Wave particle duality for a single photon

Photon Touching: A Novel Mechanism for the Emergence of Classical Reality

Grigor Kirakosyan

This preprint introduces the Photon Touching Theory, a new conceptual framework in theoretical physics. The theory proposes that classical reality continuously emerges through a fundamental process called "photon touching" — a topological puncture of space-time occurring in the dark intervals between photons. The framework offers natural explanations for wave-particle duality, quantum entanglement, the origin of quantum foam, and the accelerated expansion of the Universe. It also addresses several major unsolved problems of the Standard Model, including quark confinement, the Higgs hierarchy problem, the nature of virtual particles, and the cosmological constant problem. This work presents a novel perspective on the quantum-to-classical transition and suggests several testable predictions.
