This research paper proposes a novel deterministic framework to resolve the "Crisis of Locality" in quantum mechanics. By shifting the ontological focus from a continuous spacetime manifold to a layered, informational-initialization model anchored in Anadihilo (४)—the dimensionless primordial background—it provides a mathematical and conceptual solution to quantum entanglement. Key Concepts & Findings: The Discrete Grid (i): Defines a universal hardware resolution of 0.0001, where space is not a void but a series of addressable processing nodes. Volumetric Exit Gate (i^3): Establishes the threshold (10^{-12}) where informational packets transition from 3D localized "particles" to non-local waveforms. Master Clock (v_{master}): Proposes a universal synchronization rate of 1.8 \times 10^7 c, governing the Global Systemic Overwrite (GSO) that refreshes the manifest universe every \tau \approx 1.85 \times 10^{-20} s. Base-Value Synchronization (\gamma_n^1): Explains entanglement not as signal transmission, but as shared informational identity within the invariant source layer (Layer 7), where spatial distance is ontologically zero (D=0). Decoherence Threshold: Derives a critical noise limit of 8 x 10^{-13} units, beyond which entanglement "breaks" due to grid friction. Significance: This work reconciles the apparent contradictions between General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics by demonstrating that locality is an emergent artifact of the rendering process, while non-locality is the fundamental baseline of the absolute reality. It offers a cohesive resolution to the Information Paradox and provides an experimental protocol for verifying the resonance threshold. Keywords: Anadihilo, Base-Value Synchronization, Non-locality, Global Systemic Overwrite, Information Latency, Master Clock, Dagar (Dg) Scale.

Abstract For over a century, theoretical physics has treated General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics as fundamentally incompatible: one posits a continuous, deterministic spacetime manifold; the other, a discrete, probabilistic Hilbert space. The Algorithmic Reality Model (ARM) resolves this schism by identifying a single computational mechanism—the Zeno Threshold (Zα)—as the universal bound governing both quantum collapse and spacetime geometry. ARM treats physical reality as the macroscopic projection of a finite-bandwidth computational substrate operating on a timeless, pre-geometric state (the Singleton). By enforcing Landauer's principle of irreversible erasure, ARM derives the entirety of the gravitational sector from seven pre-geometric, quantum informational axioms. Key Derivations & Unifications Emergent Spacetime: Spatial geometry emerges from the Quantum Fisher Information Metric (QFIM) of the observer's state space, while time emerges from the Tomita-Takesaki modular flow. The Lorentzian signature (-,+,+,+) is algebraically forced by the compact/non-compact structure of their isometry generators. The Holographic Scalar (The 3→1 Unification): Applying the Nyquist-Shannon sampling theorem to the holographic boundary yields the exact Bekenstein-Hawking factor of 1/4 as a universal 2D anti-aliasing limit. This simultaneously fixes the area-law coefficient and structurally derives Newton's constant as G = c3ξmin2 / ℏ. Systematic Boundary Deviations: The framework quantitatively resolves macroscopic anomalies as computational resolution limits. Dark energy emerges as the minimum Landauer maintenance cost of the cosmological event horizon, and the MOND acceleration scale (a0) emerges as a thermodynamic noise floor, algebraically locked by the structural identity a02 = (8πG/3)ρΛ. Thermodynamic State Truncation: Wavefunction collapse, the black hole information paradox, and EPR non-locality are rigorously unified as manifestations of the computational substrate's finite Landauer memory budget. Computational Computability Because ARM is built on discrete informational axioms rather than continuous manifolds, the entire framework is natively computable. The structural derivations in this paper—including emergent geodesic lensing, the Bekenstein-Hawking threshold, and the MOND noise floor—have been explicitly verified via sparse Hermitian lattice simulations. Built upon the unified axiomatic system of primordial static substrate and local perturbation dynamics, the model achieves full compatibility with all existing Bell-type experimental observations, without postulating superluminal signal transmission.Within this framework, entanglement originates from synchronized phases inherited at the splitting of homologous perturbations. Nonlocal correlation is an intrinsic shared property of the unified source system rather than real-time information exchange between separated particles. The scheme naturally satisfies Lorentz invariance and avoids the conceptual contradictions plaguing nonlocal hidden-variable theories. We further elaborate the decoherence mechanism under this paradigm and draw clear distinctions with existing theoretical frameworks. This work only delivers qualitative ontological reasoning, and we outline subsequent research directions for quantitative derivation and discriminative experimental design. This manuscript is a branch of the author’s serial research on the system of primordial static substrate and local perturbation universe. It unifies microscopic quantum correlation and macroscopic gravitational convergence as distinct scale manifestations of the substrate’s inherent homing self-recovery tendency. This manuscript establishes the microscopic dynamics (Phase B) of the Information-Topological Register Model. Building upon the macroscopic derivation of gravity, mass-energy equivalence, and the Schwarzschild metric (Works 1-3), this paper resolves the conceptual conflict between continuous classical kinematic forces and the discrete quantum probability current. By formalizing physical matter as an objective, phase-encoded information amplitude within a 1D topological lattice, this framework moves beyond the epistemic limitations of the Copenhagen interpretation, aligning with an advanced, deterministically derivable formulation of pilot-wave dynamics. Key Derivations and Theoretical Milestones: • Phase-Encoded Kinematics: We demonstrate that the topological register does not operate via classical Newtonian forces (F=ma), but executes spatial address updates via phase-gradient descent: ∇ Im(ln Ψ). • The Topological Guidance Equation: We derive the exact dynamical law for multiparticle states. The quantum mechanical momentum is redefined as an emergent, guided vector field, deterministically regulated by a topological correlation scalar. • The Decoherence Limit: The model smoothly recovers classical, local field theory. As topological entanglement collapses (η → 0), the guidance momentum decays exponentially beyond the system's intrinsic coherence length. • Deterministic Resolution of the EPR Paradox: The framework provides a rigorous geometric solution to quantum non-locality. We analytically prove that at extreme entanglement (η → 1), the geometric distance parameter (d_geo) is mathematically annihilated from the dynamic equation. The "spooky action at a distance" is thus explained not as a physical anomaly, but as a systematic geometric requirement of the 1D information-topological background manifold. This paper formally concludes the synthesis of Information Topology and modern physics, providing an analytic bridge between local macroscopic isolation and non-local microscopic entanglement.
This paper proposes an ontological framework that resolves the apparent paradox of quantum entanglement without invoking faster-than-light signaling or violating the principle of locality in special relativity. The solution rests on a strict ontological separation between two levels of reality: (1) an existential level governed by a single, absolute, non-spatial existential time τ, where quantum information resides in unified superposed states; and (2) a cosmic level consisting of ordinary relativistic spacetime, where material systems are spatially separated and causality is preserved. Under this framework, entanglement represents a dual-layer phenomenon: existential–informational unity at the level of being, combined with cosmic–material separation at the level of appearance. Quantum correlations are thus explained not as superluminal influence, but as the manifestation in spacetime of a pre-unified informational structure in existential time. The framework preserves all mathematical formalism of standard quantum mechanics, remains fully consistent with special and general relativity, and offers a deep ontological grounding for the foundations of quantum theory

Paper 101 of the SDRIS Research Series Building upon the geometric derivation of forces (Paper 100), this work addresses the ontological mechanism of quantum non-locality. Abstract: The phenomenon of quantum entanglement challenges the principle of local realism, suggesting instantaneous information transfer across spacelike intervals. This paper proposes a geometric resolution within the Static-Dynamic Recursive Information Space (SDRIS) framework. We demonstrate that entanglement is not a dynamic transmission of signals through 3D-space (v>c), but a static topological identity in the embedding 5D-manifold (Δx5D=0). By modeling the 3D-universe as a lower-dimensional projection of a recursive information flux, we derive the quantum correlation function ∣ψ⟩ as a deterministic consequence of a "Recursive EPR Bridge". We show that the "collapse" of the wavefunction is a global update of the pre-metric information source, occurring in recursive processing time (τ) rather than metric time (t). This reinterpretation validates Bell's inequality violations while preserving causality, ultimately proving that spatial separation is an emergent artifact of dimensional reduction. Includes Computational Verification: This publication includes a Python simulation framework (SDRIS_Entanglement_Simulation_Code_v1.0.ipynb) that visualizes the 5D-topology and numerically validates the violation of Bell's inequalities against the geometric SDRIS prediction.
