Abstract

Short description A conceptual and minimally formal note within the ZM framework proposing that spin may be interpreted as a topological holonomy associated with finite oriented subgraphs of a discrete relational network, with collective coherence yielding effective classical fields and mesoscopic extensions of spin. Abstract We present a minimal discrete framework in which spin is not postulated as a fundamental quantum attribute but arises as a topological invariant associated with SU(2) holonomies on finite oriented subgraphs representing stable excitations of an underlying relational network. Each excitation is characterized by non contractible internal cycles whose holonomy encodes global phase memory. A fermionic sector is defined by minimal loops with holonomy −I, giving rise to the SU(2) to SO(3) double covering and the characteristic 4π behavior without invoking continuum geometry or intrinsic spin postulates. We further show that when gauge invariant phase coherence is established between neighboring subgraphs, internal holonomies become phase locked and extend over mesoscopic and macroscopic domains. In this regime, spin ceases to be a purely local property and acquires the status of a collective orientation field. Classical electromagnetic fields are interpreted as continuous limits of extended coherence domains of discrete holonomies. Minimal U(1) coupling reproduces the Pauli interaction with g = 2 at leading order, while deviations arise from holonomy fluctuations. The framework is compact, mathematically defined, and falsifiable, offering a unified interpretation of spin, its electromagnetic coupling, and the quantum to classical transition as consequences of discrete geometry and collective coherence. Description (EN) This record presents a discrete and relational interpretation of spin within the ZM research program. It examines whether spin can be understood as a topological holonomy associated with finite oriented subgraphs representing stable excitations of an underlying network, rather than as a primitive intrinsic quantum attribute. The note proposes that a fermionic sector is characterized by minimal cycles with holonomy −I in SU(2), thereby yielding the double covering SU(2) to SO(3) and the characteristic 4π structure without invoking background continuum geometry. It further argues that gauge invariant phase locking across neighboring subgraphs gives rise to collective coherence, effective orientation fields, and classical electromagnetic responses as coarse-grained limits of extended holonomy domains. The purpose of the present deposit is not to provide a complete dynamical derivation. It is to formulate a compact and falsifiable module within the broader ZM framework, clarify its conceptual scope, and define a structured basis for future formal and empirical development. Scope and disclosure This record is a conceptual and minimally formal theoretical note within the ZM research program. It does not claim a complete derivation of the full quantum formalism, nor a finished microscopic dynamics. It introduces no implementation protocol, no engineering architecture, and no operational system design. All statements are formulated at the level of discrete structure, topological interpretation, admissible effective consequences, and theoretical scope.

ZM Theory: Synchronized Actualization as a Relational Framework for Bose–Einstein Condensation and Quantum Entanglement

Mohammed ZERROUK

Short description A conceptual companion note within the ZM research program proposing that Bose–Einstein condensation and quantum entanglement may be interpreted as distinct regimes of synchronized actualization of primitive information quanta. The note develops a relational, non-Markovian perspective on coherence, decoherence, measurement, and emergent classicality, without replacing the mathematical foundations established in earlier ZM deposits. Description (EN) This record presents a conceptual companion note within the broader ZM research program. Its aim is to examine whether Bose–Einstein condensation and quantum entanglement can be interpreted as distinct regimes of a common underlying process, namely synchronized actualization among primitive information quanta, PIQ. The note does not supersede the mathematical foundations established in earlier ZM deposits. It should instead be read as a complementary conceptual extension focused on coherence, decoherence, measurement, and emergent classicality within a relational and non-Markovian perspective. In this framework, Bose–Einstein condensation is understood as a regime of extended and stable synchronization, while quantum entanglement is understood as a selective but robust synchronization capable of sustaining correlations that appear nonlocal at the level of emergent spacetime. The purpose of the present deposit is not to provide a complete formal derivation. Its role is to define the conceptual architecture of a research direction, clarify its scope, and preserve a structured theoretical hypothesis for future mathematical and empirical development.

Holonomic Emergence of Spin in Triptych Time Regimes Induced by Structural Obstructions

Daniel Andrés Chillemi

In geometrically obstructed quantum regimes, the existence of physical observables cannot be assumed a priori. This work develops a structural framework based on discrete Hilbert bundles with non-abelian connections, introducing the notion of triptych time regimes characterized by three non-commuting effective directions in parameter space. Within this setting, we prove that spin does not exist as an instantaneous observable nor as a fundamental degree of freedom. Instead, spin emerges exclusively as a global geometric invariant associated with the holonomy of a closed triptych cycle. A theorem with a structured proof is presented, establishing the conditional ontological status of spin and identifying its emergence as a purely holonomic phenomenon. Numerical simulations are reinterpreted accordingly, showing that the observed outcomes correspond to the construction of spin rather than to its measurement. The standard concept of spin is recovered as a degenerate limit in which structural obstructions vanish. 1] Chillemi, DA (2025). The Spin-Set - Bivector Reduction and Vacuum Resonance

Philip Lilien

Spin is one of the most mathematically successful yet ontologically opaque concepts in modern physics. In standard quantum mechanics and field theory, spin appears as intrinsic angular momentum, spinor representation, helicity, chirality, polarization, isospin, color charge, total angular momentum, and topological quantum structure. These phenomena are operationally well-defined, but they are rarely treated through a single explanatory grammar. This paper proposes an integrated framework in which spin is understood as coherence disclosure: the process by which internal oriented coherence becomes measurable as symmetry, projection, coupling, and quantized state reduction. The framework combines two complementary contributions. First, it introduces a Spin Group Set, classifying spin and spin-like structures into two major modes: Unified Spin, describing relational, symmetry-based, motion-dependent, or globally organized spin modes; and Coupled Spin, describing discrete, measurable, separable, interaction-ready spin states. Second, it grounds this classification in a bivector coherence mechanism, where physical spin arises from the projection of an internal coherence bivector through rotor dynamics and measurement reduction. The paper does not claim that all spin-like quantities are identical to intrinsic angular momentum. Rather, it proposes that spin, helicity, chirality, polarization, isospin, color charge, orbital angular momentum, topological spin, and total angular momentum belong to a broader disclosure family organized by symmetry, projection, coupling, and reduction. Spin becomes not merely a property possessed by particles, but a primary way coherence becomes physically disclosed. The framework further connects spin behavior to vacuum resonance dynamics. Coherence eigenvalue thresholds associated with U(1), SU(2), SU(3), and possible higher SU(N) regimes are interpreted as resonance-locking events that organize spin topology, gauge structure, shell organization, and higher-order coupling regimes. Entanglement is interpreted as shared-plane coherence splitting rather than unexplained nonlocal influence. The result is a bridge between quantum mechanics, geometric algebra, group theory, gauge symmetry, atomic structure, and coherence ontology. Spin is reframed as a disclosure grammar through which internal coherence becomes orientation, relation, interaction, and measurable quantum state.

Patrick Jaubert

[SUPERSEDED NOTICE -- 2026-06-10] These claims are withdrawn. This article presents the triplet as a 'pregeometry' from which it DERIVES Lorentzian spacetime and Einstein's equations, the gauge groups U(1)/SU(2)/SU(3) (Maxwell/Yang-Mills), and the constants (c, hbar, G, alpha) as fixed points of a 'TA renormalization flow', with cosmological signatures. The current theory ASSUMES quantum mechanics and relativity and derives none of them; the continuum limit (causal set to manifold) is the inherited Hauptvermutung, assumed not solved; and it makes no distinctive empirical prediction. Current synthesis: doi:10.5281/zenodo.20624361.

On a geometric origin of spin and fermionic correlations

Philippe Orta

We propose a geometric interpretation of spin based on coherent phase structures exhibiting a 4π covering periodicity. In this framework, a fermionic structure is described by a complete wavelength distributed over a 4π cycle. The global coherence condition on a closed 4π covering admits two distinct topological organizations of the phase, which are identified with the two spin states. This interpretation naturally leads to a geometric understanding of spinorial states and provides a topological perspective on the Pauli exclusion principle. Opposite spin states appear as complementary organizations of the same underlying structure. Their simultaneous realization gives rise to a state of maximal topological completeness. Within this framework, correlated fermionic states, including Cooper-pair-like configurations, can be interpreted as manifestations of this complementarity. Spin, exclusion, topological completeness and correlated structures thus emerge as different

Formal diagrammatic spin physics

Richard D. P. East
