Quantum Phenomenology from Operator Bookkeeping under Coherence Regime Constraints (IM-F003, v0.3)
Anders Nils Gunnar Widgren
Abstract
This paper is part of the Informational Mechanics (IM) framework, a coherence- and admissibility-based approach to physical description. The document is published as part of the first public wave of IM papers, providing a regime-based phenomenological bridge to established quantum-mechanical observations. This work presents a quantum-regime model in which quantum phenomenology arises when geometric bookkeeping becomes inadmissible under low coherence, requiring operator-defined relations as the primary physical content. No hidden variables or modified quantum dynamics are introduced.
