The traditional interpretation attributes the observer effect to uncontrollable disturbance, but fails to explain the essential difference between microscopic and macroscopic effects. This paper proposes that the essence of the observer effect is the irreversible coupling and state projection between the observer’s Yin field and the observed system’s Yang field. The Yin field carries information and phase, while the Yang field carries matter and momentum. The measurement forces phase locking and collapses the system from superposition to a definite state. Using the complex field Ψ(x,t) = A(x,t)exp(iθ(x,t)) as the fundamental mathematical object, this paper proposes that: the Field Body corresponds to the vacuum ground state of the unified field, i.e., the undifferentiated field ontology; the Field Potential is characterized by the phase gradient ∇θ and the manifestation intensity |A|² of the complex field, constituting an intermediate structure transitioning from potentiality to actuality; the Field Phase corresponds to the measurable manifestation formed through wavefunction collapse under observation conditions and causal conditions; and the Field Function corresponds to the concrete unfolding of the four fundamental forces and interactions in the phenomenal world.
