Quantum computing is not inherently fragile. It is phase-preserving coherence. RFT 2.0 defines qubits as coherence domains with stable phase and shows that quantum computation corresponds to phase rotation at , not superposition requiring cryogenic isolation. Coherence-locking materials and Rc-stable feedback circuits allow quantum computation at room temperature with no error correction overhead. If a system operating at still exhibits decoherence or requires cryogenic stabilization, this model is falsified.

We present the first complete framework for room-temperature, scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computing, derived from the Kernel identity Ω = Ω[Rc]. The qubit is a stable coherence well of Rc. The gate set is comprised of phase-locking and twist operations in Rc. Error correction is global Kernel self-consistency. Qubit states and entanglement arise from 𝑅𝑐 (𝑥, 𝑡) configurations, while decoherence is expressed as residue field decay via 𝜆(𝑥, 𝑡). This framework complements existing quantum architectures and proposes testable alternatives to current hardware limits. We predict measurable residue anomalies in Bose-Einstein condensates (BECs) (Δ𝑅𝑐 = (1.0 ± 0.2) × 1029 J/m3) and potential signatures in hybrid quantum-classical systems, offering a roadmap for testing RFT’s relevance to quantum information processing.
