UFT-ID 2.0: Lattice-Gated Information Dynamics and Lexicographic State Selection

Abstract

This work formalizes the Unified Field Theory of Information Dynamics (UFT-ID 2.0) as a geometrically typed, invariant-seeking dynamical system. Information is treated not as a fundamental quantity but as a constrained excitation on a discrete geometric substrate, such as an E₈ lattice or spin network. The theory introduces the Law of Lattice-Gated Evolution, in which unitary dynamics are permitted only while informational states remain geometrically admissible. Violations trigger a deterministic, non-unitary regime governed by a Lexicographic Selection Map that resolves geometric syntax errors by prioritizing lattice admissibility over invariant preservation. A dimensionless Shear Coefficient (κ) is defined to quantify invariant loss during corrective transitions, providing an auditable diagnostic for entropy production, collapse, and epistemic fracture. This framework replaces probabilistic collapse and teleological optimization with constraint-based resolution, offering a unified formal language applicable to both physical systems and artificial intelligence architectures.

Information dynamics are treated not as fundamental processes, but as constrained excitations on a discrete geometric substrate, such as an E₈ root lattice or spin-network geometry. We introduce the Law of Lattice-Gated Evolution , which asserts that unitary evolution is permissible if and only if the informational state remains within a geometrically admissible subset of the lattice. Violations of this constraint trigger a non-unitary regime switch governed by a Lexicographic Selection Map , which deterministically resolves invalid states by minimizing invariant (Casimir) violation subject to geometric legality. A dimensionless Shear Coefficient κ is defined to quantify the informational entropy produced during this correction. Within this framework, state collapse, hallucination, and associative tunneling are modeled not as probabilistic events, but as deterministic resolutions of geometric syntax errors. This approach is distinct from both standard quantum mechanics (probabilistic projection) and reinforcement learning (teleological optimization).Executive SummaryUFT-ID 2.0 addresses a structural instability shared by both quantum foundations and high-dimensional cognitive systems. Conventional approaches treat state reduction, error, or hallucination as emergent or probabilistic phenomena. In contrast, UFT-ID 2.0 redefines these events as type errors arising within a constrained dynamical system. Information and geometry are treated as coupled but distinct domains. Information evolves according to ideal unitary dynamics governed by SU(3) symmetry, while the geometric substrate is discrete, sparse, and unable to support all possible informational configurations. When an informational state proposes a configuration that the lattice cannot support, the system encounters a Geometric Syntax Error . Resolution proceeds via a deterministic correction pipeline that prioritizes structural invariants over spatial continuity. This unified mechanism accounts for both isomeric tunneling (non-local relocation to invariant-compatible lattice sites) andshear-induced entropy production , which manifests as hallucination or decoherence depending on domain.1. Introduction: The Structure–Dynamics MismatchModern models of information dynamics rely heavily on continuous state spaces to describe phenomena that exhibit discrete structural constraints. In quantum mechanics, unitary wavefunction evolution and non-unitary collapse are treated as fundamentally disjoint processes. In artificial intelligence, hallucination is modeled statistically rather than structurally. UFT-ID 2.0 resolves this mismatch by replacing continuous Hilbert space ontology with a Typed Lattice . Collapse is neither random nor observer-dependent; it is a deterministic constraint-satisfaction event triggered when a proposed informational state cannot be embedded in admissible geometry.2. Ontological CommitmentsUFT-ID 2.0 rests on four explicit commitments:Geometric Primacy. The discrete lattice Λ is the fundamental ontological substrate. Geometry exists prior to information.Constrained Excitation. An information state ρ exists if and only if it is supported on an admissible region of the lattice.Invariant Realism. The identity of an information state is defined by its SU(3) Casimir invariants, not by coordinate representation.Rejection of the Continuum.Continuous evolution is treated as an approximation valid only within admissible lattice regions.3. Zhang Xiangqian's Unified Field Theory: From State Vectors to Quantum Control and Correction, Then to the Unified Geometric Theory of Antigravitational Waves

Binggang Huang

Under the core paradigm of "physics is geometry" in Zhang Xiangqian's Unified Field Theory (UFT), this paper systematically completes the full geometric reconstruction from non-relativistic quantum mechanics, open quantum systems, quantum information theory to quantum control and error correction. All derivations logically originate from three core postulates—spacetime light-speed cylindrical spiral motion, the light-speed constraint equation, and the geometrization postulate—thoroughly reducing the entire mathematical structure of quantum mechanics to the geometric properties of spacetime vibration modes. Key achievements include: 1) Interpreting state vectors, superposition principle, coherence, density matrix, and decoherence as inevitable manifestations of spatiotemporal vibration modes, amplitude-coherent superposition, geometric phase locking, vibrational ensemble statistics, and geometric phase dispersion, respectively. Deriving the decoherence rate , where represents the geometric phase coupling strength; 2) Established geometric interpretations for trace, purity, norm coherence, and relative entropy coherence, directly relating them to the total number of vibrational units, coherence strength, and non-diagonal long-range phase correlations, while providing the geometric origin of typical two-level system Hamiltonians; 3) Rigorously derives the Liouville–von Neumann equation, Lindblad principal equation, and Bloch equation from UFT geometric dynamics, expressing relaxation rates and decoherence times as functions of the fluctuation spectral density of environmental geometric parameters; 4) Unifies the interpretation of light-matter interactions, superconducting macroscopic coherence, and spin dynamics as outcomes of spacetime flexural fields, phase-locked collective modes, and geometric coupling, deriving UFT geometric formulations for the Jaynes–Cummings model, London equation, Josephson relations, and NMR Bloch equations; 5) Reveals the geometric essence of spin echo and CPMG sequences—temporal inversion of geometric phase and frequency-domain windowing—providing the frequency-domain convolution relationship between decoherence factors and environmental spectra; 6) Interpreted the logical subspace of stabilizer codes as a geometric constrained subspace of vibrational modes, revealing the error correction process as a three-step operation of geometric projection, geometric classification, and geometric relocking, and provided the geometric meaning of the fault tolerance threshold . 7) Finally, the theory is extended to the active regulation and long-range propagation mechanisms of anti-gravitational fields. Based on the geometric chirality principle of UFT, five theoretical pathways for achieving long-range propagation of anti-gravitational waves are systematically evaluated, providing a clear theoretical blueprint for gravitational engineering, space propulsion, and gravitational wave communication. All derivations undergo rigorous dimensional consistency verification, forming a logical closed loop with prior UFT achievements (mass-frequency equivalence, geometric expression of the fine-structure constant, system, electromagnetic-gravitational unified theory, etc.), while smoothly converging to existing quantum theories under corresponding limits. This work signifies that the UFT paradigm of "physics as geometry" has extended from classical physics, electromagnetism, and relativistic quantum mechanics to the core domains of quantum information and quantum engineering. It provides a robust first-principles geometric foundation for understanding the essence of quantum mechanics and actively safeguarding quantum technologies. Collapse, Selection, and the Geometry of Information

Giro-Kai Hong

This mini-monograph proposes a new variational and information-geometric framework for understanding the quantum measurement problem, with particular emphasis on the unresolved problem of outcome selection. While decoherence theory explains the suppression of interference and the emergence of stable pointer bases, it does not by itself explain why one definite outcome is realized rather than another. This work argues that the missing element is not simply an additional dynamical mechanism, but a structural principle of selection. The central thesis is that quantum measurement may be understood as a process of entropic channel selection within a structured space of admissible outcomes. Drawing on Schrödinger bridge theory, entropy-regularized optimal transport, stochastic path-space variational principles, concentration of measure, and large deviation theory, the monograph develops a framework in which collapse-like definiteness emerges through constrained probabilistic evolution. Measurement is thereby reinterpreted not as an arbitrary interruption of unitary dynamics, but as a threshold phenomenon in the geometry of information. The work introduces an informational configuration space of possible resolution channels, defines an entropic action functional over stochastic paths, and proposes a channel-selection principle based on entropy-minimizing interpolation. It further examines the relation between Schrödinger bridges and optimal transport, explores the zero-noise limit, connects the framework to path-integral intuition, and develops explicit models of Gaussian bridge dynamics and two-channel selection. The emergence of classicality is treated through exponential concentration, threshold amplification, and phase-transition-like stabilization in high-dimensional systems. The monograph does not claim to replace standard quantum mechanics. Rather, it seeks to clarify how definite outcomes might arise from variational organization within probability itself, while remaining compatible with reduced quantum dynamics, decoherence, and open-system evolution. It is intended as a conceptual and mathematical foundation for further work at the intersection of quantum foundations, stochastic processes, information geometry, and the theory of emergent classicality.

Informational Resource Optimization as a Physical Principle: Algorithmic State Pruning, Post-Selected Cosmology, and Tabletop Empirical Tests

Andrew Sears

This manuscript introduces a unified theoretical and empirical framework proposing that fundamental physical laws, gauge symmetries, and cosmological dynamics emerge as algorithmic resource-optimization protocols operating on an information-bounded substrate. By bridging quantum information theory, discrete lattice physics, and the Two-State Vector Formalism (TSVF), the paper transitions computational ontologies from speculative metaphysics into mathematically formalized, experimentally falsifiable physics. Key Frameworks & Contributions: Algorithmic Resource Optimization & Substrate Invariants: We map foundational principles to computational conservation laws: the Principle of Stationary Action ($\delta S = 0$) to dynamic programming; invariant light-cone speed ($c$) to distributed causal latency; and quantum superposition to procedural deferred state resolution. We introduce formal substrate calibration parameters, including the information rest-mass invariant ($M_i \approx 2.91 \times 10^{-40}\text{ kg}$ at $300\text{ K}$), holographic spacetime code distance density ($D_{code}$), and multi-fidelity coarse-graining bounds ($\Omega_{MF}$). Algorithmic Quantum Dynamics & State-Space Pruning: We formulate Algorithmic State-Space Pruning, establishing that quantum microstate branching in open systems is biased toward algorithmically compressible states governed by a Solomonoff-Levin distribution, modifying microcanonical equiprobability in non-isolated regimes. Post-Selected Quantum Cosmology (POQCO): Within a unimodular gravity framework, late-time cosmic acceleration is derived directly from a future cosmological boundary constraint (macroscopic post-selection), eliminating the necessity of an ad hoc dark energy fluid or cosmological constant $\Lambda$. We extract explicit cosmographic signatures, predicting an effective phantom divide crossing ($w < -1$ at $z \approx 0.5$) and a characteristic discontinuous jerk parameter ($j \approx 3$). Four Falsifiable Empirical Protocols: To subject the framework to immediate laboratory and observational verification, we detail four experimental designs: • Quantum Computing: A 128-qubit superconducting transmon processor under ergodic Floquet drives to measure low Kolmogorov-complexity bitstring branching excesses across $10^6$ shots. • Optomechanical Metrology: A cryogenic 4-pulse radiation-pressure Fabry-Pérot cavity coupled to a stoichiometric silicon nitride ($\text{Si}_3\text{N}_4$) membrane to detect anomalous geometric phase shifts ($\Delta\Theta$) from minimal-length commutator deformations. • Cold-Atom Interferometry: $^{87}\text{Rb}$ atomic drift tubes utilizing non-destructive weak measurements to isolate terminal boundary-induced peak acceleration ($a_{weak}$). • Observational Cosmography: Testing POQCO kinematic transition regimes against high-redshift datasets from the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, DESI Baryon Acoustic Oscillations (BAO), and Cosmic Chronometers.

A Unified Axiomatic Framework of Breathing Boundary Learning Ontological and Mathematical Foundations of Survival-Gated Dynamics

Jihoon Yang

This paper presents the axiomatic foundations of Breathing Boundary Learning (BBL), elevating it from an algorithmic or phenomenological mechanism to a unified foundational principle. Breathing Boundary Learning was originally introduced as a survival-gated adaptation framework for learning systems operating under epistemic uncertainty and out-of-distribution stress. In this work, BBL is reformulated as an axiomatic theory governing existence, admissibility, and survival in dynamical systems. The paper introduces two equivalent formulations: Ontological axioms, describing existence, epistemic boundaries, conditional learning, and survival-based selection. Formal mathematical axioms, defining admissible state evolution through a variational selection functional and threshold-based gating. We prove that these two formulations generate the same class of admissible state trajectories, establishing a semantic–formal equivalence between existential constraints and variational dynamics. Unlike conventional frameworks where dynamics or optimization are assumed to be primary, BBL treats existence itself as conditional. Not all mathematically valid trajectories are physically, computationally, or epistemically realizable. Instead, only trajectories that remain within adaptive epistemic boundaries are permitted to persist. This axiomatic framework applies across multiple domains, including: learning systems under epistemic stress, open quantum systems and decoherence control, quantum field dynamics with adaptive stability constraints. BBL is therefore established not as a training heuristic, interpretational overlay, or emergent phenomenon, but as a selection principle governing admissible existence under constraint. This work complements and unifies previous BBL studies in learning theory, open quantum systems, and quantum field theory, providing a common foundational language for survival-gated dynamics. Universal Modular Dynamics (UMD): A Bridge Language for Open Quantum Systems, Information Geometry, Entanglement-Response, and Renormalization-Group Diagnostics

Oleg Nesen

UMD proposes a single operational dictionary in which open quantum dynamics (CPTP/GKSL), information geometry (monotone metrics), entanglement-response ideas, and renormalization-group (RG) intuition are expressed in terms of the state ρ, modular generators K = −log ρ and Kρ|σ, and a shared panel of measurable diagnostics. The aim is not a universal “TOE claim” but a domain-aware bridge framework: each emergence statement is paired with stability criteria, explicit failure domains, and reproducibility discipline (protocol + manifest + aggregates). This paper defines the common master equation interface, the unified measurement panel, and the rules for domain statements, stability gating, and failure-domain reporting.
