The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of quantum computing on financial analysis and forecast accuracy. Given the significant increase in the volume of financial data and the complexity of financial decision-making, the need to use new technologies such as quantum computing is increasingly felt. The research collected data from 100 financial analysts, researchers, and IT professionals, as well as conducted in-depth interviews with twenty experts. The findings show that 70% of respondents emphasize that quantum computing can effectively increase the accuracy of financial forecasts. However, significant challenges have been identified, such as high costs and the need for complex infrastructure to implement the technology. Additionally, 35% of professionals express concerns about data security and privacy. Finally, this paper offers recommendations that include investing in human resource development and establishing new security protocols to best exploit the potential opportunities of quantum computing. This research can help better understand the impact of quantum computing innovations on the future of the financial industry and provide practical solutions to address emerging challenges. Also, more detailed studies on the social and economic impacts of this technology on financial markets and how it interacts with other technologies could enrich the results of this research.

Quantum computing is a new technology that can change many industries, especially finance, by providing much faster and more powerful computing. This journal looks at how quantum computing can be used in embedded finance systems.Embedded finance means adding financial services to non-financial platforms, like making payments directly in a shopping app. This paper aims to explore how quantum computing can enhance such systems by enabling quicker transactions and strengthening security measures. It will also talk about the challenges, like the high cost and complexity of quantum computers. We will review existing research and conduct new studies to understand how quantum computing can improve financial processes. For example, quantum computing can help in risk assessment, fraud detection, and portfolio optimization by solving complex calculations much faster than current computers. This journal aims to show how combining quantum computing with embedded finance can create new opportunities for financial services and make them more efficient and secure.By examining the present advancements in quantum computing and its potential developments, this study seeks to offer meaningful insights to researchers, finance professionals, and technology innovators.
Quantum computing is set to transform various industries. Among them, the financial sector is especially vulnerable due to its reliance on encryption for securing transactions, customer data and proprietary financial models. Quantum computing threatens financial institutions by breaking current cryptographic methods, making them more vulnerable than other industries. This paper examines the potential impact of quantum computing on financial data security and focuses on the challenges and opportunities it presents. Quantum computers can solve complex mathematical problems more efficiently than classical computers. They pose a significant threat to current cryptographic systems that safeguard financial data. To mitigate this risk, financial institutions must adopt quantum-resistant encryption to maintain data integrity and privacy. On the other hand, quantum computing offers opportunities for enhancing financial security through advanced algorithms and improved risk assessment models. The paper also explores ethical and regulatory considerations, emphasizing the need for proactive measures to align technological advancements with societal values and legal frameworks. Addressing these challenges while leveraging opportunities will enable the financial industry to navigate the quantum era securely.
Quantum technology is evolving rapidly with a potential to influence financial services. While quantum computing offers strong prospects for improving predictive analytics, risk management, and portfolio optimisation, its integration into financial systems remains constrained by algorithmic redesign requirements and technological limitations. This study reviews and synthesises research at the intersection of quantum computing and finance to map prevailing trends, thematic concentrations, and future inquiry paths. A systematic search of Web of Science and Scopus (2000–2023) identified 75 relevant studies, which were analysed using VOSViewer and Biblioshiny. The analysis shows that scholarly interest in quantum applications to finance accelerates only after 2020, indicating a temporal lag relative to the broader quantum computing literature. Four thematic clusters emerge: quantum cryptography and security, financial data processing, quantum algorithms for finance, and quantum machine learning. These areas reflect differing levels of maturity but reveal a shared emphasis on high-complexity modelling, enhanced data processing, and secure transaction frameworks. The review underscores the need for deeper algorithmic refinement, robust validation of financial use cases, and interdisciplinary collaboration among physicists, computer scientists, and finance researchers. Advancing these fronts will be essential for translating quantum potential into practical, scalable financial innovations.
This article investigates the impact of quantum computing (QC) as an emerging technology with the potential to benefit businesses and their technological infrastructure. The main objective is to describe the challenges organizations face when adopting it, as well as the opportunities it offers in increasingly competitive and strategically complex markets driven by exponential growth. The study also identified that, while quantum computing promises to revolutionize areas such as resource optimization, productivity efficiency, and the simulation of future scenarios—enabling better-informed decision-making and risk mitigation—its implementation encounters significant obstacles: high costs, the need for specialized talent, and new security risks. To address these barriers, hybrid models combining cloud and local infrastructure, as well as microservices, have emerged as practical alternatives, enabling organizations to access this technology without requiring substantial initial investment. Ultimately, this research contributes to the academic discussion that quantum computing is not a replacement but rather a complement that can be integrated gradually and carefully. The path forward requires efforts in education and policy to ensure accessible and ethical development, preventing it from becoming a tool reserved for only a few.
Quantum-driven brings the new innovation in the financial sectors and “predictive analytics, portfolio optimization, and autonomous” trading systems. Quantum computing's is the complex, high-dimensional data sets at unprecedented speed, financial institutions envision more accurate forecasting models and decision-making. It is the one of the foremost barriers is the immaturity of current quantum hardware, instability, and scalability limitations. On the other hand integration of quantum systems with existing classical infrastructures require “hybrid architectures, specialized algorithms, and substantial investment” in infrastructure and training. Quantum-enhanced models create opaque decision-making processes, amplifying risks of market exploitation, data privacy violations, or systemic vulnerabilities. Collaborative ecosystems involving academia, industry, and regulators are expected to accelerate the development of standards and best practices.
Various ways in which quantum computing may transform the financial industry are also explored in this research, and this includes its potential to deal with the problems that we are currently faced with and the opportunities that it may bring. The research starts with a general survey of the existing situation in the area of quantum computing technology which contains lowering of costs and increase in effectiveness. It proposes how quantum computing can vastly change the current performance of banking regarding fraud detection, improvements in risk management measures, and better optimization of various financial process. Additionally, the report reviews the barriers and possible risks that exist in the banking industry implementing quantum computing techniques and, thus, offers crucial points for the successful mitigation of these risks. This study’s outcomes are expected to provide banks with helpful information on how they can exploit the capacities of quantum chips to reinforce their data security strategies and assert themselves against their competitors. The research results present the findings that are practical for the strategic application of quantum computing in the banking sector, identifying an opportunity for the transformative effects of the technology to start changing the expensive and inefficient banking processes and giving rise to a safe and efficient financial environment.
