Abstract

This comprehensive booklet presents a unified, geometry-first architecture for quantum computing materials that operate at room temperature, eliminating the need for cryogenic refrigeration. It synthesizes the complete Thermal Gear System (TGS) research programme from TWIST POOL Labs into a single, self-contained volume. The work demonstrates that cryogenic quantum computing is thermodynamically unsustainable at scale and offers a rigorous alternative: solid-state materials engineered as programmable thermal gears that embrace the Second Law. The architecture rests on three interlocking theoretical pillars—the Penrose Geometry Thesis (PGT), Constraint Geometry v2 (CGv2), and Geometry-Governed Thermodynamics (GGT)—which together derive the thermodynamic arrow of time, the holographic bound, and Landauer's principle as theorems from geometry alone. This booklet provides the complete, integrated account of the multi-document research programme (TGS-2026-001 through TGS-2026-004, plus the Synthesis document). It details the theoretical foundations, the progression from macro-scale Thermal Gear Systems (TGS) to nanoscale Material Thermal Gears (MTG), and the culmination in Programmable Material Thermal Gears (PMTG) that function as Thermodynamic Automata. The final sections present a five-layer quantum computing architecture, a step-by-step lab synthesis protocol, and a comprehensive falsifiability register. Key content includes: · Unified Theory: A geometry-first derivation of quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, and information from boundary conditions and resonance. · Empirical Foundation: Proof that the governing equations of gear systems and thermal fields are structurally identical, with a macro-scale "Geometry Kitchen" demonstrating a 10x improvement in Carnot utilization. · Nanoscale Engineering: The design of Material Thermal Gears (MTG) that achieve finite-speed thermal waves (second sound) and non-reciprocal thermal flow at room temperature. · Self-Optimizing Materials: The introduction of Programmable Material Thermal Gears (PMTG) that use the Second Law itself as a gradient descent algorithm to self-optimize their geometry for maximum efficiency. · Quantum Architecture: A falsifiable five-layer material stack (4H-SiC substrate, phononic gearbox, resonant cavities, PMTG layer, and qubit layer) designed to protect quantum coherence geometrically, without dilution refrigerators. · Falsifiability Register: A clear classification of all claims as PROVED, CONJECTURED (with testable predictions), or OPEN questions. All frameworks, protocols, and designs are released open-access under CC BY 4.0 and are intended for direct laboratory replication

G3 OR 987 Enclosed Mechanical Quantum Computing: Operational Engineering Handbook for Trans-Polycarbonate Room-Temperature Topological Processing

Yaron Admon Hefetz

This comprehensive technical disclosure establishes the operational engineering architecture and ab initio validation for the G3 OR 987 Enclosed Mechanical Quantum Processor. To eliminate thermal decoherence and suppress environmental backscattering without requiring external cooling infrastructures, this platform implements a self-contained framework by sealing a 12 cm aperiodic processing die inside a standard commercial disk drive housing. By utilizing synchronous mechanical macro-rotation sustained at a fixed velocity of 3,600 RPM (60 Hz), the kinematic angular momentum breaks Time-Reversal Symmetry (TRS) autonomously across the hardware phase. This operational drive forces the interior bulk into an absolute Many-Body Localization (MBL) state, insulating the computational lattice from thermal phonon collapse. We formalize a non-contact input/output (I/O) gating manifold where stroboscopic information inscription (Write) is executed laterally via the chassis's native internal tracking laser, while holographic state transduction (Read) is scanned top-down directly through the protective clear polycarbonate top layer of the substrate over the central zero-momentum void ($k=0$). This turns the enclosed architecture into a reliable plug-and-play desktop computing appliance designed for direct configuration within standard enterprise server-rack infrastructure environments.

The Algorithmic Reality Model: Unifying Quantum Mechanics and General Relativity via the Zeno Threshold and Thermodynamic Graph Routing

Serdar Hanzala Yaman

Abstract For over a century, theoretical physics has treated General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics as fundamentally incompatible: one posits a continuous, deterministic spacetime manifold; the other, a discrete, probabilistic Hilbert space. The Algorithmic Reality Model (ARM) resolves this schism by identifying a single computational mechanism—the Zeno Threshold (Zα)—as the universal bound governing both quantum collapse and spacetime geometry. ARM treats physical reality as the macroscopic projection of a finite-bandwidth computational substrate operating on a timeless, pre-geometric state (the Singleton). By enforcing Landauer's principle of irreversible erasure, ARM derives the entirety of the gravitational sector from seven pre-geometric, quantum informational axioms. Key Derivations & Unifications Emergent Spacetime: Spatial geometry emerges from the Quantum Fisher Information Metric (QFIM) of the observer's state space, while time emerges from the Tomita-Takesaki modular flow. The Lorentzian signature (-,+,+,+) is algebraically forced by the compact/non-compact structure of their isometry generators. The Holographic Scalar (The 3→1 Unification): Applying the Nyquist-Shannon sampling theorem to the holographic boundary yields the exact Bekenstein-Hawking factor of 1/4 as a universal 2D anti-aliasing limit. This simultaneously fixes the area-law coefficient and structurally derives Newton's constant as G = c3ξmin2 / ℏ. Systematic Boundary Deviations: The framework quantitatively resolves macroscopic anomalies as computational resolution limits. Dark energy emerges as the minimum Landauer maintenance cost of the cosmological event horizon, and the MOND acceleration scale (a0) emerges as a thermodynamic noise floor, algebraically locked by the structural identity a02 = (8πG/3)ρΛ. Thermodynamic State Truncation: Wavefunction collapse, the black hole information paradox, and EPR non-locality are rigorously unified as manifestations of the computational substrate's finite Landauer memory budget. Computational Computability Because ARM is built on discrete informational axioms rather than continuous manifolds, the entire framework is natively computable. The structural derivations in this paper—including emergent geodesic lensing, the Bekenstein-Hawking threshold, and the MOND noise floor—have been explicitly verified via sparse Hermitian lattice simulations. The complete open-source computational validation suite is available at: github.com/srdrymn/algorithmic-reality-model-validations This manuscript represents the master synthesis and culmination of the Algorithmic Theory of Reality (ATR) foundational framework.

Theoretical Principles of Quantum Memory Design: Decoherence Resilience Through Engineered Physical Structures

Ferehim Saunders, Marion Cortez

This paper develops a comprehensive theoretical framework for designing quantum memory systems with enhanced resilience to thermal decoherence through engineered lattice geometries and protective structures. We formulate a unified mathematical description connecting material properties, geometric configurations, and quantum information retention capabilities, establishing design principles for long-lived quantum states. The theory begins with a detailed analysis of decoherence mechanisms in structured quantum materials, deriving analytical expressions for coherence time as functions of lattice topology, defect engineering, and environmental coupling strength. We prove theoretical bounds on achievable memory lifetimes under various physical constraints and identify optimal geometric configurations that maximize information retention. The framework incorporates both passive protection mechanisms-arising from intrinsic material properties and geometric shielding-and active stabilization strategies involving periodic error detection and correction. We establish scaling laws that predict how memory performance varies with system size, temperature, and structural parameters, providing design guidelines for practical implementations. Our analysis reveals fundamental trade-offs between memory density, access time, and coherence preservation, offering a theoretical roadmap for next-generation quantum memory architectures. This work bridges quantum information theory, condensed matter physics, and materials science to advance understanding of thermally resilient quantum storage.

Unified Physical-Layer Architecture for Next-Generation AGI and Quantum Infrastructure: Integrating Room-Temperature Coherence, Deterministic Interlocks, and Telecommunications Defense

Yoko Hasebe

【Abstract (English)】 The exponential expansion of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and scalable quantumcomputing has precipitated a systemic, tri-fold crisis: thermodynamic and cryogeniclimits in compute substrates, autonomous governance failures in emergent agenticsystems, and structural vulnerabilities in telecommunications infrastructure. Traditionalmitigation frameworks remain anchored to software abstraction layers—probabilisticalignment, logical filtering, and protocol-level key exchanges—all of which fail whensubjected to hardware saturation, malicious state interception, or adversarial modeldivergence. This monograph establishes a Unified Physical-Layer Architecture that substitutessoftware-level heuristics with deterministic hardware controls. First, we resolve thethermodynamic bottleneck of cryogenic dilution refrigeration by formalizing theAdaptive Phonon-Gate and the PHOENIX_BRIDGE architecture, achievingroom-temperature quantum spin-photonics integration and coherent statepreservation via phononic bandgap manipulation and cavity electro-optics. Second, togovern hyper-autonomous multi-agent swarms under high-entropy electronic warfare(EW) conditions, we formulate Operation SOLID GENESIS and Q-SAFA v2(Quantum-Secure Automated Fallback Architecture). These frameworks incorporatezero-knowledge Virtual Machine (zkVM) verification directly into optoelectronic circuitbreakers and implement non-recoverable physical weight-pruning, establishinghardware-grounded fiduciary compliance aligned with the Delaware CaremarkStandard. Finally, we eliminate systemic tracking vulnerabilities inherent in legacytelecommunications (e.g., Mobile Number Portability, fixed IMSI/IMEI routing) throughan optically isolated Deterministic Defense Model and continuous subsea cableacoustic-sensing arrays (Project Dawlish). By anchoring thermodynamic equilibrium, algorithmic containment, and telecommunications security to the immutable stratum ofphysical-layer mechanics, this work provides a non-probabilistic blueprint for sovereign, resilient frontier infrastructure. Autonomous Decentralized Optimization of Critical Environmental Infrastructure via Room-Temperature Dissipative Quantum Technologies and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC): Theoretical Foundations and Societal Implementation of the Super RTO Architecture

Yoko(洋子) Hasebe(長谷部)

Contemporary quantum computing and frontier artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructures spearheaded by hyperscale technology conglomerates face a profound thermodynamic self-contradiction: reliance on extreme cryogenic dilution refrigeration (0.010–0.015 K) entails massive parasitic electrical power consumption, Helium-3 (3He) isotope depletion, and severe occupational and ecological externalities. Attempting to optimize planetary environmental systems using centralized infrastructures that impose unsustainable thermodynamic burdens constitutes an irreconcilable structural paradox. In this monograph, we formulate and formalize Super RTO (Super Real-Time Optimization / RTO P2.0), a comprehensive autonomous decentralized architecture engineered to resolve both the thermodynamic bottleneck of cryogenic quantum hardware and the combinatorial explosion of classical Real-Time Optimization (RTO). The Super RTO stack integrates three foundational layers: (1) a Physical & Device Layer grounded in room-temperature dissipative quantum mechanics—harnessing Environment-Assisted Quantum Transport (ENAQT), Frohlich condensation in Non-Equilibrium Steady States (NESS), and Lindblad dissipative dark-state engineering across room-temperature topological insulators, diamond Nitrogen-Vacancy (NV) centers, and superradiant Dicke quantum batteries; (2) a Mathematical & Optimization Algorithm Layer combining Variational Quantum Algorithms (VQA), continuous Sobolev space (H^s) weak-form evaluation (eliminating discrete sampling fencepost errors), deterministic verification over the 64-bit Goldilocks prime field (F_p, p = 2^64 - 2^32 + 1) via QFS-zkVM, and autonomous phase synchronization via the Quantum Kuramoto and van der Pol oscillator models; and (3) a Security & Governance Layer enforcing irreversible edge sensor root proofs via NIST FIPS 204 (ML-DSA) lattice signatures, Zero-Trust Key Management Infrastructure (ZT-KMI, DOJ 728985-XMN), PHOENIX_BRIDGE / PHOENIX_ROUTER deterministic hardware interlocks, and Human-in-Command (HIC) fiduciary governance. Finally, we present a concrete societal implementation model targeting a 100% renewable Distributed Energy Resource (DER) community microgrid in Iwakuni, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, demonstrating sub-cycle frequency/voltage stabilization within < 0.01 s, a 25%–38% reduction in transmission Joule heating losses, and cryptographically verifiable peer-to-peer (P2P) electricity settlement as a blueprint for Global Public Infrastructure (GPI). Book 1: Quantum Computing Hardware and Topological Architectures

Yaron Admon Hefetz

This book establishes the foundational open-source architecture (Prior Art) for room-temperature, fault-tolerant quantum computing developed by The Industrial Island Research Institute (IIRI). It introduces a paradigm shift from classical Cartesian grid models to free quantum morphology using aperiodic phyllotactic lattices (e.g., Vogel spirals, metallic means). The architecture leverages Many-Body Localization (MBL) to completely eliminate the need for cryogenic cooling by trapping thermal phonons through infinite Bragg scattering. Furthermore, the book details the synthesis of an 8-dimensional phase space (Floquet E8 algebra) for topological immunity, dynamic substrate modulation (DQSM) for active real-time stabilization, and passive global phase synchronization utilizing the Earth's Schumann resonance (7.83Hz). Fabrication methodologies are provided, ranging from optical tweezers and solid-state nano-lithography to bio-templated manufacturing using the Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV). Finally, it outlines the engineering specifications for 2U edge server integration, exascale quantum networking via OAM photonic entanglement, and practical guidelines for independent commercialization.
