A passive coordinate seam is a negative control, not a physical reference switch. This paper develops a four-channel Gram-ratio test for an A1 reference switch. Its registered fork is simple: \[ H_{\rm std}:R_{\rm Gram}=1, \qquad H_{\rm QTT-A1}:R_{\rm Gram}=\cos\!\left(\frac{\pi}{8}\right). \] The new seam-no-activation theorem blocks a particularly dangerous false positive. A standard angular boundary term can change when a coordinate seam is moved; a physical terminal history cannot. If the candidate signal follows a passive seam, it is ineligible as both evidence for and falsification of the A1 branch. The published point targets, ratio orientation, calibration restrictions, ordinary-null controls, and original locks are preserved. The unresolved task is experimental: demonstrate a hardware-level physical distinction between the two terminal reference histories without programming the target into the apparatus. Clock, ruler and signal-recovery qualification. Both registered predictions are constructed at the raw detector with explicit proper-time, coordinate-time, worldline, ruler and synchronization conventions. Each relativistic effect is counted once. Independently calibrated corrections carry their uncertainties through the common comparison; the tested rows cannot train a normalization that forces either answer. Blind recovery is required separately for both alternatives at every predeclared operating setting. The inherited targets and decision rules remain fixed. The included design study makes sensitivity explicit: for the Two-Test Gram classifier, a total ratio uncertainty of 0.0013 gives approximately 88.9% QTT-branch and 94.1% ordinary-branch power under the stated ideal model. These are conditional detection probabilities, not probabilities that a theory is true, and each instrument retains its own classifier. The complete apparatus packet must be sealed before acquisition and target access; historical campaign rules remain preserved. Reconstruction entry point. A geometric phase can verify a loop without being mistaken for the clock effect under test. This paper isolates a clean experimental question in geometric quantum mechanics: can the same completed holonomy be read through two physically distinct terminal-reference architectures without confusing ordinary carrier geometry, calibration, or passive propagation with a new clock projection? For an adiabatic spin-21 loop, the ordinary Berry carrier is γgeo=−2Ω. That relation is retained as a shared geometry check. It is not assigned a direct cos(π/8) deficit. The paper shows why the raw ratio −Ω/2γgeo has the target 1 for both ordinary quantum mechanics and the registered QTT A1 readout statement. The proposed discriminating object is instead a sealed four-history, first-phasor amplitude ratio: Rgeo,clk=N×ord1DττDTTDτTDTτ,Dab=∣Zab(+Ω)Zab(−Ω)∣. Here Zab is the fitted first complex fringe phasor and N×ord is a target-blind, independently certified ordinary cross-history map. The frozen alternatives are Hordinary:Rgeo,clk=1,HQTT-A1:Rgeo,clk=cos(8π). The paper audits the historical neutron-spin and optical-fiber geometric-phase records. They establish useful holonomy carriers but do not contain the physical crossed T/τ terminal histories, target-blind transfer map, raw four phasors, or joint covariance needed for this statistic. No archival QTT confirmation is claimed. The resulting protocol is prospective and falsifiable: a qualified result compatible with one fixed target while excluding the other has a predeclared meaning; any topology, transfer, carrier, covariance, target-contamination, or power failure is ineligible for a theory verdict. The recommended first implementation is a polarized-neutron spin-echo or interferometric platform with a static helical magnetic-field loop. Its spin-21 carrier, field-defined solid angle, and winding reversal provide an independently auditable geometry layer while the terminal-reference switch is tested separately. The fixed separation 1−cos(8π)=0.0761204674887133… requires σ(Rgeo,clk)≤0.0152241 for a bare five-standard- deviation distinction; the laboratory design target is 0.005. A quantum clock can follow two proper-time histories. Can one completed coherence also distinguish two physical reference classes? Quantum-clock interferometry already supplies the standard carrier relation Δϕclock=ω0Δτ. This preregistration keeps that relation intact and asks a separate question. The same atomic transition and path geometry are executed through four physical input/output terminal histories, ττ,τT,Tτ,TT. For each history and reversed proper-time geometry, the laboratory fits the first complex clock-coherence phasor and forms Dab=∣Zab+Zab−∣. The registered reference-switch statistic is Rqc,clk=N×ord1DττDTTDτTDTτ. After a target-blind ordinary cross-history map, the fixed prospective fork is Hordinary:Rqc,clk=1,HQTT−A1:Rqc,clk=cos(8π). The alternatives differ by 7.6120467%. A bare five-standard-deviation separation requires σ(Rqc,clk)≤0.0152241, and the recommended design target is 0.005. The proper-time phase is a common carrier check, not the A1 discriminator. The release includes three adversarial audits. It requires a physical hardware graph for the T and τ terminal classes, derives the readout exponent from a first complex phasor, and qualifies preparation and calibration by their physical transfer, not by angle alone. A target-inserting primary operation or target-trained correction remains ineligible. Any failed eligibility gate returns INELIGIBLE_NO_THEORY_VERDICT rather than a false rejection of A1. Scientific status: theorem and estimator closed; carrier technology plausible; physical four-terminal hardware map and laboratory dataset pending. No existing quantum-clock record is claimed as A1 evidence. When do two clock labels become two physical experiments? An A1 reference-switch test is meaningful only if the two terminal labels are implemented by different physical write histories. This paper gives a carrier-independent answer. It represents the apparatus as a complete quantum instrument, reconstructs the laboratory write graph, and asks which physical event last wrote the durable record that survives to closure. Ontological reading. The primitive relevant to this theorem is the completed event: one finite source process closes and leaves a physical ledger record before a laboratory clock assigns its readout label. The candidate (T^\star) terminal carries a durable memory of that completion; the τ terminal is defined or overwritten by a laboratory reference. The experiment therefore does not compare two names for time. It compares two physical histories of what last wrote the terminal record. The candidate source terminal is defined without using the desired result: TT⋆:CE=1,ΞL≤ϵL,ΞS≥ηS,MScontinuous,Nrec=0,Nproj=1 Here (C_E) certifies a completed source event, (Xi_L) bounds laboratory write susceptibility, (Xi_S) proves that the surviving record still depends on the source memory, (N_{\rm rec}=0) forbids a later reference overwrite, and (N_{\rm proj}=1) permits one final basis-selecting readout. Ordinary free evolution does not pass this constructor. Fifteen predeclared gates compute one activation bit: GPT=j=1∏15PjGPT=1⟹{Rclkordinary=1,RclkQTT−A1=cosq(8π),GPT=0⟹INELIGIBLE_NO_THEORY_VERDICT The detector degree (q) is derived and frozen before target data. A four-history experiment then tests the crossing character ((0,1,1,0)), with the geometric-mean estimator Rclk=∣DττDT⋆T⋆∣∣DτT⋆DT⋆τ∣CKN×ordinary1 The framework proves that software relabelling, passive data reduction, a dark interval, and zero laboratory-write rank by themselves cannot create a second clock terminal. It also makes any apparatus containing a programmed (22.5^\circ), (45^\circ), CHSH-standard, or target-equivalent overlap ineligible before unblinding. The theorem is the shared activation layer for matter-wave Sagnac, Faraday, Berry/holonomy, delocalized quantum-clock, monitored-recurrence, photon-storage, and related reference-switch tests. Platform qualification and empirical A1 judgment remain separate downstream tasks. A symmetry-selected pi/8 spinor character and its physical clock test B∗=2Z+X,U∗ZU∗†=B∗,U∗=exp(−J8πY),21TrU∗=cos8π. QTT Balanced-Rail Optical Intertwining Theorem, v1.4. In a normalized, exchange-symmetric two-rail source sector, the positive balanced direction is unique and its shortest centered spinor lift fixes the pi/8 character without a fitted angle. Positive additive capacity supplies its square, while a declared reference interaction supplies the detector coherence. A complete memory-partition theorem gives eleven jointly fixed configurations and four-phase detector predictions. This private research edition preserves the fourteen earlier theorems and adds independent-reference kernel composition, calibrated signal identifiability, and higher-order closure from quadratic capacity. It connects the finite model to measured photon-scattering and internal-clock coherence, and independently recalculates two Bell aggregate statistics from published event totals. All four Shalm pulse windows and all nine Kauten response-correction rows are retained. Verification: 284 mathematical, numerical, synthetic and scope checks, including 235 inherited checks unchanged; 50 separate archival aggregate checks. The reconstruction includes source receipts, both supplied PDFs, complete numerical transcriptions, code, figures, preservation records and three diagnostic review passes. These counts refer to software checks, not independent experiments. Scientific scope: the cited observations support shared optical correlations and calibrated reference-coherence structure. They do not provide a new A1-versus-QM likelihood contrast or a measurement of an unprogrammed absolute-clock terminal. The same deliberately engineered apparatus has the same fixed quantum predictions. The separate physical source-to-apparatus transfer remains the experimentally distinguishing question. Detector calibration, target fitting and signal survival are treated explicitly rather than merged into one category. Author: Ali Attar, Independent Researcher, Colombes, France. A sealed two-instrument search for an unprogrammed clock-reference projection This preregistration compares two fixed point hypotheses using independent matter-wave Sagnac and Faraday polarization-coherence instruments. After physical activation, the frozen fork is Rdstandard=1,RdQTT=cos(8π)=0.9238795325112867…. Version 3.1 adds a post-seal standard-physics completeness gate for rotating atomic and ring-cavity platforms. In compact form, Hrotstd=H0−Ω⋅(L+F+ℓF)+HRR+HZ+HStark+Htrap+Hbs+Hpol+⋯, with the rotation-induced hyperfine row HRH=−Ω⋅F,δωRH=−Ω∥ΔmF. The standard-null ledger, parameter provenance, held-out controls, and adequacy thresholds are frozen before target labels. If an applicable row is unresolved, the packet returns INELIGIBLE_NO_THEORY_VERDICT. No target digit, ratio orientation, compatibility band, power floor, or numerical decision threshold is changed. Operation eligibility and reporting are amended as described below. A sealed timing test can only be judged after the physical reference operator is independently admitted. This preregistration separates ordinary coherent recovery from its independent timing test. The sealed object contains the observable, projector pair, camera, covariance, point hypotheses, and kill rule: T=(O,P,C,D,q,Σ,H0,HQTT,K). Version 1.2 adds the upstream R0 representation gate. Before any of the numerical decision gates are evaluated, the candidate timing effect must be a bounded, idempotent, central physical projector on a declared direct sum and must remain unchanged under passive coordinate-seam relabeling. Geligible=0⟹INELIGIBLE_NO_THEORY_VERDICT. The historical hypotheses, ratio orientation, thresholds, terminal labels, and original protocol hash remain intact. A coordinate artifact is neither evidence for nor falsification of QTT; it is a failed representation preflight.
