This paper introduces a Quantum and Blockchain Integrated Legal Intelligence Framework (QBLIF) for the probabilistic assessment of evidence and the optimization of sentencing in computational jurisprudence. The proposed Quantum Probabilistic Sentencing Optimization Algorithm (QPSOA) employs quantum amplitude estimation and variational quantum circuits to enhance Bayesian evidence aggregation and decision uncertainty models. Quantum subroutines can compute likelihoods faster than classical Bayesian networks and reduce inference time by up to 65 %. To ensure data integrity, the framework incorporates a permissioned Hyperledger blockchain layer to securely store evidential data, algorithm parameters, and decision outputs as tamper-evident, using cryptographically signed smart contracts. This blockchain implementation ensures nonrepudiation, transparency, and decentralized verification of all steps involved in judicial inference. The system is optimized at the system level to perform multi-objective functions that balance fairness constraints, moral compliance, and consistency in sentencing, leveraging quantum-enhanced probabilistic reasoning. Simulated legal data experiments demonstrate that the system improves accuracy (92.4 %), bias mitigation, and auditability while maintaining a low latency of 2.7 ms per transaction. With the help of quantum computing and clear blockchain records, QBLIF offers a new way for AI to make legal decisions that guarantee fairness, accountability, and ethical handling of digital justice processes

A quantum-enabled blockchain architecture for secure and efficient supply chain management is created by combining quantum optimization, decentralized transaction control, and post-quantum security enforcement. Supply chain decision factors such as supplier allocation, routing optimization, and inventory coordination are framed as combinatorial optimization problems and solved using the Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm. The optimum decision outputs are carried out via blockchain-based smart contracts, which enable automatic validation, transparent processing, and immutable transaction storage. A quantum-resistant security layer allows for safe authentication, encrypted communication, and attackresistant transaction verification against both classical and quantum adversaries. A multi-tier simulated supply chain environment is used to evaluate system performance, which includes measures such as latency, throughput, optimization accuracy, security resilience, and operational cost. When compared to traditional supply chain and blockchain-based implementations, the results show faster convergence, lower transaction latency, more security, and greater transparency. The findings support the efficacy of combining quantum optimization, decentralized ledgers, and quantum-resilient encryption for next-generation intelligent supply chains.
The convergence of quantum computing, blockchain technologies, and contextual artificial intelligence offers a transformative opportunity to meet the growing demands of secure, adaptive, and decentralized systems. However, most existing approaches focus on isolated or pairwise integrations of these technologies and do not provide a comprehensive architectural synthesis. This paper introduces a quantum-classical hybrid architecture that unifies quantum-enhanced cryptographic processing, blockchain-based trust mechanisms, and context-aware AI reasoning within a modular and interoperable system design. The proposed architecture consists of four interoperable layers: a quantum layer for cryptographic functions and computational enhancements, a classical layer for coordination and orchestration, a contextual AI layer for real-time inference and adaptation, and a blockchain layer for transparent and tamper-resistant record keeping. A key innovation of this architecture lies in its use of contextual AI models, such as transformers, to interpret dynamic environments and guide decisions across quantum and blockchain components. This paper presents use cases in healthcare, finance, and supply chain domains which are theoretical, yet based on realistic challenges and operational demands. These scenarios illustrate how each layer of the architecture contributes to practical decision-making, enhancing the feasibility of future deployments. The paper also discusses implementation challenges such as quantum hardware limitations, integration complexity, and data privacy, and outlines a trajectory for advancement through quantum middleware, explainable AI, and post-quantum cryptographic integration. By aligning emerging technologies within a unified structure, this study offers a forward-looking blueprint for secure, intelligent, and context-aware systems in decentralized environments.
The integration of quantum computing with blockchain technology has the potential to revolutionize the landscape of decentralized systems. This chapter discusses the transformative synergy between these technologies, with a focus on its implications for next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) applications within the blockchain domain. As blockchain continues to evolve as a trusted and immutable ledger, the deployment of quantum computing holds promises for enhancing security, scalability, and the capabilities of AI-driven smart contracts and consensus mechanisms. This work discusses the core principles of quantum computing and their applicability to blockchain technology. Quantum bits (qubits) can significantly enhance the cryptographic and consensus aspects of blockchain, making it more robust against traditional attacks, such as those related to public key cryptography (PKI). Furthermore, this work discusses the role of quantum-enhanced AI within the blockchain ecosystem. The integration of quantum machine learning and quantum neural networks into smart contracts and consensus algorithms opens new possibilities for improving decision-making processes, enhancing data analytics, and enabling predictive AI models on the blockchain.
The integration of blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) has revolutionized secure, transparent, and decentralized applications. However, the security of blockchain-based AI models remains reliant on classical cryptographic techniques, such as RSA and ECC, which are increasingly vulnerable to emerging quantum computing threats. This study investigates how quantum cryptographic techniques can enhance the security and resilience of blockchain-based AI applications. Specifically, it explores the role of Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) in securing key exchanges, post-quantum cryptographic (PQC) algorithms in fortifying data encryption, and quantum hashing techniques in protecting blockchain consensus mechanisms. The research evaluates the feasibility, implementation challenges, and performance implications of quantum-enhanced security frameworks for AI-driven blockchain networks. By addressing these concerns, this study establishes a foundation for developing quantum-secured blockchain infrastructures that safeguard AI transactions against future quantum threats while ensuring trust, transparency, and scalability in decentralized applications.
Decentralized finance (DeFi) uses smart contracts to automate payments, lending, and asset management, but current blockchains often suffer from slow, expensive, and energy-hungry execution. In this project, I explore a quantum-enhanced optimization framework for smart contract–based financial services. The main idea is to treat gas use, transaction ordering, and resource allocation as optimization problems that can be tackled by hybrid quantum–classical algorithms. Using a conceptual model, I map smart contract execution to cost functions suitable for the Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA) and the Variational Quantum Eigensolver (VQE). I then compare, at a qualitative level, how these quantum-inspired approaches differ from classical heuristics in terms of expected throughput, latency, and cost. A focused literature review on quantum computing, blockchain scalability, and quantum-safe cryptography provides context for these ideas. The results suggest that quantum-enhanced optimization could reduce gas fees, improve transaction scheduling, and support more efficient consensus under heavy load. The project also discusses the need for post-quantum security so that future quantum computers do not undermine blockchain trust. Overall, the work outlines how quantum computing might contribute to faster, safer, and more sustainable automated financial systems.
Presently, smart sensors ensure commercial decisions where integrated electronic systems can be securely organized using blockchain and quantum computing because of their unique characteristics and features. In the current scenario, large-scale quantum computers can be built in which most current cryptographic systems can be hacked. Since digital and quantum computers can conduct computations simultaneously, a quantum tool for blockchain framework design is required. Based on these concerns in this research, an enhanced quantum-assisted blockchain security model using the artificial intelligence (EQ-BSM-AI) technique has been proposed. This model validates cryptosystems and blockchain technologies to determine their vulnerability to quantum attacks. Further, in this model, quantum assisted edge computing technique has been used to model the Human-centric Internet of Things (HIoT) system by introducing a quantum key generation process. Based on the post-quantum blockchain (PQB), a secured cryptosystem that is highly resistant to quantum computer attacks has been introduced in this research. This quantum channel with multiple inputs and outputs (MIMO) is designed for a quantum-based communication system to make this model more efficient and withstand errors. In EQ-BSM-AI, an improved quantum encryption algorithm (IQEA) stores the keys for encryption with a generalized probability accumulation model. For the current quantum computers and communications, our proposed system resulted in an improved sampling error reduction of 12.4%, enhanced efficiency of quantum entanglement of 96.3%, information randomness of 93.9%, correlation analysis of 93.2%, and increased resistance to quantum computing attacks of 90.8% when compared with other existing approaches.
