Paper 45 — Generative Law: Quantum Control as Law Engineering

Abstract

Quantum control and state preparation are traditionally described as techniques for initializing or steering quantum states. While operationally effective, this language misidentifies the level at which control is actually exercised. It treats states as manipulable objects rather than as manifestations of admissibility constraints. This paper reframes quantum control as law engineering. Within the Generative Law framework, control does not determine outcomes and does not perform measurement. Instead, it sculpts the admissibility space under which future commitments may occur. State preparation is thus reinterpreted as the deliberate construction and refinement of law-domains prior to commitment. Under this view, unitary operations, pulse sequences, and control fields do not “drive” a system through states. They modify the constraint architecture that governs which outcomes are allowed. Determinism arises at the level of admissibility shaping, while outcome selection remains interrupt-driven and exclusive. By separating control from measurement and randomness, this work clarifies the true role of quantum control techniques. It positions state preparation as a foundational component of generative architectures, bridging experimental practice with interrupt-oriented execution semantics. This article is part of a broader theoretical program investigating the emergence of spacetime, geometry, and physical structure from the ψ–Θ–χ continuum. Paper 44 — Generative Law: Quantum Contextuality as Law Routing

Mortaza Zabihi

Quantum contextuality is traditionally presented as a no-go result: the impossibility of assigning pre-existing values to observables independently of measurement context. While formally correct, this interpretation misidentifies the architectural level at which the phenomenon occurs. It treats contextuality as a failure of value realism rather than as a constraint on admissibility. This paper reframes contextuality as law routing. Within the Generative Law framework, outcomes do not depend on hidden values but on which law-domain is activated at the moment of commitment. Measurement choices do not reveal or disturb values; they select admissibility structures. Under this view, contextuality is neither paradoxical nor mysterious. It reflects the absence of a globally applicable law across incompatible measurement configurations. Kochen–Specker-type results are reinterpreted as statements about law non-globality rather than value indeterminacy. By relocating contextuality from ontology to architecture, this work integrates it naturally into the Generative Law model. Contextuality becomes a routing mechanism governing how commitments occur under different laws, completing the structural resolution of the major quantum paradoxes. Paper 41 — Generative Law: Quantum Entanglement as Minimal Law Engineering

Mortaza Zabihi

Quantum entanglement is traditionally presented as a paradoxical feature of microscopic reality, often associated with non-locality, state collapse, or information transfer without mediation. This paper adopts a different position. It treats entanglement not as a physical anomaly, but as a reproducible and engineerable mechanism arising from collective admissibility constraints. Within the Generative Law framework, entanglement is reinterpreted as the construction of a shared law-domain that binds multiple entities to a single admissibility structure. Commitment occurs at the configuration level rather than at the level of individual entities, producing correlated records without invoking signaling, hidden variables, or ontological superposition. The paper develops entanglement as the simplest experimentally accessible instance of law engineering. It analyzes how experimental conditions instantiate restricted law-domains, how isolation and boundary enforcement enable collective commitment, and why scalability is limited by law leakage rather than by particle count. By reframing entanglement as a law-level mechanism rather than a state-level property, this work positions it as a foundational tool for studying admissibility formation. Entanglement thus becomes not a resolved paradox, but a prototype for generative architectures that govern commitment in complex systems. This article is part of a broader theoretical program investigating the emergence of spacetime, geometry, and physical structure from the ψ–Θ–χ continuum. Paper 28 — Generative Quantum: Measurement as A Quasi-Continuous Restriction Process

Mortaza Zabihi

The quantum measurement problem persists largely due to interpretations that treat measurement as a discontinuous, non-dynamical collapse and regard pre-measurement states as ontologically indeterminate. This paper introduces a generative reinterpretation of quantum measurement based on the ψ–Θ–χ kernel architecture, in which quantum systems are always fully physical and evolve continuously through identity (ψ), accessible motion space (Θ), and projection and stabilization (χ). Within this framework, measurement is not the creation of reality but a quasi-continuous process of constraint, progressively restricting the system’s accessible Θ-domain. Wavefunction collapse emerges as the terminal stabilization of this process rather than a singular metaphysical event. This approach provides an observer-independent, geometrically grounded account of measurement that resolves longstanding conceptual paradoxes in quantum foundations. This article is part of a broader theoretical program investigating the emergence of spacetime, geometry, and physical structure from the ψ–Θ–χ continuum. Paper 43 — Generative Law: Quantum Decoherence as Law Leakage

Mortaza Zabihi

Decoherence is commonly described as the gradual loss of quantum behavior due to interaction with an environment. This description, while operationally useful, obscures the structural origin of the phenomenon. It treats decoherence as a dynamical process acting on states rather than as a failure in maintaining admissibility constraints. This paper reframes decoherence as law leakage: the breakdown of isolation that defines a law-domain. Within the Generative Law framework, coherence is not a property of states but a condition of constraint purity. Decoherence occurs when external admissibility structures intrude upon a restricted law-domain, contaminating its constraint boundaries. Under this interpretation, the environment is not a physical agent that “measures” or “disturbs” a system, but a reservoir of incompatible laws. Decoherence reflects the inability to prevent cross-law coupling as complexity increases. By treating decoherence as leakage rather than noise, this work dissolves probabilistic and thermodynamic narratives that obscure mechanism. It positions decoherence as an engineering limitation on law construction, directly complementary to entanglement as law engineering. This article is part of a broader theoretical program investigating the emergence of spacetime, geometry, and physical structure from the ψ–Θ–χ continuum. Paper 39 — Generative Law: Law Dominance, Interrupt, and Quantum Measurement

Mortaza Zabihi

The measurement problem in physics is commonly framed as a problem of observation, collapse, or external intervention. Such formulations implicitly attribute a privileged role to observers, despite lacking a clear operational mechanism by which observation could alter physical law. This paper argues that this framing is fundamentally misguided. Building on a generative account of law formation and an execution-based definition of time, we introduce law dominance as a structural property of law execution. Laws are not atomic constraints but structured bundles whose internal complexity determines their executional priority. When a sufficiently complex law enters execution, it necessarily suppresses competing laws due to finite execution capacity. Measurement is identified as a special case of such dominant law execution. Within this framework, measurement does not create outcomes, modify laws, or invoke external agency. It triggers the execution of an already stabilized, highly complex law whose dominance forces collapse as an executional necessity. Collapse is therefore not a postulate but a consequence of constrained execution. By separating law formation, law execution, and law dominance, this work eliminates observer dependence from measurement without altering the formal structure of quantum theory. Measurement is reinterpreted as a purely internal process governed by complexity and execution constraints, providing a unified and operationally grounded resolution to the measurement problem. This article is part of a broader theoretical program investigating the emergence of spacetime, geometry, and physical structure from the ψ–Θ–χ continuum. Paper 40 — Generative Law: Quantum Problems

Mortaza Zabihi

This paper revises the role of traditional quantum problems within the Generative Law framework by distinguishing between topics that are structurally closed and those that warrant further, dedicated investigation. The aim is not to reintroduce quantum paradoxes, but to clarify which questions cease to generate new knowledge once executional commitment is formalized, and which instead reveal non-random, law-governed mechanisms that define the next research frontier. We argue that quantum issues whose outcomes are fundamentally random, purely statistical, or descriptive at the record level do not justify independent theoretical treatment. These topics—such as superposition, collapse, and probabilistic rules—are knowledge-saturated artifacts of incomplete architectural separation and are formally closed within Generative Law. In contrast, certain phenomena traditionally grouped under “quantum paradoxes” exhibit reproducible structure, collective constraint behavior, and explicit law-dependence. These phenomena, most notably entanglement, are not eliminated but promoted. They transition from interpretational puzzles to sources of mechanistic insight, revealing how admissibility laws are engineered, isolated, and maintained. Accordingly, this paper establishes explicit criteria for closure and promotion of quantum problems, formally closes a class of non-generative topics, and identifies a focused set of mechanisms that will be developed in subsequent Generative Law work. In doing so, it reframes quantum foundations from an interpretational enterprise into a disciplined program of architectural discovery. This article is part of a broader theoretical program investigating the emergence of spacetime, geometry, and physical structure from the ψ–Θ–χ continuum. It positions state preparation as a foundational component of generative architectures, bridging experimental practice with interrupt-oriented execution semantics.
