Abstract

Abstract From a single physical postulate, that every observer has finite resolution, together with standard regularity conditions on the observation kernel, we derive a chain of results whose logical status ranges from unconditionally closed theorems through conditional closures to explicitly labeled conjectures and engineering programs. The chain culminates, in the present version, in three structural identifications that elevate the framework from a collection of spectral facts into a single operator-level grammar on the active reality fiber. (i) Two-layer observation architecture. Observation is split cleanly into an amplitude-level reconstruction operator (Definition 2.2a) and an induced Born-rule probability density (Definition 2.2b). Under axioms (A1)–(A3), is literally an orthogonal projection onto the retained band, and is its standard projection-valued Born density. The 2001 sinc activation function of Alcocer et al. is not the ancestor of CSF’s probability-layer axioms; it is a literal instance of the amplitude-layer axioms. (ii) Fisher–Rao holonomic convolution. Proposition 4.Z lifts the ordinary convolution theorem from the substrate to the deck-group algebra of the local reality fiber. Every -equivariant observation operator is a circulant matrix on the four-sheet carrier and diagonalizes in the discrete Fourier basis . When the transport operator is also -equivariant, observation, holonomy, and admissible transport resolve simultaneously in the same four channels. Classical signal convolution is the trivial-fiber shadow of this fiber-level convolution theorem. (iii) The dihedral completion of transport. The NJV field of Theorem 6.Z, previously described only as a “sparse orientation-reversing correction”, is identified structurally (Remark 6.Z.5) as the unique off-diagonal coupling between the two nontrivial holonomic channels and . Under the -equivariance of the active sector, the transport current decomposes as , where the -term is -diagonal (Corollary 6.Z.1) and is the dihedral mode-exchange operator . The ad-hoc NJV term becomes a forced structural consequence of -equivariance, and Theorem 6.Z rises to its proper status: a -equivariant constitutive law on the active sector. Theorem 4(E) is simultaneously tightened. The old absolute-uniqueness claim for as a subgroup of is replaced by minimal spectral closure of the active quarter-turn sector: within the active sector, the four-sheet orbit generated by is the unique minimal faithful carrier closed under monodromy and anti-pairing, and it is the carrier on which holonomic convolution, modal transport, and the spectral constitutive law are simultaneously diagonal in the discrete Fourier basis. A forward pointer closes the preprint: on spinors, the calculation of Section 4.2 establishes the covering group (order 16) with . The spinor-level holonomic convolution therefore lives on , giving eight spectral modes rather than four. The extra four modes encode the spinor Berry-phase structure and are the natural home for Conjecture 3.1 (curvature as fifth interaction). This spinor-level extension is flagged as the spine of the next paper and is not installed in the present chain. No Hilbert space is assumed. Stochasticity is not primitive; it is the geometric form of limited visibility on a deterministic substrate. Every claim is stratified by its exact logical status; the status table in Section 6 is the authoritative record. The structural prediction is that ququart-native circuits should outperform qubit-native decompositions for -symmetric algorithms, with the advantage now attributable not merely to modal alignment (Proposition 5.X) but to pipeline-native diagonalization of the entire filter-transport-control chain (Proposition 4.Z together with Corollary 6.Z.1). Engineering consequence programs remain explicitly stratified: the reactor is an engineering proposal contingent on SAFG coupling to nuclear matter; the propulsion architecture is labeled speculative.

Phase-Averaged Reduction, Bandlimited Action, and Effective Phenomenology in the CSF / Canonical Semantic Framework (From Finite Acuity to Topological Selection, the Vectorial Law, and the Un-Knotting Drive) Paper 6

Yuri Alcocer

Abstract Paper 5 of the Canonical Semantic Framework (CSF) established the minimal coherent grammar: a retained spectral band, a -graded microscopic fiber, an admissible operator class, five residual channels of admissibility failure, and an elementary lift realizing the minimal coherent defect profile. Those results were microscopic. They fixed the operator grammar of the theory but did not yet specify what a macroscopic observer, one who cannot resolve the internal quarter-turn cocycle of the fiber, actually measures. The present paper provides that step. It develops the macroscopic reduction of the grammar and shows that several central structures of observed physics arise as controlled shadows of the microscopic coherent transport. The reduction map. The canonical phase-averaging operator is the Hilbert–Schmidt orthogonal projection and completely positive, trace-preserving conditional expectation onto the grade-invariant observable algebra. It is not one choice among many decoherence prescriptions. It is the unique symmetry-compatible projection encoding macroscopic blindness to the grading, and it is forced by the microscopic grammar. The density operator. Paired with the positive observable state , the reduction produces which is a density operator. The density-matrix formalism of quantum mechanics is not assumed; it is recovered as the reduced description of a more structured object. The effective mass functional. The retained-band projector of Paper 5 is read as a bandlimit with cutoff on an action channel. The effective mass is then the out-of-band Hilbert–Schmidt load Mass is not primitive. It is the structural cost of maintaining coherent transport outside the retained admissible band. Kinematics. Under spectral dilation the exact formula for yields monotone growth of the out-of-band load with . Exact relativistic -scaling follows from a constitutive edge-density ansatz, stated as a modeled special case rather than as a universal theorem. Inertial stabilization. The Negative Jacobian Variational (NJV) compensator of Paper 5 is given its reduced dynamical role. Under an out-of-band dissipativity hypothesis, NJV contributes a linear damping term to the evolution of . The reduced observer experiences this damping as inertia; the stability bound is the precise mathematical content. Non-propagating correlation structure. A sector of microscopic structure supported at and commuting with the grading generator is fixed by and not generated by transport on the action base. This provides the geometric locus for entanglement-type correlations in the reduced theory. The propagation-speed parameter associated with such correlations is absent rather than superluminal; the construction is compatible with no-signaling by design. Two-fold loss. The Hilbert–Schmidt content invisible to the macroscopic observer decomposes orthogonally into two independent pieces: spectral loss (the out-of-band content measured by ) and algebraic loss (the inter-grade content, which we name residual coherence ). These are independent; one may vanish while the other does not. The reduced observer is blind to their sum. Worked example. Appendix D evaluates the reduction operator, the mass functional, and the residual coherence on the elementary lift of Paper 5 and on the leakage-only and pure-geometry counterexample pairs. The quantitative profile of each defect channel through the reduction is exhibited in closed form and matches the Paper 5 Appendix A numerics. What this paper does not claim. No full solution of the measurement problem. No universal relativistic scaling law. No derivation of the Standard Model spectrum, the up-quark anomaly and its expected vortex-core resolution are deferred to Paper 7, which develops the -scaling mass law. No Einstein field equations, the gravitational slot is stated as a structural statement, not derived. No engineering proposals. What this paper does claim. A precise reduction framework, canonical, positivity-preserving, symmetry-forced, that carries the microscopic CSF grammar into macroscopic effective phenomenology. From that reduction there emerge: density operators, a Born-compatible probability calculus, positive effective mass as out-of-band load, inertial stabilization as NJV dissipativity, and non-propagating correlation structure as invariant-sector persistence. The universe the macroscopic observer measures, on this reading, is what a coherent finite-acuity grammar looks like once its internal grading is projected out and its action channel is bandlimited. That is not a small claim. It is narrower than a theory of everything. It is also more defensible.

Carrier Primacy, Amplitude Conservation, and the Forced Retention Map

Yuri Alcocer

Abstract Paper 2 established the contextual leakage scalar mu_{epsilon,C}(lambda) as the first positive observable generated by projective winding under finite acuity, together with the two-angle factorization mu(theta, phi) = sin^2(phi) * sin^2(theta) and the rank-one identity mu = 1 - |alpha|^2, where alpha = <psi|U|psi>. The interpretive question left open was which physical layer of the carrier is conserved across the finite-acuity boundary, and therefore which function of mu plays the role of the resolved-sector retention map M(mu). The present paper resolves that question in two steps. First, we observe (Proposition 3.1) that rank-one unitarity already supplies the complete algebraic dichotomy: amplitude-level retention equals sqrt(1 - mu), while intensity-level retention equals 1 - mu. This dichotomy is an observation, not a choice. Second, we prove (Theorem 5.2) that within the Canonical Semantic Framework's carrier architecture -- linear holonomic transport, phase-sensitive admissibility, and contextual squaring as the sole origin of operational intensity -- the primary conserved layer prior to contextual projection is necessarily the amplitude layer. The intensity law is its derived contextual shadow. The retention map is therefore forced: M(mu) = sqrt(1 - mu). At lowest winding and maximal misalignment, this yields the factor 1/sqrt(2) as a structural prediction of the framework rather than a contextual extremum. The result identifies the precise operator-level point at which the Canonical Semantic Framework first becomes structurally selective.

The Relational Closure Framework: Toward an Axiomatization of Physics

Mingdong He

A finitist, relational axiomatization of physics: quantum theory and a relativity sector derived from four axioms about group-valued relations and closure. Contributions to the foundations of quantum mechanics (Born rule derivation, quantum reconstruction, local tomography, complex field selection), the emergence of time and causal structure in discrete networks, discrete Noether theorems, lattice gauge structure, and the Schrödinger equation derived by two independent routes. Every claim is graded in a Claim Ledger; every numerical claim is machine-verified with archived scripts; negative results are reported at full strength. What this paper does The universe is taken to be constituted by relations rather than objects. Stable relations form closures (self-consistent cycles) whose holonomies carry the physical content. Four axioms — primacy of relations (group-valued, edge-borne), closure stability, chirality from order, and observation as bidirectional group exchange — yield, at explicitly graded and conditional levels: Quantum sector Exchange-completeness theorems for finite label groups: abelian at all cycle ranks; non-abelian on the single cycle (Wilson readouts plus class-sum convolutions generate the full matrix algebra); the multi-cycle non-abelian case on the operational-equivalence quotient, with the obstruction completely characterized via class-preserving outer automorphisms — and the quotient's necessity now stratified by the source of word blindness (see New in Version 24.0). The Born rule, proved for finite abelian networks from a strictly weaker relational readout premise (statistics of realizable effects depend only on relational content); non-contextuality has this single source; additivity is basis-relative and declared as such. The Schrödinger equation by two routes of unequal premise grade, maintained side by side: a spectral route — the action operator is a weighted Cayley-graph Laplacian in the Pontryagin dual basis, the derived Gibbs state's unique canonical (modular) flow yields the Schrödinger equation with Hamiltonian equal to the action operator, no continuum limit, zero conjectures consumed, the single non-theorem step one flagged identification; and a Madelung route — physical and mechanism-rich (probability density derived from constraint gaps), valid exactly on the domain of the pseudo-continuity conjecture, with its full premise bill stated (continuity equation, Wallstrom circulation condition, m, V). A dedicated comparison subsection gives the line-by-line premise accounting and the machine-measured agreement region. Complex field selection: ℂ selected over ℝ and ℍ within the GPT comparison class in the covered sectors, with a second independent route from chirality (Frobenius–Schur dichotomy, quaternionic double exclusion); "uniquely selected" expressly not claimed. Positivity as pairing: all five in-text positive-semidefiniteness theorems traced to one mechanism (M = B†B with native factor); the Kraus form and complete positivity derived rather than assumed. The Noether sector on Noether's two theorems exactly: Noether I recovered on the holonomy action (compact Lie realization); Noether II identified as present (Bianchi as horn-filling, Schläfli as its Regge form); selection rules recovered for finite groups; the GNS bridge proved non-vacuously on the full exchange algebra; the sole potential extension — conservation as the kernel of exchange — isolated as a registered conjecture, consumed nowhere. A local–global representation theorem: six generative quantities (closure invariant, flux quantization, Weyl phase, non-abelian Stokes, orientation visibility, terminal normalization) are evaluations of cohomology classes against closed chains — one syntax, six exact machine probes. The gatekeeper no-go theorems registered and discharged: Kochen–Specker (the framework posits no global valuation — outcomes are resolutions of constraint gaps, and basis-relative additivity blocks state-independent variants), Pusey–Barrett–Rudolph (the statistical envelope is over resolutions yet to happen, not values already held; machine witness: identical configuration ensembles with opposite relative phase have opposite statistics), Wallstrom (registered as an explicit input, structurally discharged in the finite-abelian sector), Hegerfeldt (the Lieb–Robinson exponential tail identified as the only claimable front form for the continuum limit), Frauchiger–Renner (cross-agent certainty transfer presupposes kernel-free record transport, exactly what exchange-incompleteness excludes), and no-cloning (inherited in the covered sectors); Conway–Kochen and Colbeck–Renner noted as concordant. Relativity sector Time from finite capacity plus genuine randomness: the staging theorem (Θ(d) dependency depth, unbounded chains via the Moore bound; the quantitative failure law conditionalized on measure-level independence with exact minimal witnesses); the temporal quantum defined combinatorially, no Hamiltonian input. The speed of light grounded in an exact discrete dependency cone (combinatorial, no quantum input), the Lieb–Robinson bound consumed at cross-check grade only; a boost no-go theorem reducing Lorentz invariance to named statistical conditions, with the Collins fine-tuning objection recorded as a gate. The trace-descent theorem group: the growth-history measure forced onto the Mazurkiewicz trace quotient; chain reflection positivity at every depth with completely explicit spectrum. An equation sector of nine verification families (Schrödinger, Dirac, Maxwell/U(1), canonical commutator, Yang–Mills SU(2), Regge calculus, Klein–Gordon, Noether loop, Cartan curvature), where every machine-precision claim is the shadow of a proved backbone lemma — including the factor ½ of H = ½L + V, identified as the Wilson Fourier coefficient fixed by the action theorem. Four experimentally testable predictions, including a discriminating flat-versus-sigmoid visibility protocol. The Standard Model gauge group, ħ, and G remain open, with attack routes registered. How to read Three entry paths are marked in the document. Path A (derivational core): axioms → group structure → Noether sector → least action → Born rule → positivity. Path B (physical mechanisms): constraint propagation → time as determination → wave function as gap envelope → fields. Path C (scope and limits): the Claim Ledger, then Discussion and Open Problems — for the reader who wants to know what is claimed and what is not before reading anything else. The Claim Ledger is the single authoritative register of claim status; wherever body text sounds stronger, the Ledger governs. New in Version 24.0 (Version 23.0 is the immediately preceding public release; this version supersedes the internal V12–V15 and V17–V19 series, whose numbers are not used externally.) Version 24.0 resolves the structure of the multi-cycle non-abelian obstruction — the sector's longest-standing open front — following an external research exchange with three rounds of independent re-verification (fourteen core figures, three commutant instruments implemented independently, exact integer arithmetic on the obstruction side) and two rounds of counter-review that corrected one quantifier on each side: A dichotomy of the multi-cycle obstruction (new remark). Word blindness on multi-cycle networks has two identified sources, jointly covering every tested case, with opposite behaviour as cycle rank grows. Type I (global; graded): a class-preserving outer automorphism yields a commutant element by an argument free of cycle-rank reference; its non-triviality holds at theorem grade for b₁ ≥ d(G) via generating tuples, is monotone in b₁, and the threshold is measured at b_σ = 2 on the tested Wall group (at b₁ = 1 the permutation is the identity — no universal claim is made, and the existence of groups with threshold above 2 is registered open). Type II (local; measured): Out_c trivial but fusion fails on a proper subgroup, the blind pairs sitting in non-generating sectors — the same mechanism that defeats Wilson generation; this blindness heals: on every verified group (A₄, SL(2,3), A₄×ℤ₂) the full commutant collapses to trivial at b₁ = 3 by exact computation on two independently implemented instruments, although word readouts remain blind — the shift primitives separate, above a threshold, and the natural explanation (tuples becoming generating) is refuted by the persistence of blind blocks. Three boundaries at full strength: no exhaustiveness proof (a third source is not excluded); no general healing theorem (the verified groups all heal at 3, cause unidentified); the verified Type II sample is narrow. The quotient proposition restated in stratified form. The operational-equivalence quotient's necessity is now part of the proposition's own statement, in three strata: necessary where Out_c ≠ 1 at every b₁ ≥ b_σ(G), with b_σ ≤ d(G) at theorem grade; one-dimensional at b₁ = 2 on the fusion-type groups (verified cases); trivial at b₁ ≥ 3 on every verified fusion-type group and at every tested b₁ for word-separation-complete groups (a fourteen-group scan of orders ≤ 31 found no third source). Pre-registered validation preceded the restatement: a stratification-exhaustiveness scan (pass), a new-witness search (no new witness in range, downgrade clause applied as pre-registered), and a zero-conflict audit of the three strata against all archived data. The residual open problem is now precisely located. What remains of multi-cycle completeness: the rare Out_c ≠ 1 groups (54 in the exhaustive range through order 96) above their measured thresholds, the low-b₁ fusion stratum, a general healing theorem, and whether a threshold above 2 occurs. The multiplicity-freeness conjecture's mechanism sentence is corrected with the two regimes stated separately (at b₁ = 2 the shifts do not separate — the blind-pair transposition commutes with every primitive, integer-exact — and reduce the commutant to

The Two-Sided Memory Law I: Schur-Complement Viability Collapse and the Acuity Firewall Minimum Viability at the Floor, Maximum Fisher Budget at the Ceiling

Yuri Alcocer

Abstract The Canonical Semantic Framework (CSF) assigns finite acuity to the physical carrier itself rather than to an external measurement apparatus. A retained sinc/Paley–Wiener network is then admissible only inside a two-sided viability domain on its information frame : a lower floor (the minimum-memory law) and an upper ceiling (the maximum-memory law), with the covariance frame. Finite acuity is not measurement error; it is an admissibility structure, and the two constraints are the two faces of one variational law. The load-bearing core is a Schur-complement viability-collapse theorem. Profiling out an unresolved coupled sector replaces the bare frame by the Schur complement , and the lower frame bound can only fall, by an amount bounded above by (Weyl plus submultiplicativity). Consequently a globally coupled network can lose causal viability while every local sector stays strictly above the floor at finite local energy: collapse is a memory-solvency failure, not an energy singularity, and forward (Schur margin) and inverse (Cramér–Rao variance) pictures are one fact read two ways. We separate the operator-valued viability gradient flow , the geometric flow of the Fifth Interaction, from the scalar KKT/Pontryagin boundary multiplier that binds only on the active viability boundary, with complementary slackness . Conflating the two was a genuine vulnerability of the first draft; the operator current flows everywhere, the scalar toll is exacted only on the boundary. The identification of the economic surface with the geometric floor is neither an identity nor a scalar calibration but a boundary-functional matching condition on the band-edge leakage functional ; we state it as a theorem and isolate exactly when it carries physical content. Closing the law from above gives a water-filling principle, the depth–optionality split , and the Acuity Firewall: an answer-independent invertible amplifier conserves the Fisher information about a hidden bit (data-processing equality), while finite acuity caps that information at . Reading a -separated oracle bit requires Fisher information of order , so the semiclassical Schrödinger–Newton NP oracle of the Abrams–Lloyd lineage cannot be read at polynomial bandwidth, not by damping the amplifier, but because invertible amplification cannot manufacture the Fisher budget the oracle requires. Under stated continuous-admissibility hypotheses, this is a physical mechanism for an escape class already conceded in that literature, not a refutation. The same ceiling yields an operational null band: a finite-acuity observer cannot resolve a null readout more sharply than . CSF therefore does not first modify spacetime; it modifies the resolvability of causal order. We develop, as explicitly conjectural control theory, an acuity-softened cone in which precedence is graded, the cone band is allocable at fixed budget, and a closed control loop may accumulate a signed cone-twist holonomy with a loop-reversal-odd fingerprint. Throughout, theorem, proposition, corollary, conjecture, and open protocol are distinguished; the Schur theorem and the Fisher ceiling carry the load and depend on none of the frontier extensions. This manuscript makes no claim on the Riemann Hypothesis.

Resolution Geometry of Observation Systems

Matěj Rada

Resolution Geometry: A Kernel–Stabilizer Geometry of Observability Abstract Resolution Geometry (RG) is a protocol-explicit geometry of observability constructed from the joint observation law of a declared family of experimental protocols. The primitive object is not a covariance decomposition, a dynamical model, or a metric space, but a complete observation system together with the operational rules that determine which distinctions are admissible. Equality of observation laws induces a universal observational equivalence relation whose kernel groupoid represents exact observational ignorance. The resulting quotient provides the canonical domain on which all experiment-internal statements must be defined. Within regular classical statistical experiments, local distinguishability is represented by the Fisher-Rao metric through the standard information-geometric characterization under sufficient-Markov invariance. Admissible observational sectors are selected by a uniquely characterized spectral projector satisfying idempotence, metric self-adjointness, information compatibility, and threshold consistency. Observable sectors transport naturally under experiment isomorphisms and assemble into compatible observable atlases through identity and cocycle laws. The mature structure of RG is organized by two objects: the kernel groupoid of the joint observation law and the effective symmetry group induced by the stabilizer of that law. The kernel identifies observational equivalence, exact ignorance, and quotient structure. The stabilizer determines an effective symmetry group acting faithfully on the observational quotient. Together they provide the organizing principle from which observable geometry is assembled. A central result is a natural-descent theorem. Observable invariants, Fisher geometry, cone fields, clock readouts, transport structures, and distance protocols are shown to arise as pullbacks from law space and therefore descend automatically to the observational quotient. On regular strata, exact ignorance is represented by the kernel groupoid while infinitesimal ignorance is represented by the radical of the Fisher tensor. Representative invariance, kernel basicness, and projectability emerge as consequences of naturality rather than independent assumptions. The framework separates several logically distinct layers. The quotient layer characterizes what an experiment can and cannot distinguish. The metric layer quantifies local distinguishability. The admissibility layer determines which distinguishable directions survive stability, conditioning, nuisance closure, and transport requirements. The symmetry layer determines which higher-level geometric structures are forced. Entropy appears only downstream as a derived quantity associated with observational quotients and unresolved sectors, recovering familiar entropy constructions as special cases rather than primitives. Higher-level physical structure emerges through symmetry content. Lorentzian symmetry forces the quadratic causal cone and conformal class on regular strata. Equal clock kernels generate a duration groupoid whose transition maps satisfy a forced cocycle law and become affine under compatible time flows. Euclidean symmetries determine unique two-point invariants and metric proportionality classes. Counted channels remove dilation freedom and provide the anchor necessary for operational distance identification. Physical distance therefore appears not as a primitive notion but as a derived consequence of observational equivalence, symmetry structure, and experimentally anchored protocols. A covariance realization provides a concrete computational model of the general framework. Schur-complement identities describe observable geometry in the presence of nuisance structure; resolved-null coupling characterizes estimator improvement; canonical correlations provide observable-sector diagnostics; and transport admits gauge-theoretic and globalization interpretations. These realizations supply practical tools for inverse problems, statistical estimation, information geometry, experiment design, and automated sector identification, while remaining consequences of the general theory rather than its axioms. The geometric picture that emerges is not a single smooth manifold. Observable geometry naturally occupies a Whitney-stratified orbit-space bundle whose regular strata support Fisher-Riemannian path geometry, transport, holonomy, and monodromy, while singular strata encode degeneracy structure, admissible distinguishability, kernel transitions, orbit-type changes, and unresolved directions. The resulting assembly combines observational quotients, information geometry, kernel groupoids, symmetry reduction, cocycle descent, and stratified geometry into a unified framework for partial observability. The constituent mathematical ingredients—statistical experiment theory, Fisher geometry, observational quotients, groupoids, symmetry reduction, spectral projectors, Schur complements, canonical correlations, cocycle theory, and stratified geometry—are classical. The contribution of Resolution Geometry is their characterization, integration, and assembly into a single kernel-stabilizer geometry of observability. Scope and non-claims are explicit: the framework does not derive admissibility protocols from first principles, does not identify observability with ontology, does not derive physical laws from information alone, and does not reduce physics to statistics. Its purpose is to characterize, for a declared experiment, the geometry of what can be distinguished, transported, synchronized, measured, and consistently inferred. Repository The static, inferential, classificatory, and dynamical results are facets of a single object and are linked by exact identities; a result from any one layer rests on the invariants of the others. Readers building on any component are asked to cite the framework as a whole. Released under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, [DOI]; the results are offered in the ordinary scientific manner, with the single request that their common origin be acknowledged.

Mediated Phase Emergence, Transport Reduction, and Non-Factorization

Craig Edwin Holdway

This Theorem establishes a complete transport-to-visible reduction theorem for a five-fibre system governed by Gray-structured transport on Q5. The cyclic reflected Gray code produces a unique surviving antisymmetric ordered source, the (5,1) closure class with ordered-pair count C₅₁ = 16. This reduces under the canonical projection–pairing–retention pipeline to a nearest-neighbour antisymmetric commutator operator K on a three-dimensional carrier space. Eliminating the mediator channel via Schur reduction forces a rank-one quadratic visible operator Q⊥ ~ vvᵀ, whose phase-bearing component is extracted by μ(Q) = ½Tr(QR). Path-class decomposition gives the single-sheet coefficient law μ = 2κ_adj + κ_nonadj; cross-sheet doubling gives the observable coefficient law: μ_obs = 4κ_adj + 2κ_nonadj Independently, Schur reduction of the five-fibre Hamiltonian gives h_z = v_L·v_R/Δ, bilinear in left and right couplings. Under the transport–Hamiltonian matching hypothesis in the near-symmetric regime, μ = 2h_z + O(δ²_eff). The bilinearity is irreducible (no subsystem supported on a single visible branch can reproduce a nonzero coefficient), establishing that the observable two-state dynamics are intrinsically non-factorizable. A geometric holonomy lemma establishes that μ_obs is a loop invariant, nontrivial despite vertex-level closure, vanishing on commutative transport classes. A Berry Phase Correspondence Criterion identifies the conditions under which γ_Berry = μ_obs + O(δ²), without asserting those conditions are satisfied. Status: Gray ordered-pair counts, uniqueness of (5,1) closure source, zero-pattern of K, rank-one quadratic emergence, phase extraction, cross-sheet doubling, bilinearity, and no-one-sided-support result all solid. Conditional on phase dressing assumption (full derivation from T17 kernel generators open. Conditional on path-class multiplicity), a 2:1 ratio requires explicit enumeration from T17 kernel geometry. Conditional on transport–Hamiltonian matching, bridge requires a near-symmetric regime hypothesis and second-order leg matching justification.

The multiplicity-freeness conjecture's mechanism sentence is corrected with the two regimes stated separately (at b₁ = 2 the shifts do not separate — the blind-pair transposition commutes with every primitive, integer-exact — and reduce the commutant to
Abstract The Canonical Semantic Framework (CSF) assigns finite acuity to the physical carrier itself rather than to an external measurement apparatus.
