Abstract

This collection consolidates four foundational papers proposing a unified framework for quantum information processing, cosmological inheritance, and active observation mechanics. The presented works challenge classical interpretations of signal transmission and cosmic evolution, introducing the concept of "Information Manifestation" over "Information Movement." The collection includes: QWave: Quantum-Wave System for Instantaneous State Switching via Observation. A protocol for superluminal-equivalent state switching (latency \approx 0) utilizing the observer as an active structuring force in phase-synchronized quantum systems. The paper defines the mechanism where observation collapses the wavefunction across the entire system simultaneously, effectively bypassing the speed of light constraints for information "manifestation." Inter-Universe Seeding of Complexity via Cosmological Quantum Entanglement in Lagrangian Birth Nodes. A cosmological hypothesis proposing that complexity (biological and cognitive) is not random but inherited. It introduces "Lagrangian Birth Nodes" (LBNs) — gravitationally stable topological minima that store coherent quantum structures from preceding universes, seeding negentropic bias into new cosmological domains. The Measured Photon Hypothesis. A theoretical exploration of the "Observer's Paradox" at a galactic scale. It posits that cosmic photons arriving at Earth may have already undergone wavefunction collapse by prior observers, implying that humanity participates in a secondary, not primary, measurement of the universe. Bioprotective Shielding Using Multi-Core Optical Fibers (Engineering Supplement). A practical application of quantum-material interactions (CNT/Graphene) for 360-degree radiation protection, demonstrating the engineering feasibility of protecting biological observers in deep space environments. Keywords: Quantum Communication, QWave, Lagrangian Birth Nodes, Panspermia, Observer Effect, Quantum Cosmology, Metric Engineering, Space Shielding.

The Breathing Universe: 601_Quantum Correspondence and the Emergence of Information

Ivo Gerlach Angela Noel Cerfontaine

We extend the Breathing Universe Model (BUM) into the quantum–informational domain by introducing a Quantum Correspondence Layer that links microscopic quantum phenomena to the macroscopic dynamics of a breathing spacetime. In this framework, the vacuum is not a passive background but a dynamic tension field whose phase coherence underlies quantum superposition, entanglement, and measurement. The quantum wavefunction is reinterpreted as a local expression of field-phase coherence, while entanglement arises from phase-locking across the zero-line—the balance surface between expansive and contractive vacuum modes. Information is defined physically as vacuum memory: the persistence of relative phase alignment within the breathing field. Entropy and the arrow of time emerge from phase dispersion driven by asymmetric breathing dynamics, while apparent quantum randomness reflects fine-grained phase noise rather than fundamental indeterminism. Measurement and wavefunction collapse correspond to local phase realignment rather than non-unitary processes. We develop a breathing Schrödinger formalism consistent with relativistic covariance, derive conservation relations linking energy, coherence, and information, and show how nested phase coherence naturally organizes structure across scales—from particles and fields to biological systems and conscious observers. The model resolves major quantum paradoxes, including wave–particle duality, nonlocality, and information loss, without invoking superluminal signaling or external observers. Finally, we outline falsifiable observational signatures across laboratory, particle-physics, and cosmological domains, including correlated phase modulations in precision clocks, neutrino oscillations, gravitational-wave backgrounds, and large-scale structure. Quantum correspondence thus emerges as a natural consequence of a living, self-coherent vacuum, unifying physics, information, and meaning within a single dynamical framework.

Quantum Foundations of Modern Physics: Vacuum Fluctuations, Superposition Paradoxes, Binary Computation, Artificial Intelligence, Temporal Relativity, and Quantum Entanglement—An Integrated Theoretical Framework

PAULO SÉRGIO DE ANDRADE

This comprehensive interdisciplinary investigation synthesizes six foundational domains in modern physics and computer science: quantum vacuum dynamics, quantum measurement theory, binary computation architecture, artificial intelligence evolution, relativistic temporal structure, and quantum entanglement phenomena. Quantum vacuum—far from representing absolute emptiness—exhibits continuous zero-point energy fluctuations generating virtual particle-antiparticle pairs via Heisenberg uncertainty principle, with Casimir effect providing experimental verification through measurable attractive force (F/A = -ℏcπ²/240d⁴) between conducting plates. Schrödinger's cat paradox illustrates quantum superposition collapse upon measurement, revealing observer-dependent reality contradicting classical determinism and motivating interpretational frameworks including Copenhagen collapse, many-worlds branching, and decoherence mechanisms. Binary computation architecture—utilizing base-2 representation (0,1 states)—exploits transistor switching characteristics enabling universal information encoding, with von Neumann architecture establishing stored-program paradigm foundational to modern computing. Artificial intelligence evolved from Turing's universal computation and symbolic reasoning systems through connectionist neural networks to contemporary deep learning architectures achieving superhuman performance in pattern recognition, natural language processing, and strategic game-playing domains. Einstein's special relativity demonstrates temporal relativity through velocity-dependent time dilation (τ = τ₀√(1-v²/c²)) and general relativity's gravitational time dilation near massive objects, with GPS satellite corrections providing daily experimental confirmation. Quantum entanglement—non-local correlation between spatially separated particles violating Bell inequalities—enables quantum information protocols including quantum cryptography, quantum teleportation, and quantum computation while challenging classical notions of locality and realism. The synthesis reveals deep connections: quantum vacuum provides cosmological initial conditions for universal genesis; measurement problem connects consciousness to physical reality; binary architecture enables AI substrate; relativistic effects constrain information transmission; and entanglement enables novel computational paradigms transcending classical limits.

Manifesto for an Informational Observer-Centered Framework Toward a Unified Theory of Information, Observation, and Reality

Giuseppe Junior Greco

Modern physics has achieved extraordinary predictive success, yet it continues to face unresolved conceptual tensions concerning the role of the observer, the nature of information, and the origin of physical structure. From quantum measurement to cosmology, the assumption of an observer-neutral reality increasingly appears insufficient to fully account for empirical phenomena and theoretical inconsistencies. This manifesto proposes an Informational Observer-Centered Framework, in which information is treated as a fundamental ontological substrate and observation as an active, structured process rather than a passive act of measurement. Within this perspective, physical systems, observers, and informational exchanges form a unified dynamics, where state reduction, decoherence, and emergent classicality arise from informational interactions and constraints. Rather than introducing a new closed theory, this manifesto establishes a conceptual foundation unifying several complementary models—including Informational State Dynamics, observer-dependent informational compression, and informational interpretations of quantum and cosmological phenomena—into a coherent research program. The framework is explicitly non-dogmatic, open to falsification, and intended as a guiding structure for further theoretical development and empirical testing. The aim of this document is not to replace existing physical theories, but to clarify their conceptual boundaries and propose an integrative lens through which unresolved problems in quantum foundations, cosmology, and cognitive systems may be systematically explored.

Instantaneolus Transmission of Information - A First - Principles Approach

Sagar Kapadia

Overview & Core Thesis This treatise introduces a minimalist, first-principles reformulation of information theory and its transmission across classical and quantum mechanical domains. Moving away from traditional paradigms that view information through probabilistic ensembles, syntactic structures, or signal propagation speed limits, this framework defines information fundamentally as a discrete, structureless, 1-bit event () occurring within a synchronized temporal clock window. By shifting the focus from probabilistic messages to direct event detection within synchronized time windows, standard classical formalisms (such as Shannon entropy, Gabor time-frequency bounds, and von Neumann entropy) are recovered as aggregated macro-phenomena. In the quantum domain, this shift bypasses standard speed-of-light constraints and no-signaling prohibitions without violating relativistic causality. Key Principles & Theoretical Framework Quantization of Information: Reduces information to its indivisible, minimal binary unit ( for equal probabilities), stripped of syntax, semantics, or continuous signal assumptions. Transmission via Redundant Detection: Establishes classical transmission as reliable event detection through redundant channels and majority voting, recasting channel noise as an engineering challenge rather than a theoretical speed limit. Instantaneous Manifestation of State Change (IMSC): In the quantum regime, transmission shifts to IMSC governed by the Operational Axiom of Entanglement. A local classical action on one part of an entangled system instantaneously and deterministically manifests as a correlated change on the spatially separated part of a single, unified non-local state. Re-evaluating Relativistic and Quantum Constraints: Demonstrates that Special Relativity (STR), the No-Signaling Theorem, and Bell/EPR prohibitions apply strictly to propagating signals, flying qubits, or independent statistical subsystems—not to stationary matter proxies (e.g., NV-centers in diamond) forming a single, unified non-local quantum state with synchronized Quantum Non-Demolition (QND) sampling. Treatise Structure & Volumes Overview The treatise is organized into six core volumes spanning theoretical foundations, architectural specifications, and hardware implementation: Volume I: Introduction: Establishes the core premise, scope, engineering objectives, and structural roadmap. Volume II: The Foundations: Formulates the Minimal Event-Based Theory of Information (MEBTI) and details why classical relativistic/quantum constraints are inapplicable to stationary NV-center QND systems. Volume III: System Architecture: Details the v2.0 Symmetrical Node Topology, clock-driven timing budgets (), Q-TWTT synchronization, and the "Quantum Morse Code" execution chain. Volume IV: Abstract & General Systems: Domain-agnostic event models, Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) causal flows, logic schematics, and Python/QuTiP validation scripts. Volume V: Classical & Quantum Systems: Specializations for classical propagating channels (majority voting logic, rate/place neural encodings) and quantum non-local channels (NV-center spin mapping and SQUID flux sampling). Volume VI: Engineering & Appendices: Finite State Machines (FSMs), CAD exploded views, COTS Bill of Materials (BOM), Failure Mode Analysis (FMA), and detailed troubleshooting matrices. Verification & Validation Methods The framework is validated through a three-tier quantitative methodology: Numerical & Quantum Simulations: Multi-run Python and QuTiP scripts verifying discrete state transitions, deterministic detection rates under low-noise conditions, and sub-interval IMSC checks. Knowledge Graph Reasoning: Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs) modeling causal event flows from sender triggers to receiver detections to guarantee non-cyclicity and paradox-free causality. COTS Hardware Alignment: Complete architectural mapping onto commercial off-the-shelf components, including high-brightness SPDC photon sources, diamond NV-center memories, microwave pulse actuators, and high- SQUID arrays.

Information Ontology and Cosmic Emergence: A Philosophical Interpretation Based on de Broglie's Phase Field

Hu Xun

Addressing the fundamental metaphysical question of the origin of Being, this paper takes de Broglie’s classical wave mechanics (1924) as its scientific foundation and constructs a self‑consistent interpretive framework of information ontology. It establishes three core axioms: information as the primordial ground, relations prior to entities, and global conservation of information. On this basis, the paper further derives the origin of spatiotemporal dimensions from the laws of information interaction: each basic flip configuration of information corresponds to the generation of a spatial dimension; after three‑dimensional topological closure is completed, the inevitably produced “pending redundant information” that cannot be synchronously and self‑consistently integrated gives rise to the dimension of time within its queuing sequence. Spacetime is therefore not an a priori container but the first compensatory stratum of structure through which information moves toward self‑consistent expression. Subsequently, by means of de Broglie’s phase field, the paper deduces the entire evolutionary chain from pure information distinctions and primordial phase oscillation to the emergence of material hierarchies and quantum‑observation interactions. It argues that quantum measurement and wave‑function collapse are essentially topological remappings and information‑coupling consolidations of heterogeneous phase fields; gravitation and cosmic expansion can be reduced to macroscopic effects of phase gradients. Throughout the text, physical references are strictly limited to de Broglie’s classical wave mechanics, without introducing non‑standard physical models. This study supplements fundamental physical philosophy with a relational‑ontology approach and provides a unified information‑theoretic metaphysical interpretation for foundational problems such as wave–particle duality, the origin of spacetime, and the nature of gravity.

LO SPAZIO SUPERFLUIDO

MASSIMO BELBUSTI

This work presents a unified, realistic, and mechanically grounded interpretation of fundamental physics across all scales, from quarks and elementary particles to atoms, macroscopic bodies, planetary motion, and black holes. The proposed framework provides a single coherent physical description capable of reproducing and explaining, within a common dynamical structure, the full range of phenomena traditionally treated separately by general relativity, quantum mechanics, and quantum electrodynamics. Within this approach, long-standing conceptual problems such as wave–particle duality, quantum interference, entanglement, and wavefunction collapse are not postulated as fundamental features of nature, but emerge naturally as dynamical properties of a physically real medium. The apparent dual behavior of matter and radiation, as well as nonlocal quantum correlations, arise from coherent and topologically constrained excitations of this medium, without invoking probabilistic ontologies or nonphysical abstractions. The theory is based on a revised physical concept of space, treated as a real superfluid medium endowed with density, elasticity, viscosity, permittivity, permeability, and a very small but non-zero electrical conductivity. In this model, space is no longer a passive geometric background, but an active physical system capable of storing, transmitting, and dissipating energy.Mass is interpreted as an isotropic compression of the superfluid, electric charge as an oriented torsional configuration, and fields as elastic stress and vorticity distributions of the medium itself. Electromagnetic and gravitational waves are described as propagating perturbations of the superfluid, while particles correspond to stable solitonic configurations sustained by the medium dynamics. At the microscopic level, starting from classical fluid equations (continuity and Euler equations) and applying the Madelung transformation, the Schrödinger equation is shown to emerge as a compact complex representation of the underlying real fluid dynamics, rather than as a fundamental postulate. Quantum phenomena such as quantization, tunneling, spin, and exclusion principles follow from stability, coherence, and topological constraints of solitonic wave structures. On cosmological scales, the same framework provides a unified interpretation of redshift, large-scale expansion phenomena, and the cosmic microwave background as cumulative dynamical and dissipative effects of wave propagation within the superfluid medium, rather than as consequences of metric expansion alone. Effects commonly attributed to dark matter and dark energy are reinterpreted as emergent manifestations of spatial density gradients, elastic stresses, and dissipative properties of the superfluid, without introducing additional unknown components. A wide range of experimentally verified phenomena—including the photoelectric effect, Compton scattering, Zeeman–Stark effects, the Aharonov–Bohm effect, Casimir effect, Unruh radiation, and cosmological attenuation effects—are consistently described within this unified framework. The proposed model offers an alternative foundational paradigm for physics, in which space, matter, and interactions emerge from a single physically intelligible dynamical system, restoring a continuous and causal description of nature from microscopic to cosmological scales.
