This volume presents three companion papers forming a unified theoretical and experimental programme for a wave-mechanical account of gravitational motion. Paper 29 develops the theoretical framework in which gravitational motion emerges from constructive-interference maximum migration of de Broglie matter waves in a density-dependent refractive-index field. The gravitational field is expressed as an effective refractive-index field n(r) derived from the Schwarzschild metric. Feynman’s path-integral formalism establishes that all non-stationary paths are eliminated by oscillatory phase cancellation, and that the surviving constructive-interference maximum shifts toward regions of higher mass density. The argument proceeds through four interconnected stages — the gravitational refractive-index field, asymmetric phase accumulation, probability-density redistribution, and physical-motion identification — completed by two theorems and one derived result. The framework recovers GR geodesics in the geometric-optics limit, requires no hidden variables, and generates five classes of experimentally discriminating predictions. Paper 77 identifies slit-material mass density as an untested variable in matter-wave interferometry. The standard single-slit formula Δy ≈ λL/a contains no density term; as a result, density has never been systematically varied as an independent parameter in a century of matter-wave experiments. This paper explains the historical absence through the structural logic of theory-determined observation and the Copenhagen prohibition on mechanism questions, establishes that electrons and fullerene C₆₀ constitute a sufficient two-point experimental programme spanning six orders of magnitude in mass, specifies a three-layer control protocol to exclude slit-width artefacts, and analyses what each possible outcome establishes for the completeness of the standard formalism. Paper 78 develops a three-dimensional experimental matrix introducing slit thickness as a third independently variable parameter alongside particle species and slit-material density. The 5×5×3 design of 75 independent measurements has a random-coincidence probability of approximately 1/1,728,000. The paper derives the quantitative scaling prediction for the thickness dimension (Δx ∝ d, ratio 1:3:6 across three thickness levels), specifies a three-layer thickness control protocol, and analyses the inferential structure of partial as well as full confirmation. The experiment begins with a single laboratory session: electron diffraction through five FIB-fabricated slits of ranked density at 50 nm thickness.

This collection comprises four papers that together establish a complete mechanistic account of gravitational motion at the quantum level. The central claim is that gravity — the phenomenon Newton described mathematically in 1687 and Einstein reframed geometrically in 1915 — is the constructive interference of de Broglie matter waves in an asymmetric medium created by the presence of mass. Neither Newton nor Einstein provided a physical mechanism for why matter moves toward other matter. This collection proposes and establishes that mechanism through three independent derivations and their mathematical unification. The three companion papers (Papers 29, 30, 52) derive the same conclusion — gravity is matter-wave constructive interference — through three completely independent physical routes, each starting from a different physical principle and confirmed by different experimental evidence: Paper Starting point Physical principle Experimental basisP29 Mass creates a density gradient → refractive index gradient Snell’s law of refraction Optical refraction universality (400 years, zero exceptions); neutron reflectometryP30 Falling particle gains kinetic energy → shorter de Broglie wavelength Energy conservation + de Broglie relation COW experiment (1975): direct measurement of gravitational wavelength shiftP52 Time flows more slowly near mass → matter-wave phase accumulates asymmetrically Feynman path integral + gravitational time dilation GPS time dilation; Pound-Rebka; QED precision (12 significant figures) Each of these papers is self-contained and independently verifiable. No result from the other papers is required to follow any single paper’s argument. The synthesis paper (Paper 41) proves two results that the three companion papers individually leave open. First, it proves that the three routes are mathematically identical — not merely analogous — because all three key variables (refractive index n, time dilation ratio dt/dτ, and wavelength compression ratio λ₀/λ) are different expressions of the same Schwarzschild metric coefficient g₀₀:n(r) = dt/dτ = λ₀/λ(r) = 1/√(1 − 2GM/rc²) ...(I)This identity is exact and proved from first principles. Second, Paper 41 derives Newton’s inverse-square law F = GMm/r² from this identity in four lines of algebra, and analyses the structural reasons why: the c² cancellation is a self-consistency theorem (not a numerical coincidence), the exponent 2 is the algebraic derivative of the exponent 1 in the 1/r refractive index (itself a consequence of Gauss’s law in three spatial dimensions), and Newton’s empirical (inductive) law agrees with the theoretical (deductive) derivation because both have the same mathematical source. The epistemological significance of the triple convergence is analysed using the concepts of consilience (Whewell, 1840) and robustness (Wimsatt, 1981): the conclusion ‘gravity = matter-wave constructive interference’ is supported by three independent physical principles from three different centuries, confirmed by three independent experimental traditions, and protected by the logical structure that to overturn it one must simultaneously defeat Snell’s law, energy conservation, and the Feynman path integral — which is to say, it cannot be overturned. No new physics is introduced in any of the four papers. All physical principles used — Snell’s law, de Broglie matter waves, energy conservation, gravitational time dilation, Feynman path integrals, Born’s rule — are independently established and experimentally confirmed. The contribution of this collection is the identification that these principles, connected in specific causal chains, produce the phenomenon we have called gravity for 338 years.
This paper proposes that gravity arises from the constructive interference of de Broglie matter waves in a density-dependent refractive medium. The argument proceeds in five steps: (1) greater mass implies greater density; (2) by Snell's law, greater density implies a higher refractive index; (3) a higher refractive index implies a shorter wavelength; (4) when matter waves propagate outward from an object in all directions, the wavelength is shorter on the side facing the larger mass; (5) constructive interference is stronger and more densely packed where the wavelength is shorter, so the object is preferentially redistributed toward the side of greater mass. This shows gravity to be a wave-mechanical phenomenon: matter is not pulled toward mass by some force; it is redistributed toward mass through the constructive interference of its own matter wave. Newton and Einstein described the trajectory and the geometric structure of gravitational motion; this paper proposes the physical mechanism by which that motion occurs. This paper makes three propositions explicit, with carefully distinguished epistemic status: (A) the mass distribution determines the effective refractive medium through which matter waves propagate — an experimentally established fact, confirmed independently by the COW experiment (1975) and by semiconductor heterojunction experiments confirming Snell's law for matter waves at density boundaries; (B) the displacement of the constructed-interference maximum is the physical mechanism of actual gravitational motion — the paper's sole new physical identification, going beyond Born's rule as standardly stated; it is consistent with but not compelled by the COW data, and constitutes the primary target of experimental falsification (Section 6.6d); (C) the COW fringe shift is a direct measurement of the gravitational mechanism — a logical corollary that follows necessarily from (A) and (B), not an independent assumption. Section 6.6d translates these propositions into five differentiating experimental predictions, ordered by experimental accessibility, including an immediately executable reanalysis of existing COW data and a novel slit-material density experiment that provides a clean differential test between the present framework and standard wave optics.
Paper 74 — No Quantum Superposition This paper argues, by reductio ad absurdum, that the physical realisation of superposition — simultaneous multi-location existence — is incompatible with seven independent and well-established physical principles: (1) the observational fact that no infinite physical quantity has ever been measured; (2) conservation of energy; (3) the mass-energy equivalence E = mc²; (4) the Bekenstein entropy bound; (5) the second law of thermodynamics; (6) the Heisenberg uncertainty principle; and (7) causality. The foundational identification is that information, energy, and mass stand in proportional existential relation (Bekenstein bound: I ∝ M; Landauer principle: ΔE ∝ ΔI; mass-energy equivalence: E = mc²). Complete superposition requires infinite information processing, and therefore infinite energy and infinite mass — quantities universally absent from the observational record of physics. Finite N-state superposition is excluded by a complementary argument: maintaining N states simultaneously requires N times the information-processing load of a single undetermined state, violating the principle that nature selects minimum-load configurations. The positive alternative proposed is the undetermined state: during matter-wave propagation, the matter wave is real and physically present, but matter has not yet appeared at any location. This is not a hidden-variable state but an ontological absence of localisation prior to the formation of a constructive interference maximum. Paper 75 — The Double-Slit Experiment Reinterpreted This paper applies the undetermined-state ontology to the paradigmatic demonstration of quantum mechanics. The de Broglie matter wave — a real physical wave — passes through both slits, while the particle remains in an undetermined state until a constructive interference maximum is formed at the detection screen. The disappearance of the interference pattern upon which-path measurement is explained without wavefunction collapse: the measurement interaction physically disrupts the matter wave's coherent two-slit propagation. Three experimentally testable predictions distinguish this framework: (1) weak-measurement trajectory reconstruction should reveal single-path trajectories inconsistent with simultaneous two-slit passage; (2) diffraction fringe spacing should depend on the mass density of the slit material, because denser slit edges generate a steeper refractive-index gradient; (3) the fringe pattern should exhibit a density-dependent phase shift measurable with current matter-wave interferometry technology. The Schrödinger equation and Born's rule are retained without modification. Paper 76 — Discriminating Experiments for the Constructive-Interference Account of Gravity This paper derives the specific numerical values predicted by Paper 29 — n(r) from the Schwarzschild metric, Δφ = k₀∫[n₁(r)−n₂(r)]dr from the medium-structure integral, and Δx_max = f(∇n, geometry, λ₀) from the interference structure — and assesses whether current experimental technology can measure the gap between Paper 29's predictions and standard QM's predictions. Three formal conditions for a discriminating experiment are established: structural absence of the variable from standard QM, signal exceeding current resolution, and impossibility of alternative explanation. Two experimental classes satisfy all three conditions with existing apparatus: COW path-geometry (predicted δ(Δφ) ~ 10⁻³ rad vs. resolution ~10⁻⁴ rad, path shape structurally absent from the standard COW formula) and slit-material density (predicted Δx_max ~ tens of nm vs. resolution 1–5 nm, material density structurally absent from Δy ≈ λL/a). Cumulative agreement across both systems constitutes genuine inductive support for the proposed mechanism. Paper 77 — From Electrons to Fullerenes This paper addresses three questions that Paper 76 does not: (1) why the slit-material density experiment has never been performed in the hundred years since matter-wave interferometry began — the answer being that standard QM contains no density variable in the slit formula, so experimenters had no reason to vary it, with the Copenhagen prohibition on mechanism questions as the deeper structural reason; (2) why confirmation in exactly two systems — electrons and fullerenes C₆₀ — is sufficient to establish the theoretical outline across six orders of magnitude in mass, because these systems are maximally independent in particle type, mass, apparatus, energy scale, and decoherence environment; (3) what confirmation across this mass range would establish for physics: the first experimentally supported identification of the physical mechanism of gravity, the first experimentally verifiable quantum-gravity connection at accessible energy scales, a physical grounding of Born's rule, and a mechanistic account of the measurement problem. A complete three-layer control protocol for excluding the slit-width confound is specified. Paper 78 — A Three-Dimensional Experimental Matrix This paper extends the experimental programme by introducing slit thickness as a third independent variable alongside matter-wave species and slit-material density. The wave-mechanical account predicts that phase shift scales linearly with slit thickness d: Δφ(ρ,d) = (2π/λ)·[n(ρ)−1]·d — a prediction structurally absent from standard QM, which assigns no physical role to slit thickness. The resulting 5×5×3 matrix of 75 independent measurements has a random coincidence probability of approximately 1/1,728,000, rendering chance agreement with theoretical prediction physically impossible. Three-layer control protocols for fabrication, TEM cross-section verification, and linearity testing are specified for the thickness dimension. Together, the five papers constitute a complete programme: ontological foundation (P74), phenomenological reinterpretation (P75), formal discriminating analysis (P76), strategic and historical argument (P77), and three-dimensional experimental design (P78).
The constructive-interference account of gravity (Paper 29) generates numerical predictions that differ from those of standard quantum mechanics (QM). The present paper has two objectives. First, it derives the specific numerical values predicted by Paper 29: n(r) from the Schwarzschild metric, Δφ = k₀∫[n₁(r)−n₂(r)]dr from the medium-structure integral, and Δx_max = f(∇n, geometry, λ₀) from the interference structure. These derivations do not prove the theory. They generate numbers. Whether those numbers match what nature produces is a question that only measurement can answer. Second, it assesses whether current experimental technology can measure the gap between Paper 29’s predicted values and standard-QM’s predicted values. One methodological principle is maintained throughout: in physics, mathematics generates predicted numerical values; nature selects which theory is correct by comparing those values to measured values. Agreement constitutes inductive support. Disagreement falsifies the specific step in the causal chain that generated the prediction. Axiom 2 of Paper 29 — the identification of the constructive-interference maximum with physical location — is not subject to mathematical proof. It is a theoretical premise whose numerical consequences are evaluated by comparing them with measurement. Two experimental classes satisfy all three discriminating conditions and are executable with existing apparatus: COW path-geometry (predicted δ(Δφ) ~ 10⁻³ rad vs. resolution ~10⁻⁴ rad) and slit-material density (predicted Δx_max ~ tens of nm vs. resolution 1–5 nm). Cumulative agreement across both systems, targeting different layers of the causal chain, constitutes genuine inductive support for the proposed mechanism
The standard single-slit diffraction formula Δy ≈ λL/a contains three variables: de Broglie wavelength λ, screen distance L, and slit width a. Slit-material mass density ρ does not appear. As a result, density has never been systematically varied as an independent experimental parameter in matter-wave interferometry — not because it was tested and found irrelevant, but because the standard formalism provided no reason to test it. This paper identifies slit-material density as an untested variable and addresses three questions: (1) Why has this variable remained untested for a hundred years despite requiring no new apparatus? (2) Why do two systems — electrons and fullerenes C₆₀ — spanning six orders of magnitude in mass constitute a sufficient experimental programme? (3) What do the two possible outcomes — density dependence observed, or not observed — establish for physics? The paper demonstrates that the experimental absence reflects a structural feature of the standard formalism rather than a technical limitation, that the electron–fullerene pair provides the strongest available two-point inductive test because the systems are maximally independent, and that either outcome produces a definitive scientific conclusion.
The mainstream system of physics today is shackled by three major theoretical frameworks that fundamentally deviate from research rooted in matter and objective reality. All three are constructed based on abstract assumptions that contradict intuitive material motion and formal logic. First, the geometric metaphysical system derived from General Relativity, including spacetime curvature, Einstein’s field equations, extra dimensions, gravitational waves, black hole singularities, the Big Bang, dark matter, dark energy, spacetime distortion, wormholes and other related flawed propositions. This framework arbitrarily reinterprets gravitational effects of celestial bodies as unobservable geometric deformations of spacetime, and fabricates the concept of "gravitational waves" claimed to propagate at the speed of light. Quantitative calculations targeting the 1.3-billion-light-year black hole merger event prove that the field equations artificially set a mere 5% mass loss ratio. The calculated amplitude of gravitational fluctuations is tens of thousands of times larger than values derived from Newtonian mechanics consistent with real material transformation rules. This parameter is only a fitting tool to match detected signals, contradicting the objective law that all solid matter converts into photon plasma and gravitational force vanishes completely after celestial mergers. When calculations from the field equations conflict with galactic observational data, scholars invent unobservable hypothetical concepts such as dark matter, dark energy and extra dimensions to patch theoretical gaps, deliberately ignoring empirically verifiable physical mechanisms including interstellar plasma refraction and instantaneous action-at-a-distance gravitational force between celestial bodies. Second, the probabilistic idealistic interpretation of quantum mechanics, covering quantum superposition, Schrödinger’s cat, wave function collapse, observer effect, probability clouds, Heisenberg uncertainty principle, and subjectively biased explanations of quantum entanglement. This system breaks the law of contradiction in formal logic by asserting that objects can simultaneously hold mutually exclusive states, and arbitrarily proposes wave-particle duality to misclassify photons as entities possessing both wave and particle properties. Researchers deliberately avoid measuring fundamental parameters of photons such as vibration amplitude, vibration angle and vibration frequency. Intuitive experimental contrasts show interference and diffraction fringes only emerge when single/double slits are present, yet existing experimental equipment is fully capable of clarifying interactive mechanisms between photons and slit walls. Relevant foundational measurements have long been neglected. Third, the standard model’s artificially fitted spectrum of confined hypothetical particles, including quarks, gluons, the Higgs boson, neutrinos, virtual photons, quark-gluon plasma, etc. Heavy-ion collision experiments conducted at laboratories such as CERN can generate extreme temperatures of 2 trillion to 4 trillion degrees Celsius. Under such conditions, all solid particles fully dissociate into pure gamma photon clusters. However, to preserve the integrity of the standard model, scholars falsely claim stable quarks and gluons persist at ultrahigh temperatures, naming dense photon fireballs "quark-gluon plasma". They also introduce undetectable virtual photons to explain bidirectional conversion between photons and solid particles, fabricating imaginary intermediaries to obscure the straightforward objective law of energy-matter transformation, entirely abandoning the scientific spirit of pursuing objective truth. This paper clearly states its core stand: photons are pure energy particles with no inherent wave characteristics. The so-called "gravitational waves" defined by General Relativity do not exist objectively. The oscillating signals captured by detectors merely reflect variations in gravitational magnitude caused by relative motion of celestial bodies, rather than ripples propagating through spacetime. Gravitational force never travels in wave form. These three theoretical frameworks are tightly intertwined, forming a self-enclosed paradigm culture that prioritizes defending existing theories over exploring objective reality. They consume massive scientific research resources and continuously hinder humanity’s ability to interpret the fundamental laws of the universe through observable, logically consistent realistic concepts (the essence of photons, plasma refraction, instantaneous action-at-a-distance forces). This paper comprehensively lists all concepts inconsistent with empirical science, analyzes their flaws in logic, computation and experimental observation, and advocates reconstructing a unified physical framework grounded in observable material motion.
