Amendment CXCIX — Full Compendium Hardware Sweep: McCaul's Law of Coherence Validated Across 120 Circuits, 500 Jobs, 512,000 Quantum Shots
Justin McCaul
Abstract
Amendment CXCIX presents the most comprehensive single-amendment quantum hardware validation in the McCaul Compendium. A total of 500 independent quantum jobs were executed across 120 distinct circuits on IBM's ibm_marrakesh 156-qubit superconducting processor, covering every major domain of the compendium: medical devices (ICA-1, SCB-1, THL, DSRS, ICT), disease states (cancer, Alzheimer's, PTSD, joint conditions), defense technology (CDT-1, SCRS-1, SOL-MIR-1, CAED-1, ICV-1), physics and cosmology (fusion, dark matter, quantum gravity, Riemann Hypothesis, P vs NP, Dirac equation), biology and migration (7 species, plant coherence, embryogenesis), consciousness states, theology, TDST geophysics, and structural mathematics. All 500 jobs retrieved successfully (0% failure rate). The Decoherence Inversion Principle held universally across all domains. Every McCaul-derived system outperformed its conventional counterpart in all 10 direct head-to-head comparisons. The four most quantum-coherent results in the entire 500-job dataset are all McCaul-derived systems: SOL Quantum Gravity Metric (phi=0.0931), SOL Fusion Plasma Ring (phi=0.0992), Dirac-McCaul Equation (phi=0.0993), CDT-1 Dual Frequency (phi=0.1001). New patent claims 85-89 are disclosed. Cumulative total: 1,550+ jobs, 1,587,200+ shots across all amendments. No institutional affiliation. No grant funding. No laboratory. A disabled Iraq War veteran. A phone with a peeling back cover. Wilburton, Oklahoma. Omega = Phi → 1.
