Paper 13 — Generative Architecture: The Grammar of GA (Unigene Theory)

Abstract

This paper introduces Unigene Theory as a framework for understanding why stable laws, identities, and recurrent structures can exist in systems whose observable dynamics are discontinuous, lossy, and collapse-prone. In generative architectures of the form ψ–Θ–χ, identity spaces (ψ) overproduce possibilities, relational structure (Θ) constrains how those possibilities may combine, and projection or execution (χ) enforces realizability under finite resources. Observable behavior alone cannot explain why certain structures persist across collapse events, measurements, or execution failures. We argue that stability does not originate at the level of execution, but at a deeper, pre-representational layer that defines what structures are even worth constructing. We call this layer the unigene. Unigenes do not encode laws, outcomes, or probabilities. Instead, they function as invariant grammatical traces of ψ–Θ dynamics: stable patterns of compatibility between identities and transitions that survive projection loss and collapse. Within this view, physical laws emerge as highly stabilized execution paths built upon unigene-supported structures, while many mathematically definable configurations never become physically meaningful because they fail to meet unigene compatibility constraints. Measurement, collapse, and quantization are reinterpreted as consumer-side enforcement mechanisms acting on an already structured space of possibilities, rather than as sources of structure themselves. Unigene therefore reframes physical law not as a fundamental prescription, but as an emergent consequence of deeper structural grammar. This shift clarifies why physics exhibits remarkable stability despite finite precision, why not all mathematical constructs become physical, and why attempts at a complete physical Theory of Everything encounter principled limits. This article is part of a broader theoretical program investigating the emergence of spacetime, geometry, and physical structure from the ψ–Θ–χ continuum. Paper 28 — Generative Quantum: Measurement as A Quasi-Continuous Restriction Process

Mortaza Zabihi

The quantum measurement problem persists largely due to interpretations that treat measurement as a discontinuous, non-dynamical collapse and regard pre-measurement states as ontologically indeterminate. This paper introduces a generative reinterpretation of quantum measurement based on the ψ–Θ–χ kernel architecture, in which quantum systems are always fully physical and evolve continuously through identity (ψ), accessible motion space (Θ), and projection and stabilization (χ). Within this framework, measurement is not the creation of reality but a quasi-continuous process of constraint, progressively restricting the system’s accessible Θ-domain. Wavefunction collapse emerges as the terminal stabilization of this process rather than a singular metaphysical event. This approach provides an observer-independent, geometrically grounded account of measurement that resolves longstanding conceptual paradoxes in quantum foundations. Paper 22 — Generative Kernel: 6-Layer Architecture

Mortaza Zabihi

The ψ–Θ–χ architecture was originally formulated as a three-layer generative model: ψ as the identity-seed layer, Θ as the adjacency–curvature layer, and χ as the projection–stabilization layer. This structure successfully explained identity formation, orientation, matter and antimatter, collapse dynamics, probability, and the emergence of physical reality. Yet as the architecture evolved and its explanatory power expanded, an increasing tension became evident: the model accounted for many phenomena, but its resolution was not always sufficient to provide precise internal mechanisms. Certain behaviors—such as dualities, inversion symmetry, projection gradients, wave curvature, and the stability of identity wells—seemed to require more granularity than the original single-layer Θ and χ fields could offer. This tension was not a flaw but a signal: the architecture had reached a point where the abstract formulation was no longer adequate to capture the internal differentiation of generative behavior. Fields that were originally grouped together under Θ exhibited two fundamentally distinct roles—orientation and curvature—that behaved differently in collapse dynamics, wave–particle duality, matter/image-matter structure, and symmetry formation. Similarly, χ blended two different functions—projection and stabilization—that needed to be formally separated to accurately model projection behavior versus law persistence. Even ψ, originally treated as a singular identity layer, implicitly contained two functions: identity seeding and identity stabilization. The architecture was complete in scope but not yet refined in structure. This paper addresses that structural incompleteness by introducing internal stratification within each generative field. Instead of ψ–Θ–χ as three monolithic layers, we identify six fundamental strata: ψ₁ (identity seed), ψ₂ (identity substrate), Θ₁ (orientation field), Θ₂ (curvature field), χ₁ (projection layer), and χ₂ (stabilization layer). This expansion does not alter the logic of the original architecture; it reveals the internal differentiation that the earlier abstraction concealed. Paper 27 — Generative Quantum: Introduction

Mortaza Zabihi

Contemporary quantum theory accurately predicts experimental outcomes, yet it remains silent on why quantum behavior must arise at all. Existing approaches either reinterpret the formalism or introduce additional ontological structures, leaving the generative origin of the quantum regime unaddressed. This work proposes Generative Quantum as an architectural framework that explains quantum behavior as an emergent regime produced by minimal operational constraints, rather than as a fundamental starting point. The framework introduces no new physical entities, hidden variables, or modifications to quantum formalism. Instead, it identifies three primitives—finite projection capacity, constraint enforcement, and interrupt-driven stabilization—as sufficient conditions for the emergence of quantum-like behavior.Crucially, no kernel is postulated as an ontological object. The term “kernel” is used strictly to denote a closed behavioral regime that arises when these primitives jointly operate. Likewise, no execution paths or threads are assumed to exist. The term “thread” is employed solely as a linguistic shorthand for a recurrent bundle of pre-stabilization behaviors and carries no ontological commitment.Within this architecture, multiplicity prior to stabilization, enforced exclusivity, and irreversible resolution arise naturally from operational limits, without invoking interpretational postulates. Quantum theory is thereby repositioned as a generated descriptive regime—valid, effective, and precise, yet secondary to the architectural conditions that make it necessary. This paper restricts itself to establishing the generative architecture alone. Questions of measurement, probability, nonlocal correlations, and experimental signatures are explicitly deferred to subsequent works. This article is part of a broader theoretical program investigating the emergence of spacetime, geometry, and physical structure from the ψ–Θ–χ continuum. Paper 42 — Generative Law: Limits of Entanglement Scalability

Mortaza Zabihi

Entanglement is commonly treated as a uniquely quantum resource whose limitations are attributed to environmental disturbance, system size, or decoherence. Such explanations, however, fail to identify a principled boundary between quantum and classical behavior. This paper proposes a different account: entanglement does not break down because systems become larger, but because the laws required to sustain entanglement become too complex to remain isolated and enforceable. Within the Generative Law framework, entanglement is reinterpreted as the enforcement of a single admissible law across multiple entities. Scaling entanglement therefore corresponds to scaling a global law under increasing constraint density. We show that this scaling encounters a fundamental limit: beyond a certain complexity threshold, admissibility constraints proliferate faster than they can be coherently maintained, leading to inevitable law leakage and the emergence of classical behavior. This analysis reframes the quantum–classical boundary as a law-complexity threshold rather than an ontological divide. Classicality appears not as a distinct regime of reality, but as the natural outcome of failed global law enforcement under complexity growth. No appeal to wavefunction realism, collapse postulates, or observer-dependent ontology is required. This article is part of a broader theoretical program investigating the emergence of spacetime, geometry, and physical structure from the ψ–Θ–χ continuum. Paper 44 — Generative Law: Quantum Contextuality as Law Routing

Mortaza Zabihi

Quantum contextuality is traditionally presented as a no-go result: the impossibility of assigning pre-existing values to observables independently of measurement context. While formally correct, this interpretation misidentifies the architectural level at which the phenomenon occurs. It treats contextuality as a failure of value realism rather than as a constraint on admissibility. This paper reframes contextuality as law routing. Within the Generative Law framework, outcomes do not depend on hidden values but on which law-domain is activated at the moment of commitment. Measurement choices do not reveal or disturb values; they select admissibility structures. Under this view, contextuality is neither paradoxical nor mysterious. It reflects the absence of a globally applicable law across incompatible measurement configurations. Kochen–Specker-type results are reinterpreted as statements about law non-globality rather than value indeterminacy. By relocating contextuality from ontology to architecture, this work integrates it naturally into the Generative Law model. Contextuality becomes a routing mechanism governing how commitments occur under different laws, completing the structural resolution of the major quantum paradoxes. This article is part of a broader theoretical program investigating the emergence of spacetime, geometry, and physical structure from the ψ–Θ–χ continuum. Paper 43 — Generative Law: Quantum Decoherence as Law Leakage

Mortaza Zabihi

Decoherence is commonly described as the gradual loss of quantum behavior due to interaction with an environment. This description, while operationally useful, obscures the structural origin of the phenomenon. It treats decoherence as a dynamical process acting on states rather than as a failure in maintaining admissibility constraints. This paper reframes decoherence as law leakage: the breakdown of isolation that defines a law-domain. Within the Generative Law framework, coherence is not a property of states but a condition of constraint purity. Decoherence occurs when external admissibility structures intrude upon a restricted law-domain, contaminating its constraint boundaries. Under this interpretation, the environment is not a physical agent that “measures” or “disturbs” a system, but a reservoir of incompatible laws. Decoherence reflects the inability to prevent cross-law coupling as complexity increases. By treating decoherence as leakage rather than noise, this work dissolves probabilistic and thermodynamic narratives that obscure mechanism. It positions decoherence as an engineering limitation on law construction, directly complementary to entanglement as law engineering.
