A Unified Operator-Flow Framework on Hilbert Spaces:Curvature Trichotomy and the Emergence of Schrödinger, Heisenberg, and Dirac Dynamics

Abstract

Description This work develops a unified operator-flow framework on Hilbert spaces in which the standard dynamical formulations of quantum theory—the Schrödinger equation, the Heisenberg operator evolution, and Dirac-type spinor dynamics—arise as curvature-selected representations of a single abstract unitary flow. Starting from an axiomatic assignment of an admissible field tensor FFF to an anti-Hermitian generator G(F)G(F)G(F), the framework establishes the existence of a strongly continuous unitary flow acting on vectors, operators, and Clifford modules. From the same field tensor, an effective metric geff(F)g_{\mathrm{eff}}(F)geff(F) and its scalar curvature κ(F)\kappa(F)κ(F) are constructed, providing a geometric structure underlying the operator evolution. The central result, the Curvature Trichotomy Theorem, shows that the sign of κ(F)\kappa(F)κ(F) uniquely determines the curvature-adapted representation of the flow: positive curvature selects the Schrödinger picture, zero curvature selects the Heisenberg picture, and negative curvature selects a Dirac-type Clifford-module representation. In this way, the three classical formulations of quantum dynamics are interpreted not merely as unitarily equivalent pictures, but as distinct geometric realizations of a single operator-flow governed by curvature. Analytically, the work relies on standard results from the theory of generators of unitary groups, non-autonomous evolution equations, operator algebras, and spin geometry. Conceptually, it provides a geometric classification principle for quantum dynamics, linking representation theory, operator flows, and curvature within a unified mathematical structure. Geometric Schrödinger Equation: Curvature, Phase, and Probability Flow in a Unified Framework

BORA AKTAŞ

Abstract The present work develops a covariant Schrödinger formalism in which phase, curvature, and probability flow emerge as interdependent aspects of a single field. Starting from a phase-induced metric deformation gμν(Φ)g_{\mu\nu}(\Phi)gμν(Φ), we construct a geometric Schrödinger equation that naturally couples to an Einstein-like tensor Gμν[g]G_{\mu\nu}[g]Gμν[g]. This yields a unified system linking the quantum amplitude AAA, the local curvature R[g]R[g]R[g], and the analytic hierarchy of transcendental constants (π, ζ(3), ζ(5), …). Within this framework, the classical probability interpretation is reinterpreted as the observable projection of phase–curvature dynamics. The resulting equations provide a self-consistent description of how quantum interference, analytic number structure, and spacetime geometry co-evolve within a single differential system.

Relation of the Entropy-Originated Topological Framework (EOTF) to Conventional Quantum Pictures

Arneth, Borros

The Entropy-Originated Topological Framework (EOTF) extends conventional quantum mechanics by embedding its algebraic, wave, and interaction representations within an entropic–topological manifold. While the Heisenberg, Schrödinger, and Dirac pictures traditionally provide unitarily equivalent formulations of quantum dynamics, the EOTF generalizes their equivalence to a deeper invariance of informational and geometric flow. Within this framework, operator evolution, wave function propagation, and interaction dynamics emerge as distinct projections of a unified entropic operator field defined on a diagram-Hilbert manifold. The correspondence preserves the predictive structure of quantum mechanics while revealing its geometric and thermodynamic origin—thereby linking quantum pictures to the emergent structure of spacetime, gauge interactions, and matter.

The Geometry of Quantum Mechanics: Hilbert Structure, Unitary Dynamics, Spin, Measurement, and the One-Particle Quantum Theory in Six-Throat Directed Spacetime

Ibrahim Mohammed Mussa

Paper XXII of the Six-Throat Directed Geometry program derives the mathematical structure of one-particle quantum mechanics from the directed spinor dynamics established on the regular closed six-throat spacetime. Starting from the conserved curved-spacetime Dirac current, the construction produces a positive and slice-independent inner product and its Hilbert-space completion. The corresponding geometric propagator is unitary and satisfies composition, inverse, and adjoint closure. Real physical observables are represented by self-adjoint operators with real spectra and orthogonal spectral resolutions. The compact global geometry yields an exact periodic commutator algebra, while the standard canonical position-momentum relation is recovered on regular local charts. The Robertson and Schrödinger-Robertson uncertainty relations then follow from the same Hilbert-space structure. The tetrad Clifford algebra generates the intrinsic spin-one-half representation, including the expected spin magnitude, the spinor sign reversal under a full two-pi rotation, and the rotational multiplets obtained by coupling orbital and intrinsic angular momentum. Detector-surface current is promoted from the direct Born-flux construction of Paper XXI to a general positive measurement structure described by a non-projective POVM and the trace probability rule. Density operators, purity, von Neumann entropy, conditional access states, and Kraus dephasing channels arise within the same measurement framework. The positive-energy Dirac branch reduces at low energy to Pauli dynamics and, when the spin-covariant terms commute appropriately, to the Schrödinger Hamiltonian. The same unitary framework yields the Liouville-von Neumann equation, the Heisenberg operator equation, and the Ehrenfest relations in the local directed potential. A forty-three-condition numerical closure audit satisfies all 43 declared conditions across the derived one-particle structure. Representative numerical results include Hilbert-product and unitary residuals at approximately machine precision, exact spin-one-half algebra to numerical precision, POVM completeness at machine precision, low-energy wave-packet infidelity of 3.16 × 10⁻¹⁰ for the stated audit configuration, and Schrödinger-Heisenberg expectation agreement at 5.66 × 10⁻¹⁷. The result is a single geometric chain from conserved spacetime flux to one-particle state space, unitary dynamics, observables, commutators, uncertainty, spin, measurement operators, statistical states, and the low-energy quantum equations. Composite systems, entanglement, exchange symmetry, quantum statistics, and variable-particle-number field theory remain subsequent structural layers and are not claimed as part of the present one-particle closure.

Coherence-Selection Dynamics: A Structural Reformulation of Quantum Mechanics

Hilmir Frímann Halldórsson, ChatGPT 5.2

This work presents a structural reformulation of quantum dynamics based on a scalar coherence functional defined over a general state space. The framework distinguishes two mathematically natural classes of dynamics generated by such a functional:(i) gradient flows, which monotonically increase coherence and correspond to stabilization or selection processes, and(ii) antisymmetric flows, which conserve coherence and generate reversible dynamics. We show that standard unitary quantum mechanics arises as a special case when the state space is a complex Hilbert space, the coherence functional is chosen as the negative energy expectation, and the antisymmetric structure corresponds to the canonical complex structure. In this setting, the Schrödinger equation follows directly from the formalism, without postulating unitarity as an independent axiom. The framework is extended to open systems using the density-operator formalism and completely positive trace-preserving maps. Under standard assumptions (Markovianity, continuity, and semigroup structure), the reduced dynamics takes the Gorini–Kossakowski–Sudarshan–Lindblad form, with dissipative terms interpreted as coherence-stabilizing dynamics. A supporting lemma demonstrates exponential suppression of off-diagonal density matrix elements under dephasing Lindblad operators. Using the Wigner phase-space representation, we further show that conservative coherence dynamics reduces to classical Liouville transport in the semiclassical regime, with quantum corrections governed by the Moyal bracket expansion. This work does not propose a modification of quantum theory. Rather, it offers a structural reorganization of existing formalisms. All results remain fully compatible with standard quantum mechanics while providing a unified perspective on unitary evolution, decoherence, and the emergence of classical behavior. Related work. A companion technical note, Structural Decomposition of SRG Recursion into Flow, Phase, and Closure (Halldórsson & ChatGPT, 2025, Zenodo), develops a discrete dynamical-systems formulation of SRG-style recursion and connects it explicitly to Lemmas 2.5, 2.7, and 2.9 of the present work.
