This paper presents the consolidation of the Tensor T model with empirical evidence obtained through quantum experiments (QRNG). A statistical deviation with a significance level of
p=6.4×10−34 (
Z=12.14) has been demonstrated, providing a basis for rejecting the null hypothesis of pure randomness. We introduce the concept of the "Third Observer" as a causal variable in the structure of informational reality, acting by projecting intention onto the Tensor T matrix.
