Abstract

This repository provides the reproducibility package accompanying the manuscript: “Compressed and navigable electronic manifolds in large Hilbert spaces”. The package contains selected source data, representative scripts for figure generation, and supporting materials necessary to reproduce the key results presented in the manuscript. The study introduces a computational framework combining structured energetic filtering and quantum-walk–inspired graph navigation (DTQW–LICP), enabling efficient identification of physically relevant determinants without exhaustive enumeration of the full Hilbert space. Included materials:- Representative numerical results and convergence trajectories- Parameter sweeps used in the main text and Supplementary Information- Figure-generation scripts for key plots- Selected datasets supporting validation and benchmarking This package is intended to provide transparency, facilitate peer review, and enable independent verification of the reported results. For full implementation details or extended datasets, please contact the corresponding author.

Data repository of the paper "Quantum computational displacement sensing"

Sridhar Prabhu, Saeed A. Khan, Xingrui Song +7 more

This data repository contains the information necessary to reproduce the main results of the paper “Quantum computational displacement sensing”. The repository contains both the data required to generate the figures of the main manuscript and the supplemental material, as well as source code for running the experiments and simulations presented in the paper. There are two main folders: code_simulation (which consists of the training code and the baseline simulations) and code_experiment (which covers the experimental code). The corresponding requirements for running them are in the zipped folder. The data folder contains all simulation and experimental raw and processed data generated. The figures folder contains all the plots presented in the manuscript.

Engineered non-Gaussian Coherence as a Thermodynamic Resource for Quantum Batteries

Kingshuk Adhikary

This repository contains the numerical data and computational codes supporting the results presented in the manuscript: "Engineered non-Gaussian Coherence as a Thermodynamic Resource for Quantum Batteries". The archive (data_QB.zip) includes all datasets, Jupyter notebooks, and figure files required to reproduce the results reported in both the main text and the Supplemental Material. Each figure is organised in a separate directory containing the corresponding data (.txt), code (.ipynb), and generated plots (.png/.pdf). The provided materials are sufficient to reproduce all figures and results without restriction. Detailed instructions and directory structure are described in the accompanying README.txt file. This dataset is made openly available to ensure transparency and reproducibility of the reported results.

Structure-Sensitive Quantum Networks: A Geometric Consistency Framework for Entanglement Stability and Quantum Internet Reliability — Reproducibility Package v3.0

Halil Özbil

This repository contains the full reproducibility package for: "Structure-Sensitive Quantum Networks: A Geometric Consistency Framework for Entanglement Stability and Quantum Internet Reliability" This work investigates a structure-sensitive approach for monitoring quantum network stability beyond conventional fidelity-only metrics. The proposed Ω_QN functional combines: • quantum state fidelity loss• geometric drift based on Bures distance• normalized entropy contribution to evaluate structural degradation in noisy quantum links. The package includes: • Python Monte Carlo simulation framework• quantum noise models using Kraus channels• Ω_QN early-warning analysis• preventive entanglement purification model• reproducible datasets• figure generation scripts• statistical validation workflow Version 3.0 includes reproducibility improvements: ✓ corrected Bures distance implementation✓ explicit Kraus-channel noise modelling✓ purification-based preventive correction mechanism✓ clean CSV outputs✓ fixed random seed configuration for reproducibility All reported numerical results should be regenerated from the released source code before citation. This release is a computational simulation and theoretical research framework. Physical quantum hardware validation remains future work.
