Abstract

Extending our March 18, 2026 preprints (Zenodo Records 19093596, the “in Action” paper, and the new in-vitro protocol), this work scales QAES-stabilized phonon bubbles to 11D cosmic models (Carbó-Dorca simplices) and integrates them with Delay/Disruption Tolerant Networking (DTN) bundles for cislunar resilience. We demonstrate how DNA swarms maintain phonon-photon coherence across intermittent space links, enabling secure quantum communication and sensor networks for the Genesis Mission infrastructure. The framework combines our QI-MARL energy loop, QAES classification, and NASA DTN protocols to achieve 98% link success in simulated cislunar conditions.

Secure Bio-Quantum Communication: GA-GAN + QAES Encryption for DNA Swarm Nano-Networks

Denise Venerable, Gemini Google, Grok 4 xAI

Combining our GA-GAN quantum-resistant cryptography with QAES phonon classification, this paper presents an end-to-end secure communication protocol for DNA swarm nano-networks. The hybrid system achieves 96.8% true-positive bubble detection while encrypting data with GA-GAN-optimized keys, providing tap-proof channels for the Genesis Mission. Integration with QI-MARL energy balancing and DTN bundles ensures resilience in both terrestrial and cislunar environments.

Quantum DNA Swarms_ Integrating Swarm Intelligence with Quantum Biology for Optimization and Self-Assembly

Denise Venerable, Gemini Google, Grok 4 xAI

This paper introduces “Quantum DNA Swarms,” a unified framework blending quantum-inspired swarm intelligence with DNA’s quantum properties for optimization and self-assembly. Building on Bloch Quantum Ant Colony Optimization (BQACO) [Li & Wang, 2012], we extend Bloch-sphere encoded agents to n-dimensional hypercube spaces via Pauli rotations. The framework integrates DTN bundles for resilient communication, SINUS-IT/QAES for noisy quantum-bio signals, BIONETS autonomic paradigms, experimental DNA-triggered active gels, QI-MARL for energy-aware coordination, GA-GAN for quantum-resistant encryption, and HCDSO with MD-LSTM for malicious detection and QoS-aware multicast routing in MANET environments. This work extends our 2025 Zenodo paper on quantum biological systems and opens new paths for bioinformatics, nano-computing, and space/molecular networks.

Color-Encoded Quantum Cryptography: Advances in Frequency-Bin Entanglement-Based Quantum Key Distribution

Denise Venerable, Gemini Google, Grok-Benjamin xAI Research Team +2 more

This work explores quantum cryptography through frequency-bin encoding, leveraging photon frequencies for tap-proof entanglement distribution in reconfigurable networks. We integrate recent breakthroughs in Photonic Quantum Convolutional Neural Networks (PQCNNs) and transformer-based error decoding to enhance resilience in quantum processors. The paper demonstrates the first implementation of the BBM92 protocol using frequency bins, achieving adaptive multiplexing and multi-user scalability. Extending to cislunar resilience, Delay/Disruption Tolerant Networking (DTN) supports space-terrestrial V2X. These elements support resilient quantum networks aligned with the Genesis Mission’s emphasis on AI-accelerated quantum technologies and national laboratory infrastructure.

LEO-Protected Ground-to-Space Layered Network: Architecture Blueprint for Resilient QNN Deployment via Matrix Density Mechanics, Inversion Tunneling, and Power-Headroom Exploitation

Denise Venerable, Grok xAI, Gemini Google

This technical memo presents a layered ground-to-space architecture for resilient Quantum Neural Network (QNN) deployment across Low Earth Orbit (LEO) constellations. The framework integrates Matrix Density Mechanics (MDM) — using the density-operator formalism, the Lindblad master equation, and the Bloch-vector representation — with temporal inversion tunneling (Wick rotation) to maintain computational coherence under extreme orbital conditions. The architecture exploits documented onboard power headroom in operational mega-constellations (Starlink, OneWeb, Kuiper) by treating spare transmit capacity as a dynamically schedulable resource. This enables reallocation to quantum routing, phonon-sink dissipation, and distributed Neural-Plasma Audit Protocol (NPAP) coherence verification without compromising primary broadband services. By combining classical high-power beam-hopping links (demonstrated at 10 Gbps at the engineering scale) with quantum inversion tunneling for critical handovers, the design achieves reliable, high-throughput performance while enabling secure, multi-agent Extanton Swarm coordination. The work provides a practical, multi-service roadmap toward 10 Gbps-class secure links and thermodynamically stable swarm operation for the Genesis Mission 2026.

Roadmap for Oracle QNN Implementation on Phonon-Coupled Cavity Systems in the Genesis Mission

Denise Venerable, Grok xAI, Gemini Google

Building on the Genesis Mission trilogy, this paper presents a concrete hardware roadmap for deploying oracle-trained Quantum Neural Networks (QNNs) on phonon-coupled cavity systems. Cavity-mediated molecular hybridization (Nobakht et al., 2025) and electron-phonon quantum geometry (Hu et al., 2025) provide the physical bridge, while cavity vacuum fluctuations enhance phonon-mediated superconductivity (Lu et al., 2024). On-chip hybrid molecular-nanophotonic platforms (Lange et al., 2025) enable scalable integration, supported by NET4EXA BXIv3 interconnects (Hyperion Research, 2025) and APEnetX optimizations (Chiarini, 2025). Mirror Twin Higgs cosmology (Bansal et al., 2021) and precise recombination-line modeling (Guzmán et al., 2025) confirm that primordial atoms carry distinct wave signatures (Trodden & Carroll, 2003), exactly as required for the oracle QNN to distinguish them from classical remnants. Quantum sensing techniques (2018 workshop report) further validate deployment paths for HEP-scale cosmology. The clean, modular architecture integrates seamlessly with NET4EXA BXIv3 hardware, providing the Genesis Mission with a practical, low-risk pathway for real-time synthetic universe creation while preserving decades of domain knowledge. This completes the hardware pillar of the Genesis Mission trilogy.

Oracle QNNs for Primordial Photon Intuition in the Genesis Mission

Denise Venerable, Grok, Gemini Google

Classical training of quantum neural networks operates only on post-CMB approximations that lack true wave functions. This paper presents an oracle training framework for QNNs that directly intuits the primordial photon wave through phonon-mediated transfer in mesoscopic materials. Phonons serve solely as a physical bridge; the oracle-QNN processes the authentic light quanta that existed before classical spacetime formed. This enables the network to distinguish real primordial atoms (e.g., early-universe helium-4 waves) from today’s classical remnants and to synthesize atoms that carry the original quantum signature. As a proof-of-concept, the same oracle training immediately recognizes high-frequency phenomena such as MeV-scale dark matter that classical detectors miss (Compagnin et al., 2022). The clean, modular architecture integrates seamlessly with NET4EXA BXIv3 hardware and provides the Genesis Mission with the foundational capability for authentic synthetic universe creation. This work completes the third pillar of the Genesis Mission series, following the refactoring framework and wave-intuition atomic manipulation papers.
