Structured behaviour in systems governed by competing dynamicalprocesses remains poorly understood, particularly when the underlyingupdates do not commute. Here we introduce a minimal geometry-gatedframework in which local transformations are filtered by an accessibilityfunctional defined over a spatial manifold. This simple selection rule produces states exhibiting simultaneous spa-tial ordering and global phase coherence, together with a discrete ladder-like organisation in spectral space. Across parameter space, the dynamicspartition into quantised branches characterised by commensurability con-straints and structured defect formation.Analysis reveals that these behaviours are governed by a hierarchyof emergent laws: an intrinsic branch-dependent stability landscape anda mismatch-driven defect contribution that scales with geometric incom-mensurability. Transitions between branches exhibit hysteresis, indicatingpath-dependent selection and effective dynamical memory. These results demonstrate that geometry-conditioned accessibility aloneis sufficient to generate quantisation, selection, and memory in noncom-mutative systems. The framework connects naturally to geometric phase,Floquet dynamics, and commensurability phenomena, and suggests a min-imal route to hierarchical organisation across physical and complex sys-tems. Noncommuting generators of evolution impose ordering constraints on dynamical systems, restricting the set of admissible transitions. We introduce an Accessibility–Ordering Invariant(AOI) that captures this admissible ordering structure.Three manifestations of ordering geometry are examined in this work. First, ordered trans-port dynamics in graphene systems generate phase ladders in observables governed by a Flo-quet ordering relation. Second, newly identified Schr¨odinger–Heisenberg divisibility fracture inopen quantum dynamics produces ridge manifolds that obey the same ladder condition. Third,atomic-frequency-comb quantum memories exhibit spectral comb structures whose Fourier dualgenerates temporal ladder recurrence. These systems therefore realize a common ordering geometry expressed in conjugate phasecoordinates. In compact form the resulting ladder relations reduce toΓΛ ≈ nπ, tn = n∆ , n ∈ Z,revealing the dual appearance of phase ladders and Dirac-comb temporalis. Quantum mechanics permits superposition and interference, yet persistent coherent behavioris rare in practice. Across physical systems, most quantum possibilities decohere rapidly, whilea narrow subset recur, stabilize, and function. This work proposes an interpretive, constraint-based framework in which coherence is governed by geometric and boundary conditions ratherthan by detailed energetic optimization. Without modifying quantum mechanics or quantumfield theory, we examine how two complementary constraints—local phase closure and globalmode suppression—act together to regulate which interference structures persist. Biologicalcatalysis, with particular emphasis on the oxygen-evolving complex, is used as a concrete physicalanchor. A previously unremarked hexagonal interference motif is identified in the oxygen-evolving complex (PDB: 8F4I). Broader implications for transient subatomic excitations arediscussed as downstream consequences of the same governance principles. The framework isoffered as a unifying interpretive synthesis rather than a replacement theory. Ordered cycles of noncommuting operators can generate dynamical structures that have no ana-logue in commuting evolution. Using numerical simulations of graphene nanoribbon transport weidentify a universal oscillatory ladder structure in an ordering-sensitive observable. After subtract-ing the smooth response envelope, the residual oscillation collapses onto a universal cadence in theaccumulated phase variable Λ = ωnsteps, with spacing ∆Λ ≈ π. The ladder persists across ribbonwidths while its amplitude decreases with increasing transverse size, and it disappears entirely undersymmetric control cycles, confirming that the effect originates from operator ordering rather thanboundary interference.Reconstruction of the residual signal reveals that the ladder trajectories lie on a continuous phasemanifold generated by the ordered update dynamics. The ladder therefore provides a direct ob-servable signature of commutator-driven phase accumulation arising from the Baker–Campbell–Hausdorff expansion. This geometric phase structure is closely related to the ordering phenomenaunderlying recently identified Schr¨odinger–Heisenberg divisibility fractures in noncommuting quan-tum evolution [1]. The resulting phase manifold exhibits a Dirac-like dispersion geometry in the(Λ, ny) parameter space, linking operator ordering, Berry-type geometric phase accumulation, anddriven quantum dynamics within a single observable ladder structure. Transport is commonly modelled using static or time-averaged connectivity, implicitlyassuming that pathways exist continuously. We show that when connectivity itself is tran-sient and enabled sequentially by accessibility constraints, time ordering becomes irreducible:outcomes produced by ordered accessibility schedules cannot, in general, be reproduced byany static or averaged description. Using minimal quantum and Markovian models, we pro-vide explicit counterexamples, robustness results on open parameter sets, and closed-formexpressions demonstrating strict order dependence even under strong dephasing or fullymemoryless dynamics. These results identify a finite-time regime in which equilibrium intu-ition fails and clarify the distinction between tunnelling through static barriers and transportdriven by temporal reorganisation of accessible state space. Coherent transport in multi-centre quantum systems—from catalytic clusters and enzyme activesites to moir´e materials, hybrid resonators, and superconducting circuits—is usually analysed insystem-specific parameter spaces or with heavy MD/DFT machinery. Here we introduce a geometry-only framework, the Quantum Geometry Engine (QGE), in which coherent behaviour is encoded bycurvature on a low-dimensional control manifold constructed directly from structural descriptors. An effective potential F(ξ), derived from coherence-relevant observables, defines a Hessian metricgij = ∂i∂jF whose scalar and sectional curvature classify coherent regimes. Coherence corridorsemerge as geodesics, shield plateaus correspond to metric degeneracy (det g ≈ 0), and ladder-likereactivation arises from curvature reappearance and geodesic branching. A Casimir–curvatureextension incorporates boundary-induced vacuum-field effects, placing confined nanostructures andcavity platforms on the same geometric footing as molecular and biological systems. Within thisunified framework, vortex-like rotation of coherent channels, inhibitor-induced collapse in Fe–S andOEC models, isotope and chalcogen anomalies, miniband distortions in moir´e materials, and hybrid-mode splitting in resonators are all revealed as manifestations of a single curvature-based mechanism.QGE thus provides a coordinate-independent, cross-domain description of multi-centre quantumdynamics that operates without molecular dynamics, molecular mechanics, density functional theory,or QM/MM, and is directly implementable as a stand-alone geometry engine for design and analysis. Einstein’s insight that geometry governs energy and momentum defined the ar-chitecture of physics. Here that principle is extended to coherence itself. TheGated Quantum Resonator (GQR) framework shows that coherent energy trans-fer is governed by a curvature–information lawg2 = κ γϕ, (1)linking coupling strength, geometric curvature, and dephasing rate—an analogueof the energy–curvature–entropy balance in general relativity. We derive this law from a non-Abelian SU(3)coh gauge field that confines co-herence into “coherence-neutral’’ manifolds, the microscopic counterpart of theEinstein–Cartan–Penrose geometric–information framework. Its thermodynamicclosure,δ(g2) = TeffδScoh, (2)mirrors Jacobson’s δQ = T δS, embedding quantum coherence in a unified Einstein–Penrose geometry where curvature, torsion, and information are co-dependent.
