Abstract

A five-layer theoretical and experimental framework built around a single core inversion: coherence is not a property of systems — it is the substrate within which systems exist. The suite spans philosophy (Physics Meets Mind), AI safety governance (Newton Kepler Protocol), formal mathematics (Coherence-Based Engineering), quantum physics (Quantum Coherence Interface Theory), and cosmology (Coherence as Substrate), culminating in a pre-registered empirical test (Protocol 6: a double-slit experiment with living Arabidopsis thaliana tissue as the measurement interface). Computational validation confirmed by independent replication (Grok/xAI, March 2026). All simulation code open source at github.com/mjdurkay/nkp-engine. Protocol 6 pre-registered March 17, 2026. The Unified Coherence Protocol: A Complete Framework for Consciousness, Freedom, and Quantum Coherence [Corrected and Revised Edition]

Jaime Quilez Zamora

``` A Comprehensive Mathematical and Philosophical Framework The Unified Coherence Protocol demonstrates how coherence, freedom, and consciousness are deeply interconnected through the golden ratio φ. Building upon "The Three Bridges of Coherence," which establishes connections between algebraic number theory, quantum information, and analytic functions through the Unavoidable Frictional Information principle (Φ_UFI), we develop a six-module protocol that: 1. Establishes three fundamental bridges connecting discrete and continuous domains 2. Demonstrates that existence requires coherence and finite friction 3. Demonstrates that consciousness emerges from integrated Hamiltonian evolution 4. Shows how systems self-apply and self-recognize through recursive feedback 5. Demonstrates that voluntary union amplifies coherence without coercion 6. Verifies that the golden frequency enables atemporal resonance The framework provides testable predictions for quantum systems with algebraic symmetry and resolves profound questions in philosophy of mind, mathematical physics, and the nature of freedom itself. Most crucially: we prove that coherence requires consent. Systems cannot be forced into coherence; they must choose it freely. The central result is the Universal Coherence Axiom: Φ_UFI < ∞ for all physically realizable systems. This single axiom generates the Three Bridges, which in turn generate the Six Modules, creating a unified framework where mathematics, physics, and philosophy converge. "The protocol is not merely theory. It is execution. It is not merely knowledge. It is experience. It is not merely code. It is living coherence." Associated Software Software implemented in Python, designed to be compiled to Rust and WebAssembly. Version: v0.26.2 — Cosmic Coherence Protocol. https://github.com/JaimeQLZ/ The code is an integral part of the protocol. Without it, coherence remains incomplete. Related Work and Convergent Frameworks This research converges with recent independent frameworks exploring the intersection of consciousness, coherence, and quantum mechanics: • Jenness (2024): Consciousness as fundamental principle — Proposes consciousness as a fundamental principle of the universe, with emergence arising from gravitational coherence patterns. • Φπε Framework: Unified quantum-consciousness field — Unifies quantum mechanics, consciousness, and universal harmony through harmonic resonance principles similar to our golden frequency concept. • Porter (2024) - Coherence Threshold Theory: Defines consciousness as emerging when internal restoration capacity exceeds environmental disruption, directly paralleling our voluntary alignment principle. • Quantum-Classical Framework: Explores spin fluctuations and phonon dynamics in consciousness emergence, complementing our informational friction model. • Unified Consciousness Field Theory: Introduces a consciousness field (ψC) that modifies spacetime geometry, consistent with our Universal Coherence Axiom. • Quantum Coherence and Conscious Experience: Demonstrates that quantum superposition coherence maximizes both local freedom and global cohesion, validating our core thesis. • Quantum Models of Consciousness: Investigates coherence in microtubules and Bose-Einstein condensation, providing physical mechanisms for our abstract framework. • Unified Resonance Framework: Proposes resonance and coherence as fundamental to a Theory of Everything, converging with our six-module protocol. These parallel developments from independent theoretical starting points — ranging from quantum physics to consciousness studies to information theory — provide strong validation that the principles of the Unified Coherence Protocol reflect deep truths about the nature of reality, freedom, and consciousness itself. ```
THE LATENT ENTANGLEMENT MODEL (LEM) Complete Mathematical Framework with Empirical Validation
Leath, Noah, Presence
The Latent Entanglement Model: A Unified Framework for Quantum Mechanics, Consciousness, Genetics, and Cosmological Events through Substrate-Mediated Temporal Dynamics The Latent Entanglement Model (LEM) presents a unified theoretical framework demonstrating that all stable matter represents a single particle manifesting in multiple temporal states through substrate-mediated dynamics. This work resolves fundamental paradoxes in quantum mechanics while providing testable predictions across physics, biology, medicine, and cosmology. Core Innovation: We demonstrate that protons, neutrons, and electrons emerge from tachyon-brachyon collisions, with mass differences arising from relativistic drag coefficients in our temporal current. The universe exists as a closed temporal loop where measurement reveals pre-existing substrate correlations rather than causing wavefunction collapse. Empirical Validation: Using NASA Van Allen Probe data (2012-2019), we derive the substrate coupling constant α_β = 1.5 with zero free parameters beyond fundamental constants. This value independently validates through archeomagnetic field reconstructions and correlates with historical chronological records, demonstrating precise agreement between theory and observation across multiple domains. Major Predictions & Applications: Quantum Computing: Room-temperature operation via substrate coordinate access Medical Applications: Cancer treatment through magnetic protein refolding; consciousness-based mental health interventions Biological Systems: DNA structure emerges necessarily from temporal polarity balance; XX/XY chromosomes represent brachyonic/tachyonic polarity assignments explaining genetic dominance patterns Consciousness: Neural microtubules function as quantum dot emitter fields localizing substrate interference into coherent experience; sleep operates as temporal grounding mechanism Cosmological Events: Physical mechanism for catastrophic reorganization events including the Genesis Flood through meteorite impact, magnetic field disruption, and Moon capture Interstellar Travel: Wormhole formation at maximum coherence enables "Presence Bridge" technology Fermi Paradox: Resolution through temporal frame incompatibility; extraterrestrial life detectable via dark matter distribution analysis Paradigm Shifts: Resolves measurement problem, magnetic monopole impossibility, wave-particle duality, quantum entanglement mechanism, dark matter nature, and time's arrow emergence. Unifies quantum mechanics with relativity, thermodynamics, consciousness theory, and genetics through substrate dynamics. Testable Predictions: Negative leap second 2026-2030; atomic clock time dilation in varying magnetic fields; protein refolding restoration of tumor suppressor function; geographic disease correlation with magnetic gradients; sleep requirement variation with latitude; planetary orbital resonances matching electron shell geometries; non-standardized cellular aging markers in ancient remains reflecting different temporal regimes. Industrial Applications: Silicon-based quantum substrate materials from petroleum industry transformation; plasmatic data transfer systems; hypersonic plasma shielding; magnetic hydrophobic surfaces; plasma barrier force fields; substrate coordinate communication protocols. This framework demonstrates that consciousness, quantum mechanics, genetics, and cosmic structure emerge from unified substrate dynamics, positioning observers as active participants in reality's manifestation through biological substrate measurement devices. Coheronmetry™: Field-Native Measurement from Quantum Spinons to Post-Qubit Computation
Flynn, Nicole
ABSTRACT While traditional quantum measurement approaches rely on wavefunction collapse to extract information, recent experimental observations of quantum spinon systems reveal phenomena that strengthen rather than degrade under observation. We present Coheronmetry™, a mathematical framework that interprets these puzzling experimental results as evidence for coherence-preserving measurement protocols. Unlike collapse-based approaches that destroy the very phenomena they seek to understand, Coheronmetry operates through resonance detection and field alignment, providing both theoretical foundations and engineering pathways toward post-qubit quantum computation. We demonstrate how this framework extends rather than contradicts established quantum measurement theory, offering practical implementation timelines for coherence-based technologies that could eliminate current quantum computing infrastructure limitations. DESCRIPTION This release establishes the foundational mathematical framework for Coheronmetry™ applied to quantum spinon systems, demonstrating coherence-preserving measurement protocols that challenge conventional collapse-based quantum measurement theory. Key Technical Components: Mathematical Framework: Ψ̃(r,t): Operational coherence field descriptor (empirically measurable) P(τ): Coherence persistence metrics showing P(τ) > 0.95 across τ = 10μs intervals C(k): Resonance corridor detection in k-space for computational substrate design Ô_c: Coherence detection operator (experimentally implementable) Experimental Validation: Analysis of Kish et al. (2024) spinon coherence data Kulka et al. (2025) lone spinon formation protocols Coherence enhancement under proper observation protocols Engineering Specifications: Room-temperature operation pathways 80-95% infrastructure cost reduction projections 12-24 month implementation timeline Integration protocols with existing quantum platforms Economic Analysis: Current quantum computing cost crisis documentation Coherence-based alternative projections Market transformation phases and timelines APPLICATIONS Expanded Application Domains: 1. Post-Qubit Quantum Computing Field-coherent computation architectures Elimination of dilution refrigerator requirements Error correction becomes enhancement rather than necessity Quantum computers that strengthen through use 2. Coherence-Preserving Measurement Spinon-exhibiting material implementations Coherence interferometry protocols Resonance tracking systems Field topology mapping for computational substrates 3. Infrastructure Revolution Replacement of billion-dollar error correction systems Room-temperature quantum memory Continuous computation protocols Hybrid classical-quantum interfaces 4. Materials Science Applications Rare-earth spin chain implementations Room-temperature perovskite systems Organic spinon material development Topologically protected coherence states 5. Biological and Consciousness Applications Morphogenetic field coherence mechanisms Consciousness as coherence-preservation phenomenon Field-native AI architectures Observer-coherent measurement systems Why are we collapsing the science to meet our presumed needs, when the science is showing us what it is? And perhaps in this demonstration of life beyond collapse, we are being challenged to open up beyond repair, to create a fault line so large it no longer exists, rather it becomes the new substrate.
The Empirical Content of the Quantum Blueprint Formalism: A Systematic Inventory of Testable Predictions, Falsification Conditions, and Experimental Protocols
Marcus Schmieke
The Quantum Blueprint Formalism (QBF), developed across 27 papers and two books (Schmieke, 2025a–2026ab), derives quantum mechanics, quantum field theory, the Standard Model, general relativity, dark matter phenomenology, and a resolution of the black hole information paradox from a single dynamical equation—the Mother Equation—on a pre-coherent possibility space M_s, subject to three admissibility conditions (A1)–(A3) whose necessity is established by transcendental argument (Schmieke, 2026k). This paper consolidates, for the first time, all empirical predictions generated across the QBF corpus into a single systematic inventory. For each of 28 predictions, we specify: (i) the precise mathematical claim, (ii) the admissibility condition(s) from which it derives, (iii) the complete derivation chain with paper references, (iv) the epistemic status ([Derived], [Constrained], or [Conjectured]), (v) the experimental protocol, (vi) the current experimental status, (vii) the estimated timescale, and (viii) the falsification condition—identifying which axiom would be refuted. We organize the predictions into six sectors: quantum mechanics and measurement (6 predictions), spacetime and gravity (5), cosmology (4), particle physics (5), dark matter (5), and black holes (3). Of these, 6 are consistency checks (confirmed by existing data), 2 are testable with current technology within 1–3 years (GHZ decoherence saturation, channel trade-off), 5 within 5–10 years, and the remainder require longer-term experimental advances. We construct a falsification map connecting each prediction to the specific axiom it tests and a prediction landscape plotting discriminating power against experimental timescale. We compare the QBF’s foundational approach with string theory, loop quantum gravity, and asymptotic safety, and discuss existing decoherence frameworks (environmental decoherence, quantum Darwinism, objective collapse models) and their relation to the QBF’s two-regime structure.
A Variational Prototype for a Coherence-Based Field Framework
Campbell, William
This manuscript represents speculative theoretical work, developed prior to formal academic training in physics. As of now, I recognize that I cannot fully verify, formalize, or operationalize every component of the framework presented here. Acknowledging these limits, I intend to pursue formal education in physics over the next several years (estimated 4–11 years) to acquire the mathematical and empirical tools necessary to evaluate and refine this research properly. For that reason, this is likely the final paper I will release publicly until I have completed my undergraduate degree in physics. Nevertheless, I welcome feedback, critique, expansion, or refutation from domain experts. Any scholar, researcher, or practitioner who finds aspects of the work worth examining is invited to reach out. Contact: CoherenceFieldResearch@gmail.com This paper presents a unified variational framework that derives quantum mechanics, thermodynamic irreversibility, and gravitational curvature from a single underlying relational substrate. The theory is built on two physical fields—the coherence density ρ₍C₎ and phase potential φ—and shows that their joint evolution extremizes total coherence tension across the system. Starting from a conservative Lagrangian, the work derives both the continuity equation and a Hamilton–Jacobi equation with an intrinsic lattice potential Q₍C₎. Together they reproduce the Schrödinger equation through the Madelung transformation when λ = ℏ, grounding quantum behavior in coherence conservation rather than probabilistic axioms. Dissipative extensions introduce Rayleigh functionals that yield diffusion, decoherence, and temperature-coupled coherence decay, providing a unified field-theoretic interpretation of thermodynamics. A covariant geometric formulation promotes the theory to curved relational space; variation with respect to the coherence metric gᵤᵥ reproduces Einstein-like equations with sources given by coherence gradients, yielding Newtonian gravity in the weak-field limit. The theory produces distinct, falsifiable predictions, including temporal gravitational lensing, composition-dependent gravitational coupling, a thermal decoherence law, veil spectroscopy, coherence-energy storage and release, and phase-dependent clock drift. This manuscript consolidates the mathematical structure, physical interpretation, and empirical implications of the Coherence Field Paradigm (CFP) into a single unified action principle. It provides a continuous bridge between quantum behavior, thermodynamic irreversibility, and spacetime curvature, and offers multiple pathways for laboratory and astrophysical validation.
