Entropic Projection in Diagrammatic Hilbert Space as a Concrete Realization of Generative Projection Architectures

Abstract

Foundational physics increasingly investigates whether spacetime geometry, quantum fields, and even the apparent universality of physical laws might be emergent from deeper informational or relational structures. In parallel, recent “generative projection” approaches in philosophy of physics propose that established theories can be interpreted as invariant-preserving projected domains arising from a deeper generative level, while remaining agnostic about the latter’s mathematical realization. This paper develops a synthesis in which the Diagram–Hilbert Space (DHS) and Entropy-Originated Topological Projection / Entropic Ontological Transfer Framework (EOTF) are treated as a concrete candidate realization of such an architecture. We provide a compact mathematical formalism for diagrammatic state spaces, symmetry-defined equivalence classes, and entropy-constrained projection maps, and we introduce a stability criterion that selects “physical” projected sectors as fixed points of repeated entropic projection while preserving designated invariants. Within this perspective, quantum mechanics, gauge structure, and emergent geometry correspond to distinct stable projection regimes rather than competing fundamental ontologies. We conclude with a classification program for invariant-stable projection sectors and discuss how this reframes unification: from seeking a single universal formalism to identifying universal invariants and stability mechanisms that render effective theories robust.

A Minimal Entropy-Constrained Projection Model on a Finite Diagram Hilbert Space

Borros Arneth

We present a minimal and fully explicit realization of the Diagram Hilbert Space (DHS) and Entropy-Originated Topological Projection (EOTF) framework on a finite combinatorial system. The microscopic state space consists of equivalence classes of labeled connected graphs with Ising-like degrees of freedom. Physical observables are defined through an entropy-constrained projection that enforces stability under coarse-graining. The resulting projected ensemble exhibits phase-like crossover behavior, robustness under microscopic perturbations, and universality with respect to projection details. This provides a concrete, reproducible testbed for projection-based approaches to effective physics and emergent structure. The model connects ideas from statistical mechanics, renormalization, tensor networks, and emergent gravity, and establishes a benchmark for further development of DHS/EOTF.

Relation of the Entropy-Originated Topological Framework (EOTF) to Conventional Quantum Pictures

Arneth, Borros

The Entropy-Originated Topological Framework (EOTF) extends conventional quantum mechanics by embedding its algebraic, wave, and interaction representations within an entropic–topological manifold. While the Heisenberg, Schrödinger, and Dirac pictures traditionally provide unitarily equivalent formulations of quantum dynamics, the EOTF generalizes their equivalence to a deeper invariance of informational and geometric flow. Within this framework, operator evolution, wave function propagation, and interaction dynamics emerge as distinct projections of a unified entropic operator field defined on a diagram-Hilbert manifold. The correspondence preserves the predictive structure of quantum mechanics while revealing its geometric and thermodynamic origin—thereby linking quantum pictures to the emergent structure of spacetime, gauge interactions, and matter.

Coherent Projection Dynamics A Pre-Geometric Reconstruction Framework for Quantum Theory, Entanglement, Gauge Structure, Spacetime, Gravitation, and Physical Constants

Borros Arneth

We develop a pre-geometric reconstruction framework in which quantum mechanics, entanglement structure, gauge symmetry, locality, Lorentzian spacetime geometry, gravitation, and physical constants emerge from recursively stabilized coherent Hilbert-relational organization. The framework begins from a primitive coherent substrate consisting of compositional accessibility relations and complex transport amplitudes. No background spacetime manifold, metric geometry, or particle ontology is assumed fundamentally. The central proposal is that coherent Hilbert structure is more fundamental than spacetime geometry. Observable spacetime emerges through projection stabilization: a physical stability-selection mechanism dynamically selecting recursively stable coherent sectors from deeper relational structure. Quantum mechanics emerges from norm-preserving coherent transport. Entanglement emerges from nonfactorizable relational closure. Gauge symmetry emerges as redundancy of coherent transport representation. Classicality emerges through decoherence and stability selection. Lorentzian geometry emerges statistically from projected accessibility organization. Gravitation emerges thermodynamically as equilibrium relaxation of projected geometry. The framework is presented not as a completed unified theory, but as a reconstruction program aimed at explaining why physical reality organizes itself through Hilbert structure, gauge redundancy, locality, spacetime geometry, and thermodynamic gravitational dynamics.
