We formulate the evolution of a physical-computational universe as a dissipative gradient flow over a hybrid Wasserstein-Hilbert manifold, rigorously linearized via the Gorini-Kossakowski-Sudarshan-Lindblad (GKSL) generator and Koopman spectral theory. A central theoretical breakthrough of this work is the re-formalization of physical time: time is not postulated as an independent external parameter, but derived emergently as a geometric foliation of the dissipative, non-unitary quantum-information flow over the $C^*$-algebra of observables. We prove the existence of a "timeless invariant core" ($\mathcal{A}^*$) and a strictly defined causal arrow driven by entropy minimization. Furthermore, we provide exact analytic and numerical stationary Gaussian solutions for the $d=2$ spatial reduction. These solutions demonstrate a critical phase transition—an "information black hole" limit ($S_{BH}$) where macroscopic scale collapses, the Fisher information metric diverges, and the embedded observer's proper time freezes. Finally, the system's ability to self-modify its own dynamical laws is closed via an $\omega$-categorical meta-dynamical limit. This framework provides a fully computable foundation for advanced thermodynamic, cosmological, and autonomous AGI-level computational systems.

Version:v0.1-formalization Author:Vitaliy Bazarov(VIT-BAZ) ORCID:0009-0007-9967-5807 Status:Preprint / theoretical specification / formal research archive Description:This archive contains the current formalization package for the UAU–ESVG–SAAU–Σ* framework: a layered variational, spectral, categorical, operator-algebraic, and hardware-realizable theory of dissipative adaptive dynamical systems. The package includes a unified formalization synthesis, contradiction report, working mathematical instrument, categorical omega-closure formalization, GKSL operator-field formalization, and physical Sigma-star hardware/runtime layer. The framework should be read as a conditional mathematical and engineering specification. Claims of reconstruction, universality, and physical realization are valid only under the explicit assumptions stated in the documents: well-posed dissipative dynamics, admissible Koopman/GKSL spectral resolution, separating observables, finite effective sector or Σ*_ε approximation, and controlled physical implementation. Scientific Status Statement:This release is a theoretical and formal specification package. It contains conditional mathematical frameworks, proof programs, hardware abstraction layers, and contradiction audits. It is not a claim of completed silicon validation, medical validation, universal physical implementation, or experimentally verified cognition theory. Core Technical Statement:The central structure of the framework is: E(U) → b = -G∇E → Φ_t → K_t / L_K → Σ / Σ*_ε → Σ_agent → GKSL / τ_t / A* → EEG/FPGA/SAAU runtime → admissible categorical closure. Exact finite Σ* reconstruction requires finite Koopman closure and separating observables. In general implementations, Σ*_ε should be used as an approximate effective spectral kernel. Contents:1. This work presents an extended, mathematically complete formulation of the Information Geometry Unification Principle (IGUP), a foundational framework in which quantum mechanics, statistical thermodynamics, general relativity, and spacetime geometry emerge from a single information-theoretic ontology. We begin with rigorous axioms defining information as the primary physical substance, then systematically construct the Bures–Fisher–Rao metric on the manifold of quantum density matrices. We derive the universal information action functional and perform full variational derivations to obtain the unified field equations. We show explicitly how standard physical theories including the Schrödinger equation, Heisenberg picture, Liouville mechanics, classical thermodynamics, and Einstein field equations are recovered in appropriate limiting regimes. We further derive geometric expressions for entanglement, entropy, temperature, energy, and force. The theory resolves longstanding conceptual tensions between unitary quantum evolution and gravitational irreversibility, provides a natural resolution to the black hole information paradox, and yields eight concrete, experimentally testable predictions. This extended version includes full tensor calculus, covariant derivatives, curvature expansions, and limit theorems, amounting to a self-contained theory of everything based on Geometry=Information.
This record presents a consolidated theorem-safe formalization of the UAU/MOT/Sigma framework. The work integrates the Universal Attention Unit base metric, ESVG/SAAU variational dynamics, MOT Meta-Phase Operator Theory, GKSL and mean-field operator evolution, Koopman/Sigma spectral reconstruction, RG spectral cascades, observer-time foliation, LOGOS/Umwelt semantic interpretation, and finite hardware approximations. The framework is formulated as a conditional observable-reconstruction system over dissipative variational dynamics. Its central object combines a hybrid Wasserstein-Hilbert state manifold, lower-bounded energy functional, classical flow, Koopman and GKSL generators, spectral objects Sigma_dagger and Sigma_epsilon,T, timeless invariant core, RG cascade generator, and physical hardware approximation layer. The specification explicitly separates classical state flow, operator evolution, RG flow, hardware dynamics, and semantic observer rendering. A key contribution is the repair of earlier overclaims into theorem-safe form. Exact reconstruction is replaced by observable equivalence-class reconstruction unless observables separate states. Finite spectral objects are treated as tolerance- and horizon-dependent approximations. Spectral gaps, attractors, CPTP memory kernels, unbounded operator domains, and lambda-convexity are stated as explicit assumptions or verification targets rather than automatic consequences. The package also includes restored MOT v5.1 RG-cascade material, an Ornstein-Uhlenbeck worked example, interaction-matrix analysis for a candidate RG bifurcation hypothesis, hardware/SAAM validation notes, and a registry of open mathematical problems. The result is a structured research framework connecting energy-information utility, dissipative geometry, spectral observability, adaptive hardware, and observer-relative semantic projection.
Abstract The ontological status of time remains unresolved in fundamental physics. In quantum mechanics, time appears as an external classical parameter, whereas in general relativity it is dynamical and intertwined with spacetime geometry. Canonical approaches to quantum gravity, most notably the Wheeler–DeWitt formulation, eliminate time altogether, leading to the well-known “problem of time.” These tensions motivate frameworks in which time is not fundamental but emergent. In this work, we propose a discrete, update-based framework in which the universe evolves through a sequence of global quantum states indexed by an abstract update parameter rather than by a physical time coordinate. Evolution is formulated as a completely positive, trace-preserving (CPTP) quantum channel acting on the universal density operator, ensuring exact conservation of probability and global quantum information at every update. The framework is deliberately conservative: it preserves the formal structure of quantum mechanics and quantum field theory, enforces vacuum stability, and supports global conservation laws without introducing new dynamical postulates. Within this setting, time emerges relationally at the level of subsystems. As subsystems become increasingly entangled with their environments, entropy gradients arise that define an effective arrow of time, closely aligned with the thermodynamic arrow. The resulting temporal flow is relative, statistical, and observer-dependent, while the global evolution remains information-preserving and, in the closed-system limit, reversible. We explore the implications of this framework for cosmology and black hole physics. The Big Bang is reinterpreted as an initial quantum state rather than a singular beginning of time, avoiding temporal singularities. Black hole evaporation is shown to be compatible with unitary evolution when the full quantum state is considered, naturally reproducing the expected Page curve and resolving the apparent information paradox. Overall, the framework provides a coherent, minimal setting in which time, irreversibility, and cosmological history emerge from quantum correlations rather than from a fundamental temporal background.
We construct a mathematically rigorous framework for an algorithmic theory of reality (ATR), deriving emergent spacetime and gravity from purely informational, pre-geometric axioms. Operating within a finite-dimensional Hilbert space with no assumed spacetime structure, we formalize the observer as a context-dependent, attention-parameterized POVM acting on a sub-state of a timeless global pure state. The Born rule is derived (not assumed) from Gleason's theorem and its POVM extension [Busch 2003]. Time emerges via the Page-Wootters mechanism, while the observer's selective measurement strategy is shown to be thermodynamically optimal under the Bennett-Landauer erasure limit. Equipping the observer's attention parameter space with the Quantum Fisher Information Metric (QFIM), we obtain an emergent Riemannian geometry bridged to Lorentzian signature via an analytically justified Wick rotation, whose causal structure is shown to be uniquely determined by the Lieb-Robinson bound of the underlying dynamics. By demonstrating that the observer's local Lindblad dynamics exhibit a strictly positive spectral gap (via the Frigerio-Verri irreducibility criterion), we derive the entanglement area law from exponential correlation decay and recover Newton's constant G as an emergent parameter. Einstein's field equations follow as thermodynamic consistency conditions across attention horizons — with no conjectural input for the form of the equations. The preferred factorization (tensor product structure) problem is resolved in principle via thermodynamic Darwinism: only factorizations that group spatially correlated degrees of freedom sustain long-lived observers. The framework offers natural resolutions for black hole singularities and the ER=EPR correspondence, and yields quantitative, falsifiable predictions — including a sub-tick correlation plateau in superconducting qubits, shown by explicit Hamiltonian simulation to be detectable at 199𝜎significancewithcurrenttechnology.Version3Update(April2026)§3.2:Explicitdefinitionsaddedforobserverclockparameters(\nu_\alpha$, Δtα). §9.3: Upgraded Prediction 9.4 to a rigorous first-principles Hamiltonian simulation. Falsification: Ruled out stroboscopic aliasing via an off-resonant control simulation. Proofs: Hardened the structural derivations linking the spectral gap to the Einstein Field Equations.
This technical treatise develops the unified mathematical extension of the Primary Logical Infrastructure (PLI) framework (Sottosanti, 2026). By mapping the continuous spacetime manifold onto a discrete, graph-theoretical matrix (G_p), the analytical and physical breakdowns of orthodox continuous physics are systematically regularized. First, bridging the author's foundational work on syntactic expansions (Φ_{I → IV}) to wave mechanics, this paper proposes a resolution to the quantum measurement paradox by modeling wave function collapse as a bandwidth-saturation phenomenon (I ≥ C_max), leveraging spectral graph theory and Laplacian eigenvectors via the Dynamic Transition Syntax (DTS). Second, it addresses the cosmological fine-tuning problem by replacing spatial multiverses with a sequential, iterative execution loop driven by a deterministic topological matrix mutation operator (Ω), aiming to ensure macro-state invariance across cosmic resets. Third, it evaluates the interior of black holes through a localized Syntactic Deceleration function γ(r), arguing that as the local informational flux approaches the capacity threshold (I(r) → C_max), the temporal step drops asymptotically to zero (Δτ → 0), substituting the relativistic physical singularity with a clean, sub-metric computational runtime freeze. The compilation of Addenda II, III, and IV completes the architectural extensions of the PLI, arguing that the universe can be completely and rigorously modeled as a self-contained, non-divergent computational system.
