Motus IV completes the operational formulation of Motus Theory introduced in Motus III. The theory proposes that physical transitions between operationally equivalent states are mediated by a non-temporal informational layer parameterized by an informational coordinate ξ, with an associated transition operator 𝑇 𝑀 T M acting on observables rather than states. This work does not modify the core equations or experimental predictions of Motus III. Instead, it provides operational closure by: (i) classifying the Motus transition operator relative to established frameworks (instrument, control-system, and information-geometric perspectives); (ii) constructing and defeating a maximally adversarial classical null model under fixed experimental constraints; (iii) specifying minimal axioms for the projection map from informational structure to observables; and (iv) identifying a coupled set of decisive experimental signatures, including transition-state compression, ξ-path dependence, informational holonomy, and time-reversal invariance. Motus IV is falsifiable in principle and in practice. Failure of the proposed low-cost laboratory tests under the stated controls falsifies the hypothesis of an out-of-time informational transition layer. The work is intended as an operational and experimental framework rather than a speculative embedding into fundamental spacetime theories.

Motus Theory introduces a novel informational coordinate ξ and a corresponding field M(ξ,t) governing transitions between physical states A→B. The theory proposes an informational geometry that supplements classical and quantum dynamics, generating testable deviations in interference experiments, entropy gradients, and complex classical systems. This work presents the Motus coordinate system, the Motus Field Equation, the Coupling Equation for physical observables, and predictions for double-slit, triple-slit (Sorkin parameter), and classical drift tests. The intent is to formalize an informational dimension that may unify aspects of dynamical, entropic, and geometric evolution across physical scales.(Contact information:carlylunabaez@gmail.com)
