this repository and its underlying components are explicitly disclosed as open, defensive prior art. Highdimensional quantum information theory

Appel, Paul

The Reflection of the Cosmos: An Information-Ontological Unified Theory of Existence, Quantum Mechanics and Cosmology

Dieter Walter Liedtke

License: CC BY-NC-ND 1. Introduction and epistemological framework Despite extraordinary empirical successes, modern natural science faces a fundamental explanatory gap. The General Theory of Relativity (GTR) describes the macroscopic structure of space, time and gravitation with unrivalled precision, whilst quantum mechanics (QM) governs the probabilistic laws of the microscopic world. However, both theoretical foundations are based on incompatible mathematical and ontological assumptions: GR assumes a continuous, deterministic space-time continuum; QM operates on discrete, non-local state spaces and is inextricably linked to the unsolved measurement problem. Holistic Information Theory (HIT) proposes a formal extension of the physical frame of reference. It begins one step prior to spatio-temporal localisation and poses the fundamental question regarding the a priori condition under which physical quantities can arise, be distinguished and measured in the first place. Every scientific description necessarily begins with a distinction; every distinction encodes a difference, and every difference is, at its core, pure information. From this methodological premise, GIT deduces that information is not a secondary product of biological evolution or technical data processing, nor is it merely a property of matter. Information is the primary ontological quantity of existence. Space, time, gravity, light, energy and matter are established as secondary forms of organisation and manifestation of an all-encompassing, evolutionary information process. In this system, cognition and physical manifestation are not passive processes, but active acts of information creation, initiated by a directed ‘question’ – understood as a physical interaction or systemic coupling.

Thermal-Quantum-Chip Architecture and Industrial Blueprint | TQC-SS-5.0

Serhat Şıktaş

--- ENGLISH ABSTRACT --- This component contains the industrial hardware blueprint and the 14-phase Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the fabrication of the TQ-SS-5.0 Chip (Thermo-Quantum-Chip). It translates the biophysical principles of Topological Quantum Information Cosmology into a CMOS-compatible, room-temperature stable (T = 300 K) semiconductor architecture. The document details the manufacturing of a 50-nm Kagome lattice using High-NA EUV lithography and the electromagnetic pinning of chiral (18,18) carbon nanotubes (CNTs) acting as transversal Faraday cages. The core innovation—the steric pinch-off during the in-situ synthesis of CdSe/ZnS qubits via cyclic Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD)—mechanically guarantees a strict single-qubit occupancy per cavity, eliminating anomalous double occupancies and maximizing industrial yield (>98%). Furthermore, this document serves as a comprehensive Defensive Publication (Prior Art). Through legally defined material equivalents, parameter corridors, and macroscopic network agnosticism, it structurally preempts design-around patents and secures the global Freedom to Operate (FTO) for this Measurement-Based Quantum Computation (MBQC) framework. A concluding techno-economic analysis proves an 8.5-fold Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction via the elimination of cryogenic infrastructure.
