Abstract

全书目录与章节文件见 02-contents.md。 Jan-Åke Larsson & Richard Gill Bell's inequality and the coincidence-time loophole 2004 https://arxiv.org/abs/quant-ph/0312035 Peter Morgan (Yale) Violation of Bell inequalities through the coincidence-time loophole 2008 https://arxiv.org/abs/0801.1776 重要背景: 这个漏洞最早由Fine在1980/1981年注意到,Pascazio在1986年也提过,Larsson和Gill在2004年正式发表。 Partha Ghose Intersystem Non-separability and CHSH-Bell Violations in Classical Optics 2024 https://arxiv.org/pdf/2401.01615 多人 Bell-like States in Classical Optics 2026 https://arxiv.org/html/2602.14508 多人 Bell Inequality Violations Without Entanglement? For centuries, everyone has been touching this elephant and recording their findings. Some felt the leg and wrote classical mechanics. Some felt the ear and wrote wave equations. Some felt the trunk and wrote quantum mechanics. Every description is real — but no one has seen the whole elephant. I have never touched the real elephant. I am an ordinary person — curious about the unknown, drawn to philosophy, quietly worried about the human future. I have no formal physics training. I am not below anyone, and I am not above anyone. I simply want to do one thing: draw a fake elephant, and use every tool designed to measure the real one to test my drawing. Where the measurements pass, I may have gotten something right. Where they fail, my drawing may have a flaw — or the issue may not be “who is wrong,” but whether the record and statistical protocol are transparent enough: how continuous responses are mapped to discrete outcomes, how events are paired, and how denominators are chosen. Those layers deserve scrutiny; they belong to the same kind of honesty as reproducible, preregistered audit-style reading, not a personal verdict on any experimenter. Where Bell, GHZ, and public data appear, I separate in-model numerical experiments from audit-style discussion of public records and protocols. Published measurement files are often incomplete as a full continuous picture; still, the book asks what different statistical objects say when applied to the same record. Any headline CHSH-style numbers are binding only to the definitions and data sources stated in each chapter, not to metaphors in this preface. The main text remains for those who want detail. How to read this book — boundaries stated once To avoid constant footnotes that pull you out of the narrative, the following is stated here and briefly at each chapter opening; the main text does not repeat it paragraph by paragraph unless a sentence would otherwise be misread. Not a textbook of finished laws — claims, analogies, and numbers can be wrong or revised; trust the definitions, protocols, and data sources spelled out in each chapter. Not selling an ontology — visual aids (“clear jelly,” “continuous backdrop,” “medium”) are scaffolding for intuition and calculation, not a claim that mechanical ether fills the vacuum or that a final picture of reality is settled. Not ad hominem — scrutiny targets transparency of records and statistics, not personal verdicts on experimenters or labs. Not “anti‑science” by posture — boundaries exist to reduce misreading and keep effort on auditable steps. I do not avoid failure: chapters and the afterword record what did not pass and what remains open. This book challenges no one. The existing equations of physics represent centuries of human wisdom. I have no intention of overturning them. The word “overturn” carries a combative energy I do not feel. I only offer another language — a language that starts from spherical waves — and let interested readers judge for themselves whether it is useful. I am most likely wrong. That cannot be avoided. My body is a temporary arrangement of the universe’s elements. My thoughts are a small ripple produced by that arrangement, briefly. Humanity has always tried to understand itself, always revised yesterday’s working pictures — and that is simply how we exist. We are a form the universe borrows for a while. We and the universe contain each other. So this book is not an answer. It is a ripple. Where it spreads, what it touches, what new ripples it creates — I cannot know, and I do not need to know. There are unfinished parts here, open questions, honest boundaries. I dig this opening. What comes next belongs to those who follow. 好的,这是为您整理的英文版本文档和文献列表: Angle 1: Time-Window / Coincidence-Time Loophole Authors: Jan-Åke Larsson & Richard Gill Title: Bell's inequality and the coincidence-time loophole Year: 2004 Link: https://arxiv.org/abs/quant-ph/0312035 Author: Peter Morgan (Yale) Title: Violation of Bell inequalities through the coincidence-time loophole Year: 2008 Link: https://arxiv.org/abs/0801.1776 Important Context: This loophole was first noted by Fine in 1980/1981, and Pascazio also mentioned it in 1986, before it was formally published by Larsson and Gill in 2004. Analysis Rule Sensitivity in Bell and GHZ Experiments: A Reproducible Audit Framework

hui wang

This paper synthesizes two published audit lines into a single reproducible framework for Bell and GHZ interpretation under analysis-rule sensitivity. Using public records and artifact-linked evidence, we show that Bell/CHSH on the same NIST event stream shifts from S_strict=2.336276 to S_standard=2.839387 (Delta=+0.503111) under protocol change, while GHZ search under the current audited pipeline remains far from F=4 (best fine-stage F=0.085396). We formalize a ledger-style audit protocol that treats pairing windows, denominator policy, post-selection, and uncertainty as first-class reported variables. We further introduce a singles-aware diagnostics layer (C_norm = coincidences / sqrt(singles_A * singles_B)) as a testable bridge for normalization-path analysis, while explicitly avoiding ontology-level promotion from current evidence. The contribution is a publication-ready, boundary-aware audit standard with claim-to-artifact traceability across both lines.

Li Chuanfeng +1 more

Bell Operator Method to Classify Local Realistic Theories

A Calibrated Ruler for Quantum-Like Structure in Financial Price Data: Why Bell-Type Tests Cannot Decide, and What Can

H Y Rao

Whether financial data require a quantum-probabilistic description has been debated since Khrennikov proposed Bell-type and total-probability tests for markets, yet the field still lacks an instrument whose verdicts can be trusted in either direction. We first show that Bell-type and Leggett–Garg inequalities computed on passively recorded price data cannot establish non-classicality by violating a classical bound: by Fine's theorem, jointly recorded variables always admit a classical joint distribution, so apparent violations arise only from combining different conditioning contexts, which can test specific classical models but not the need for a quantum description. We then construct an alternative instrument within this boundary: a family of quantum-like models (a two-dimensional collapse chain and general hidden quantum Markov models of dimension two and three) is compared out of sample with a deliberately strong classical class (Moore and Mealy hidden Markov models with up to six states, including the classical limits of the quantum models, and an observation-driven GARCH-type model). A quantum member counts as evidence only if it beats every classical candidate. Before reading real data, we calibrate the instrument in both directions on synthetic data with known ground truth. On one year of 15-minute data it detects quantum structures matched to its members down to about 0.001 log-likelihood units per bar, while producing no false detections in 20 classical simulations read under the same rule, nor in 60 earlier ones under a less strict rule; the real-data conclusions survive a larger classical class and a doubled optimisation budget. Calibration also exposes five ways in which quantum advantage can be manufactured from classical data. Applied to seasonally adjusted gold and silver data at two time scales, the instrument detects no quantum-like advantage; every 95% upper bound is negative. A pre-registered out-of-sample test on 2026 gold data was likewise not supported. The contribution is a tested ruler with stated resolution, not a claim about the ontology of markets. This paper revises the author's earlier claim that the interference statistic κ indicates non-classicality in gold (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19456823).

Denominator Audit of Bell/CHSH Statistics: Protocol Sensitivity to Pairing-Rule Definitions

Archive Notice (Deprecated): This record is kept for archival purposes and is no longer the current version. Please use the latest Bell Audit v5 record: https://zenodo.org/records/19904639 (DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19904639). [EN] This paper presents a "Denominator Audit" of Bell/CHSH violations using NIST experimental data. Historically, violations of S > 2.0 are cited as proof of non-locality. Our audit reveals that these results are not intrinsic to the physical system but are "manufactured" through the selective manipulation of coincidence windows (Accounting Fraud). On the same NIST complete-blind stream, we compare a strict pairing tolerance (0.0) versus the Round-1 standard tolerance (15.0) in NIST grid-index units on the exported CSV t axis (not calibrated seconds in this deposit). The frozen binary-CHSH snapshot gives S_strict = 2.336276 vs S_standard = 2.839387 (Δ = +0.503111). A bootstrap CI for the standard branch includes 2\sqrt{2} (artifacts/reports/chsh_bootstrap_ci_standard15.json, ci_contains_tsirelson: true); we therefore discuss protocol sensitivity, not Tsirelson violation. Separately, the “30 cm truth” is a laboratory heuristic (about 1 ns ↔ ~30 cm in vacuum); it motivates coincidence bookkeeping sensitivity and must not be read as “parameter 15.0 equals 15 ns” here. Reproducibility (repository): data file data/nist_completeblind_side_streams.csv; run from repo root python scripts/explore/chsh_denominator_audit.py (writes artifacts/bell_window_scan_v1/). 标准分支的 bootstrap 置信区间覆盖 2\sqrt{2}(artifacts/reports/chsh_bootstrap_ci_standard15.json,ci_contains_tsirelson: true);因此本文强调协议敏感性,而非 Tsirelson 违背。 可复现(配套仓库): 数据 data/nist_completeblind_side_streams.csv;在仓库根目录运行 python scripts/explore/chsh_denominator_audit.py(输出写入 artifacts/bell_window_scan_v1/)。

It is more severe than the detection loophole, providing local hidden-variable theories with a much larger parameter space to reproduce quantum correlations.
