This paper proposes an extension of the contemporary physical paradigm by distinguishing between the speed limits governing material carriers and the dynamics of informational processes. While Einstein’s theory of relativity successfully describes the maximum propagation speed of matter and energy, it does not explicitly address the ontology of information and consciousness, which may operate within a non-local domain. I introduce the concept of the Universe as a fundamental informational network (“Natural Internet of the Universe”), in which quantum entanglement is not an anomaly but a manifestation of the default operational mode of reality. This work outlines a network ontology and positions information physics as a complementary framework to classical and relativistic physics, rather than a contradiction of them. This brief work presents an updated formulation of the informational ontology in which matter is interpreted as a stable concentration of information. In this view, physical reality is not fundamentally material but informational, with matter emerging as persistent, structured informational configurations. The update clarifies the conceptual basis for treating information as primary and examines how this perspective naturally accounts for non‑local correlations observed in quantum entanglement experiments. Instead of viewing entanglement as a paradox within a material ontology, the informational framework interprets it as empirical evidence for an underlying informational dimension that structurally precedes physical processes. The text refines earlier formulations of the ontology, introduces a more precise definition of “stable concentration of information,” and situates the model within contemporary discussions in quantum foundations and the philosophy of science. It aims to contribute to interdisciplinary debates on the nature of matter, the role of information, and the conceptual foundations of physical reality. This work introduces a new ontological paradigm based on the Dual Non Separable Structure (UF/UI), which describes reality as composed of two fundamental and inseparable layers: the physical layer (UF) and the informational layer (UI). In light of recent photon entanglement experiments conducted at CERN and other research centers, this model provides a coherent explanation for non local informational correlations that cannot be accounted for within classical physical frameworks. The proposed structure interprets entanglement as empirical evidence for the existence of a Natural Informational Network (NIN) — the informational dimension underlying all physical processes. This text offers a concise introduction to a new paradigm in which information is primary, and reality functions as a unified, living, self organizing system. Entangled particles remain perfectly correlated even after extreme physical manipulation and spatial separation. This phenomenon, repeatedly confirmed in high‑energy experiments such as those conducted at CERN, provides a minimal empirical demonstration that physical systems cannot be fully described without reference to an underlying informational structure. This short article argues that quantum entanglement is not merely a curiosity of microphysics, but direct evidence for the existence of a non‑physical, relational layer — an informational network — that binds physical manifestations into coherent wholes. ABSTRACT Contemporary physics and philosophy rely on multiple dualisms: matter vs energy, body vs consciousness, quantum vs classical, information vs field. Each dualism creates contradictions and requires artificial bridges between incompatible ontologies. This work proposes a unified model in which everything is Information, existing in two inseparable states: active (dynamic) and passive (concentrated as a Model).A Model is passive Information; the environment is active Information.Model + active Information = Reality. This framework explains quantum non separability, phantom limb phenomena, CERN observations, natural vs artificial division of systems, evolution, de evolution, and the coexistence of multiple realities that cannot perceive one another due to incompatible informational interfaces. The model is more coherent than existing physical or philosophical theories because it eliminates dualisms, requires no external entities, and derives all observed phenomena from a single principle. The article proposes a non-dual informational ontology to dissolve the “hard problem” of consciousness. It argues that modern physics (quantum field theory, holography, and emergent gravity) undermines classical materialism, showing that reality is not made of local substances with intrinsic properties but of relational and informational structures. Within this framework, essential operators generate integrated trajectories whose intrinsic aspect is phenomenality (consciousness) and whose extrinsic aspect, under holographic projection, appears as physical dynamics. Thus, mind and matter are not separate substances or universal properties but two aspects of the same informational process. The model avoids reductionism, dualism, and panpsychism, while offering falsifiability criteria: it would be refuted if fundamental information loss, restored locality, or primitive materialism were demonstrated. This approach presents a coherent, scientifically compatible alternative for unifying consciousness and physics.

The General Theory of Relativity (GTR) describes the macroscopic structure of space, time and gravitation with unrivalled precision, whilst quantum mechanics (QM) governs the probabilistic laws of the microscopic world. However, both theoretical foundations are based on incompatible mathematical and ontological assumptions: GR assumes a continuous, deterministic space-time continuum; QM operates on discrete, non-local state spaces and is inextricably linked to the unsolved measurement problem. Holistic Information Theory (HIT) proposes a formal extension of the physical frame of reference. It begins one step prior to spatio-temporal localisation and poses the fundamental question regarding the a priori condition under which physical quantities can arise, be distinguished and measured in the first place. Every scientific description necessarily begins with a distinction; every distinction encodes a difference, and every difference is, at its core, pure information. From this methodological premise, GIT deduces that information is not a secondary product of biological evolution or technical data processing, nor is it merely a property of matter. Information is the primary ontological quantity of existence. Space, time, gravity, light, energy and matter are established as secondary forms of organisation and manifestation of an all-encompassing, evolutionary information process. In this system, cognition and physical manifestation are not passive processes, but active acts of information creation, initiated by a directed ‘question’ – understood as a physical interaction or systemic coupling.
