Abstract

This paper proposes a realist interpretive framework for quantum phenomena based on string theory—the Lamp Bead-Glow Model (LBM). The model uniformly describes quantum particles as composite systems of lamp beads (high-frequency localized vibrations of strings) and glow (extended physical fields excited by strings). It provides a self-consistent unified physical explanation for core quantum phenomena including wave-particle duality, double-slit interference, the Aharonov–Bohm effect, quantum tunneling, and quantum entanglement. On this basis, the concept of micro-gravitational domains is introduced: a single atom excites microscopic spacetime curvature units due to its rest mass, and the macroscopic gravitational field emerges as a gradient matter field through the linear superposition of a vast number of micro-gravitational domains. The curved spacetime geometry description of general relativity can be regarded as a low-energy effective approximation of this emergent field. The model naturally explains all classical gravitational phenomena explained by general relativity, such as the precession of Mercury’s perihelion, light bending near the Sun, and gravitational redshift. It also successfully explains the key observational fact that in the GW170817 binary neutron star merger, gravitational waves arrived about 1.7 seconds earlier than electromagnetic waves, attributing this time difference to the difference between the triggering of gravitational wave superposition thresholds and the moment of astrophysical collision, thereby overcoming inherent logical contradictions in mainstream explanations. At the same time, this paper presents a series of falsifiable experimental predictions, including the neutral atom Aharonov–Bohm effect, equal-kinetic-energy electron comparison experiments, and a mesh-grating baffle decisive experiment, the latter of which can be immediately conducted in ordinary laboratories with decisive discriminatory power. This paper systematically discusses the current theoretical limitations of the framework and future research directions, aiming to provide a testable realist conceptual foundation for the unification of quantum mechanics and gravity, rather than claiming to be a final theory

Lamp Bead–Glow Model: An Exploratory Preprint from Quantum Realism,Micro-Gravity Domain Superposition,Gradient Matter Fields to the Unification Path of the Four Fundamental Forces

Zhiyong Yao

The Lamp Bead–Glow Model (LBM) is an exploratory theoretical framework spanning quantum realism to the unification pathway of the four fundamental forces. This paper proposes that any quantum entity is neither an isolated point particle nor an abstract probability wave, but a composite entity consisting of a localized lamp bead and an extended glow field. On this basis, a global conjugate field is introduced as a phase background, providing a unified realist explanation for double-slit interference, the Aharonov–Bohm effect, quantum tunneling and entanglement, decoherence, and related phenomena. Each stable mass unit excites an extremely weak, long-range, linearly superposable micro-gravity domain (atomic-scale micro-gravity domain); the macroscopic superposition of vast numbers of such domains forms a spherically symmetric gradient matter field. Macroscopic bodies move along paths satisfying the principle of least action in this field, which naturally emerge as the equivalent geodesics of general relativity in the macroscopic continuous limit. Spacetime curvature is interpreted as the geometric readout of the gradient matter field, and the two form a perfect concave–convex complementary relation. This paper further advances a pathway to the unification of the four forces: electromagnetism, the weak interaction, the strong interaction, and gravity can be regarded as manifestations of the same lamp bead–glow system under different frequencies, scales, coherence lengths, and coupling channels. In particular, the static-mass hypothesis and the binding-energy spillover hypothesis are proposed to explore the origin of gravity, accompanied by falsifiable research programs including hydrogen–deuterium gravitational comparison, material-dependent phase-shift experiments, and grid-grating center-blocker falsification experiments. On a macroscopic scale, a hydraulic torque universe dynamics model is introduced, treating the glow field as a propagable, vortex-capable, and drag-transmitting continuous medium. Through glow vortices and vortex drag forces, the model accounts for flat galactic rotation curves, disk structures, cross-scale angular momentum transport, and cosmic acceleration, offering candidate alternatives to dark matter and dark energy. The Lamp Bead–Glow Model does not deny the calculational successes of existing theories, but provides them with a more fundamental realist ontological picture and material-field mechanism. It precisely reduces to the geometric equivalence of general relativity under weak-field and low-energy conditions, while offering a more complete and causally clearer dynamical mechanism for dynamic evolution, temporal response, galactic disk formation, and cosmic-scale non-equilibrium evolution.

The Lamp Bead-Glow Model is an exploratory theoretical framework that bridges quantum re alism and the unification pathway of the four fundamental forces. The paper proposes that any quantum entity is neither an isolated point particle nor a purely abstract probability wave, but a composite system consisting of a localized lamp bead and an extended glow field. Building upon this, a full-domain conjugate field is introduced as the global phase background, providing a unified realist explanation for double-slit interference, the Aharonov-Bohm effect, quantum tunneling and entanglement, decoherence, and related phenomena. Each stable mass unit ex cites an extremely weak, long-range, linearly superposable micro-gravity domain (atomic-scale micro-gravity domain); the macroscopic superposition of vast numbers of such domains forms a spherically symmetric gradient matter field. Macroscopic bodies move along paths in this gra dient matter field that satisfy the principle of least action; in the continuous macroscopic limit these paths naturally emerge as the equivalent geodesics of general relativity, while spacetime curvature is understood as the geometric readout of the gradient matter field—forming a perfect concave-convex complementarity. The paper further advances a four-forces unification pathway: electromagnetism, the weak and strong interactions, and gravity are regarded as different manifestations of the same lamp bead-glow system at varying frequencies, scales, coherence lengths, and coupling channels. In particular, the static-mass hypothesis and binding-energy spillover hypothesis are proposed to explore the origin of gravity, accompanied by falsifiable criteria such as hydrogen-deuterium gravitational comparisons, material-dependent phase-shift experiments, and grid-grating center blocker falsification experiments, all within a falsifiable research program. On the macroscopic scale, a liquid torque universe dynamics model is introduced, treating the glow field as a propagable, vortex-capable, and drag-transmitting continuous medium. Through glow vortices and vortex drag forces, the model accounts for flat galactic rotation curves, disk structures, angular-momentum cross-scale transport, and cosmic acceleration, offering candidate alterna tives to dark matter and dark energy. The Lamp Bead-Glow Model does not deny the calculational successes of existing theories; instead, it supplies them with a deeper realist ontological picture and material-field mechanism. In the weak-field, low-energy regime it precisely reduces to the geometric equivalence of general relativity, while in dynamic evolutionary processes, temporal responses, galactic disk formation, and cosmic-scale non-equilibrium evolution it provides a more complete and causally clearer dynamical mechanism, thereby promising higher predictive accuracy and explanatory economy.

灯珠-辉光模型:非数学伴读版

The remarkable successes of quantum mechanics and general relativity in their respective domains are undermined by a profound ontological incompatibility regarding the fundamental nature of reality. This paper presents the Lamp Bead-Glow Model (LBM), a unified physical framework inspired by string theory, which posits that the universe’s substrate is composed of strings. In its low-energy effective manifestation, a particle corresponds to a high-frequency localized string vibration (the “Lamp Bead”), embodying particle nature and locality, while a field corresponds to a low-frequency extended vibration (the “Glow Field”), embodying wave nature and coherence. Crucially, these are not separate entities but two manifestations of the same string at different frequencies. Using non-mathematical physical imagery, the paper systematically constructs the LBM’s explanatory framework. Reinterpreting the double-slit experiment, the model proposes a deterministic picture where the Lamp Bead passes through a single slit while its Glow Field covers both, generating a guiding potential after being modulated by the slit boundaries. This avoids the logical pitfalls of wavefunction collapse and wave-particle duality inherent in the Copenhagen interpretation. The Aharonov-Bohm effect is presented as definitive evidence for the physical reality of the Glow Field, leading to testable predictions of finite-size and energy-load corrections. The model traces the microscopic origin of fundamental forces to quark asymmetry within the nucleus. Electric charge is interpreted as the surplus “overflow”of the up quark’s divergent field, while gravity is the extremely weak “leakage” (with an efficiency of only 1/100,000,000) of the down quark’s convergent field’s compressive energy, quantitatively explaining the vast disparity in strength between the electromagnetic and gravitational forces. Macroscopically, LBM redefines electric current as a relay transmission of the Glow Field constrained within a conductor, where electrons serve as local relay runners. Electrical resistance is reinterpreted as the dissipative cost of forcibly conscripting bound Glow Fields when the free-field flux is insufficient (the “conscription”model), providing a unified explanation for Joule heating, superconductivity, the skin effect, and plasma phenomena. The paper further argues that the magnetic field is not an independent entity but a derived vortical projection of the electric (Glow) field during oscillation or curved propagation; electromagnetic waves are essentially the“serpentine”undulation of the Glow Field. For quantum entanglement, the model invokes analogies of“joined swings”and a“conjugate background field,”proposing that entanglement is a pre-bound structure via a shared topological phase background. A novel testable prediction is that entanglement decoherence time should decay with increasing particle distance. Finally, the paper proposes several crucial falsifiable experimental tests, including a 2D cross-grating experiment, a Na/He atom AB effect comparison, and isotope-dependent free-fall tests, clearly defining the model’s scientific boundaries. The LBM aims not to overturn existing precise theories but to answer the question they avoid—“What is the physical entity?”—offering a coherent ontological interpretation that bridges the quantum and cosmic scales.

A New Interpretation of Quantum Tunneling Based on the Lamp Bead-Glow Model The Reality of the Electric Field of Current and the Virtuality of Cooper Pairs(v2)

Zhiyong Yao

Since its establishment in 1957, the BCS theory has achieved an unparalleled level of agreement between its mathematical framework (gap equation, flux quantization, critical temperature predictions, etc.) and experimental observations, standing as a paragon of modern physics. However, the remarkable success of a mathematical structure does not automatically confer upon its core constructs an irreducible ontological status. Drawing upon the foundational spirit of string theory, this paper proposes the Lamp Bead-Glow Model (LBM), which posits that a quantum particle is a composite entity consisting of a localized “string core” (lamp bead) and a diffuse “electric field” (i.e., the physically real electric field). Within this framework, electric current is redefined as the relay transmission of electric fields rather than the long-distance motion of electronic entities, thereby naturally resolving the century-old paradox between the extremely slow drift velocity of electrons and the near-light-speed propagation of electrical signals. On this basis, this paper further proposes that the essence of quantum tunneling (including the Josephson effect) is the direct coupling of electric fields across a potential barrier, rather than the probabilistic penetration of particles; and that the essence of the superconducting state is the macroscopic phase coherence of electric fields, rather than the entity condensation of Cooper pairs. The Cooper pairs in BCS theory can thus be regarded as effective mathematical mappings of macroscopic electric-field coherence in the low-energy limit, rather than irreducible fundamental physical entities. This paper presents multiple testable quantitative predictions (absolute cutoff thickness, microwave-assisted resonance peaks, atomic AB effect control experiments, high-voltage electric-field-assisted quantum tunneling experiments, etc.), providing experimental falsification pathways for distinguishing between the two ontologies.

Field Quanta Unified Framework: A Local Realist Foundation for Quantum Mechanics and Gravity from a Single Nearest-Neighbor Attraction Rule

An Haizhong

Abstract for Zenodo Submission We propose a fully local realist unified physical framework derived entirely from a single minimal underlying rule: space is filled with discrete ground-state field quanta, whose sole dynamical property is nearest-neighbor attraction proportional to the product of their excitation levels, with strictly conserved total excitation across all space. This rule is not an ad hoc postulate, but a distillation of a universal physical tendency observed across all scales—spontaneous attraction between adjacent entities, structurally isomorphic to van der Waals forces, nuclear binding, the Casimir effect, and Bose–Einstein condensation. From this single rule, we derive the following core consequences forward, with no reverse-engineering: Excitations spontaneously form stable self-bound topological structures with a “hard core + extended ripple” profile, naturally accounting for wave-particle duality without separate postulates; Newtonian gravity ($$F \propto M_1M_2/r^2$$) emerges directly as the macroscopic sum of all nearest-neighbor attractions, with the inverse-square law following purely from 3D geometry and flux conservation; An all-or-nothing threshold mechanism for quantum measurement, explaining the photoelectric effect and Born rule without wavefunction collapse; A paradox-free local realist account of double-slit interference, quantum erasure, and delayed-choice experiments; Gravitational time dilation, motion time dilation, and Lorentz invariance as emergent phenomena, with no additional assumptions about spacetime structure. This framework is fully compatible with all existing experimental observations of standard quantum mechanics and general relativity, while making three falsifiable, qualitatively distinct predictions. The central prediction—a sharp threshold step in interference visibility versus path-marking coupling—is testable with existing quantum optics equipment. We do not claim to replace established theories, but offer a minimal, self-consistent, falsifiable alternative local realist picture.
