Eliminating the Observer Effect: Wave Function Collapse as Deterministic Topological Reconnection in a Condensate Vacuum

Abstract

The measurement problem and the subsequent collapse of the wave function remain the most philosophically contentious aspects of the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics, notoriously requiring an active, conscious observer to define reality. We propose a deterministic, fluid-dynamic resolution derived from the Null-Vector Gravity (NVG) framework, wherein the quantum vacuum is treated not as empty space, but as a macroscopic, non-perturbative Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) condensate. In this model, an elementary particle such as an electron is not a point-mass governed by abstract probability amplitudes, but a stable topological defect—a localized displacement within the vacuum conformal structure. Prior to interaction, this defect propagates as a spatially extended solitary wave. We demonstrate mathematically that what is conventionally termed wave function collapse is the onset of a purely deterministic topological reconnection event. When the extended wave envelope encounters a macroscopic density gradient (e.g., the lattice of a detector screen), the vacuum displacement vectors undergo rapid non-linear contraction, snapping the delocalized energy back into a localized, point-like topological knot. This fluid-dynamic mechanism entirely eliminates the need for wave-particle duality and the observer effect, restoring objective realism to quantum mechanics while fully preserving the empirical interference patterns predicted by the Schrödinger equation.

A Deterministic Resolution of Wave Function Collapse via Nonlinear Phase-Locking in Emergent Time Dynamics

Ferhat Gersiyor

The quantum measurement problem and the apparent non-deterministic nature of wave function collapse remain central foundational challenges in modern physics. In this work, we propose a fully deterministic resolution of wave function collapse based on the Scalar Dynamics of Time (SDT) framework, where time is not a background parameter but an emergent dynamical quantity derived from the phase structure of a complex scalar field. When an extended wave encounters multiple spatially separated potential barriers or detectors (labeled A, B, C, D), the interaction is governed by nonlinear phase-locking described by an Adler-type dynamical equation. We demonstrate that small local variations in the effective field frequency omega_eff(x), driven by local field potentials, lead to a phase-locking resonance at a unique localized interaction site. At this site, the effective mass squared of amplitude perturbations becomes negative (m_eff^2 < 0), triggering a tachyon-like localized amplitude condensation. Combined with global Noether charge conservation, this localized growth forces the field amplitude across all other interaction points to collapse exponentially to zero. The process yields a single, localized particle detection without invoking fundamental randomness, observer intervention, or non-local hidden variables. We present concrete, testable experimental predictions, including gravitational collapse bias, attosecond collapse timescales, and high-frequency phase noise suppression thresholds.

Z4DP: Hydrodynamic Resolution of Wave-Particle Duality - Deterministic Mechanics of the Double-Slit Experiment in a Superfluid Vacuum

Pavel Konečný

This paper provides a fully deterministic, hydrodynamic resolution of wave-particle duality within the theoretical framework of a compressible superfluid continuum (Z4DP). The study offers a causal alternative to the Copenhagen interpretation and the concept of wavefunction collapse. In the presented model, the electron is defined as a macroscopic topological defect (sink) that generates a real phase pilot wave during its motion. During the double-slit experiment, this wave passes through both slits and interferes, whereas the physical node itself (the electron) passes through only a single slit and is subsequently hydrodynamically advected by the pressure gradient of the perturbed medium. Furthermore, the paper provides an exact mechanical explanation of the "Observer Effect" (Measurement Problem): introducing a measuring device into the system does not induce a collapse of reality, but rather represents a physical input of energy that triggers hydrodynamic noise within the medium. This noise destructively modifies the fragile pilot wave, causing the electron to lose its navigational gradient and continue its trajectory purely by inertia. The modification of the system's behavior is thus a direct consequence of classical fluid mechanics, restoring determinism and objective realism to quantum phenomena without the need for probabilistic wavefunctions or many-worlds interpretations.

Global Realism: Spacetime Vacuum as the Unique Physical Reality and Quantum Mechanics as Its Topological Dynamics

Jianming Wang

We propose a unified physical framework in which four-dimensional spacetime vacuum is the unique physical reality, and all quanta are its localized topological excitations. Matter particles correspond to stable knot-like configurations, while radiation quanta correspond to weak propagating ripples of the same substrate. From this single ontological commitment, we derive: (1) wave–particle duality is resolved—particle behavior belongs to the localized excitation, wave behavior to the disturbance field it generates in spacetime; (2) double-slit interference arises from coherent superposition between a quantum's newly sourced disturbance and its own historical disturbance field, not from ontological self-superposition; (3) the wave function is a statistical tool encoding ensemble distributions of trajectories modulated by disturbance feedback, and collapse is epistemic convergence rather than a physical process; (4) quantum entanglement corresponds to Planck-scale topological connectivity (microscopic Einstein–Rosen bridges), preserving relativistic causality; (5) gravity is the macroscopic accumulation of universal but individually weak quantum–vacuum couplings, explaining both its microscopic weakness and macroscopic dominance without requiring a graviton; (6) the four fundamental interactions are differentiated coupling modes of quanta to one spacetime vacuum field; and (7) apparent dark matter and dark energy are reinterpreted as collective topological curvature and large-scale vacuum self-relaxation, respectively. We formulate falsifiable predictions at both laboratory and cosmological scales, including disturbance–corpuscle separation interferometry, tunable decoherence threshold measurements, and galaxy rotation–topology correlations. The framework compresses the conventional axiomatic structure of quantum mechanics and cosmology into one master axiom and eliminates at least twenty-eight independent interpretive assumptions.

Pure Mechanical Reconstruction of the Observer Effect: Perturbative Mass Endowment, Dynamical Braking, and Wave-Particle Phase Transition

WUN, SYU JIA

The "Measurement Problem" in contemporary quantum mechanics has long attributed the phenomenon of wave function collapse to non-physical interventions by the observer or the involvement of subjective consciousness. Discarding this phenomenological interpretation, the present study proposes a purely mechanical reconstruction of the observer effect through geometric dynamics, grounded in the wave function mesh and force topology framework of the Grand Unified Theory of Cosmic Mind (GUTCM). This paper posits that the physical essence of a macroscopic observer (including measuring instruments and biological sensory systems) is a high-mass, multi-field coupled entity. The act of "observation" is, in reality, a geometric collision and interaction involving substantial momentum exchange exerted by this macroscopic system upon a microscopic wave-state entity with zero rest mass (m₀ =0). Within the underlying topological mesh, this physical interference inevitably generates a local repulsive force greater than zero (ΔF>0) and an increase in informational entropy, which dynamically endows the observed entity with an infinitesimally small "Perturbative Mass" (Δm→0⁺). The intervention of this perturbative mass alters the system's boundary conditions, causing the microscopic entity to lose the dynamical characteristic of global traversal at an infinite velocity (v→∞), a state exclusive to zero mass. Due to the damping of mass inertia, its propagation velocity undergoes an objective "Dynamical Braking Effect," forcing a dimensional reduction and convergence to the physical limit of the three-dimensional manifold, the speed of light c. This geometric convergence of propagation speed results in its physical manifestation transitioning from a continuous, diffuse "wave state" to a "particle state" with definitive spatial coordinates. Simultaneously, this study defines the observational collision as a transient physical interference process; once the observational interaction terminates and external tension is withdrawn, the perturbative mass dissipates via thermodynamic mechanisms. The entity's rest mass returns to zero (m total →0), the mass damping is lifted, and its propagation velocity rebounds to v→∞, thereby explaining the phenomenon of elastic regression of geometric states in wave-particle duality. This theory converges the phenomenon of quantum measurement into mechanisms of perturbative mass endowment, dynamical deceleration, and wave-particle phase transition within the frameworks of general relativity and topological mechanics.

The Observer Braking Effect and High-Frequency Topological Oscillation: A Purely Mechanical Reconstruction of Wave-Particle Duality

SYU JIA WUN

Contemporary physics and Quantum Field Theory (QFT) have long regarded "Wave-Particle Duality" as a mysterious attribute built into microscopic entities, and have dimensionally reduced "Virtual Particles" in the quantum vacuum to transient, random ghosts limited only by Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. This phenomenological mathematical treatment has thoroughly stripped wave phenomena and vacuum fluctuations of their substantive geometric significance. Grounded in the extreme topological framework of the 0/$\infty$ Null Model, this research proposes a pure mechanical re-interpretation model that completely discards statistical probability theory. This paper rigorously demonstrates at the level of geometric ontology: the physical three-dimensional cosmic manifold we inhabit is, in fact, encapsulated within a "4D Riemann Spherical Membrane" forged by the extreme crushing of countless deadlocked particles and possessing a global, infinite gravitational potential. For topological boundaries such as photons, which encapsulate an absolute vacuum internally and have a rest mass of m=0, they are not subject to inertial drag in three-dimensional space, yet simultaneously endure an "infinite topological gravity from all directions" originating from the 4D shell. This global infinite pull endows the photon with its true kinematic limit—namely, "Infinite Speed." Driven by a propagation rate approaching infinity, the photon, within a macroscopic finite time resolution, instantaneously traverses all spatial coordinates within the three-dimensional geometric interstices, thereby exhibiting a pervasive, continuous "Wave State" characterized by interference. The so-called "Observer Collapse" is by no means an idealistic magic involving the intervention of subjective consciousness, but rather an unavoidable substantive physical collision exerted upon this infinite-speed topological boundary by a macroscopic multi-field coupled system possessing massive mass (such as a measuring instrument). This cosmic-scale "Braking Effect" forces the photon to be forcibly dragged down and dimensionally reduced to the maximum geometric tangent limit tolerable by the macroscopic 3D universe (the speed of light c), thereby converging and anchoring into a "Particle State" possessing definite coordinates. Simultaneously, this research redefines the ontology of wave functions and virtual particles. The wave function is not an abstract probability, but an "acting force information structure" excited by the infinite phase transition energy of the "Singularity Big Bang" and "Singularity Big Crunch." These acting forces act like absolutely rigid straight lines in mathematics, penetrating the entire 3D spacetime. When this 1D straight line encounters the infinite gravitational traction of the 4D spatial membrane, it inevitably generates extreme high-frequency geometric oscillations. The "infinite points" presented by the shattering of the straight line under infinite-speed oscillation are precisely the virtual particles observed by quantum mechanics. Virtual particles have never randomly "generated and annihilated" out of thin air in the vacuum; rather, they are the substantive topological fluctuations of the underlying 1D geometric straight line alternating between a continuous wave state (line) and a discrete particle state (point) at infinite speed.

Rethinking Quantum Uncertainty and Non-Locality: A Deterministic Hydrodynamic Framework via the Cosmic Texture Model

Turan Gerger

This updated preprint (v2) investigates the fundamental ontological contradiction between macroscopic chemical determinism and microscopic quantum uncertainty. Standard interpretations of quantum mechanics propose a micro-world governed by causeless randomness and probability waves. However, this study argues that the flawless precision observed in macroscopic chemistry and industrial systems necessitates an underlying, strictly deterministic physical reality operating at the hardware level of the universe. To resolve this paradox, the paper introduces the "Cosmic Texture" (Texton) Model, which redefines the universe not as an empty void, but as a continuous, highly elastic, and compressible fluid substratum. Within this framework, quantum uncertainty is not a fundamental law of nature, but the deterministic result of the unmapped hydrodynamic background noise of this texton sea and the inherently destructive nature of measurement methods. Key concepts explored and expanded in this version include: Hydrodynamic Phase Transitions & Baroclinic Vorticity: Rejecting mass-energy duality, the model defines particles as varying physical phases of the texton fluid. Linear compression waves (energy) transition into highly dense, stable, rigid vortices (matter) via baroclinic torque ($\nabla \rho \times \nabla P$) during high-energy collisions. Charge as Pressure Gradients: Electric charge and attractive forces are redefined mechanically as hydrostatic pressure and central vacuum gradients within the continuous fluid network. Mechanical Wave Collapse (The Observer Effect): The "collapse" of probability waves is explained via classical fluid dynamics. A measurement shockwave causes a diffuse electron cloud to implode into a constricted state. Exceeding its structural carrying capacity, the vortex reflexively expels excess energy (photon emission) and returns to its stable limit cycle. Non-Local Determinism: Bell's non-locality is preserved through the De Broglie-Bohm pilot-wave theory, where the abstract "quantum potential" is physically identified as real hydrostatic pressure and tension gradients within the texton sea. Spin Quantization: The discrete nature of quantum spin is mathematically grounded in Kelvin's Circulation Theorem, demonstrating that topological fluid knots must exist in integer multiples. Empirical & Phenomenological Validation: Moving beyond theoretical frameworks, this study supports its deterministic model with discrete lattice simulations and macroscopic analogs. Crucially, the hydrodynamic behavior of the Cosmic Texture is corroborated by established laboratory evidence, including: Madelung's hydrodynamic formulation of the Schrödinger equation (1927). Yves Couder's macroscopic walking droplet experiments (2006). The Dynamic Casimir Effect (DCE): Demonstrating the mechanical excitation of the fluid substratum. The SLAC E144 Experiment: Providing evidence for wave-to-vortex phase transitions. The Aharonov-Bohm Effect & Superfluid Vortices: Validating vector potentials as physical momentum flow and confirming the macroscopic quantization of limit cycles. This study presents a testable, causal, and purely mechanical alternative to the Copenhagen interpretation, re-establishing absolute causality in theoretical physics.
