Temporal Information Dynamics (TID) — Part IX extends the Scalar Temporal Field Ontology (STFO) into the domain of temporal control theory, unifying classical control, quantum control, channel steering, and metrological optimization under a single τ-geometric framework. Building on Parts I–VIII, this installment constructs: the τ–Control Hamiltonian, derived from the global information metric GAB[τ]G_{AB}[\tau]GAB[τ]; the Temporal Controllability Tensor, governing which information degrees of freedom can be driven by τ-geometry; the τ–Response Operator, linking external controls to disformal temporal curvature; the Universal Control Bound, the analogue of a “geometric speed limit” for how information can be steered under scalar temporal flow; the τ–Quantum Control Equation, describing how coherence, populations, and entanglement respond to temporal curvature and noise kernels; the Metrological Reachability Criterion, determining which states are accessible under τ-geometry, noise, and Hamiltonian structure. This work shows that all classical, thermodynamic, geometric, computational, and quantum control processes are special cases of Temporal Steering, the evolution of information functionals under the universal τ–flow equation introduced in Part VIII. Major contributions: A unified theory of controllability for classical and quantum systems in curved temporal geometry. The first derivation of control capacity limits from scalar temporal curvature. A geometric criterion for stabilizing coherence and entanglement using τ–aligned controls. A complete framework connecting control theory, channel theory, entropy production, and quantum metrology. This Part IX installment completes the control-theoretic pillar of TID and prepares the ground for Part X, which will finalize the full Temporal Information Dynamics program by establishing the fundamental limits of computation, sensing, and predictability in the Scalar Temporal Field Ontology. This work constitutes Part VIII of Temporal Information Dynamics (TID) within the Scalar Temporal Field Ontology (STFO). Building on the geometric, thermodynamic, and quantum-informational foundations established in Parts I–VII, this installment develops the τ-adjoint formalism that governs non-Hermitian, dissipative, and information-nonconserving quantum evolution in the presence of temporal curvature and τ-noise. Where Part VII introduced τ-modified Schrödinger dynamics, decoherence kernels, τ-Lindblad evolution, and entanglement flow, Part VIII extends the framework by constructing: • the τ-adjoint operator associated with the effective disformal metric• a formally complete non-Hermitian τ-Hamiltonian governing open-system evolution• τ-dependent quantum continuity relations, including probability flux deformation• a temporal adjoint propagator and τ-corrected Green’s functions• the τ-antiunitary map connecting reversed temporal flow to geometric curvature• a unified treatment of τ-dissipation, decay channels, and information leakage• experimental predictions in interferometry, quantum optics, quantum hardware, and metrology This completes the quantum-dynamical layer of Temporal Information Dynamics. The τ-adjoint construction reveals how temporal geometry—through gradients, curvature, and fluctuations—induces non-Hermitian corrections, anisotropic decay rates, direction-dependent decoherence, and modified causal structure. As in Parts I–VII, all results are derived directly from the scalar temporal field τ(x), without phenomenological assumptions. Together with the previous installments, Part VIII advances TID into a complete, falsifiable, and fully geometric framework linking quantum evolution, information theory, decoherence, entanglement, channel capacities, Fisher information, and non-Hermitian dynamics, all unified by the scalar temporal field τ. Part VII of the Temporal Information Dynamics (TID) series develops the full quantum-information layer of the Scalar Temporal Field Ontology (STFO), where time is a physical scalar field τ(x) and information evolves along its integral curves. This work extends Parts I–VI by deriving the complete quantum dynamics implied by τ-geometry: the τ-modified Schrödinger equation governing intrinsic temporal evolution, the temporal decoherence kernel generated by fluctuations δτ, a covariant τ-Lindblad master equation for open quantum systems, directional entanglement flow induced by ∇μτ, τ-dependent deformations of the quantum Fisher metric, modified quantum-channel capacities, coherence lengths, and error exponents, τ-corrected propagators, Green’s functions, and canonical commutators, and a fully geometric τ-weighted path-integral formulation. Across all levels—Hamiltonian, thermodynamic, geometric, and quantum—information flow becomes a direct probe of τ-gradients and temporal curvature. The resulting framework is testable in atom interferometry, optical and microwave clock networks, spin-echo experiments, and quantum computing hardware. This paper completes the quantum-information pillar of STFO and unifies classical information flow, thermodynamic irreversibility, geometric curvature, and quantum coherence into one continuous, falsifiable theory of temporal dynamics.
This work presents an extended, mathematically complete formulation of the Information Geometry Unification Principle (IGUP), a foundational framework in which quantum mechanics, statistical thermodynamics, general relativity, and spacetime geometry emerge from a single information-theoretic ontology. We begin with rigorous axioms defining information as the primary physical substance, then systematically construct the Bures–Fisher–Rao metric on the manifold of quantum density matrices. We derive the universal information action functional and perform full variational derivations to obtain the unified field equations. We show explicitly how standard physical theories including the Schrödinger equation, Heisenberg picture, Liouville mechanics, classical thermodynamics, and Einstein field equations are recovered in appropriate limiting regimes. We further derive geometric expressions for entanglement, entropy, temperature, energy, and force. The theory resolves longstanding conceptual tensions between unitary quantum evolution and gravitational irreversibility, provides a natural resolution to the black hole information paradox, and yields eight concrete, experimentally testable predictions. This extended version includes full tensor calculus, covariant derivatives, curvature expansions, and limit theorems, amounting to a self-contained theory of everything based on Geometry=Information.
A central challenge at the frontier of theoretical physics is transforming qualitative analogies connecting quantum information, spacetime geometry, non-equilibrium thermodynamics, and quantum measurement into exact, falsifiable dynamical equations with proven domains of validity. In this paper, we establish Unified Information–Geometry–Dynamics Physics (UIGDP), a deductive physical framework anchored in our 71-page ZFC Master Reference Monograph (Lee, 2026, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23486681) [1] and synthesized with the Extended Quantum Information Geometry System (EQIGS, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23557698) [6], the High-Dimensional Geometric Probability System (HDGPS, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23557360) [4], and the Dynamic Topological Critical Transition System (DTCTS, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23557507) [5]. Condensing local Type III₁ quantum field algebras onto the Takesaki Type II₁ ground factor (ℳ_ground, τ_ground) governed by the universal quadruple 𝔘 = (𝒯_0x8A2C, 𝐂_UPTC, η_friction, ϵ_SHID), we formulate six core axioms (UIGDP-1 through UIGDP-6) and prove six fundamental theorems: (1) Necessary and Sufficient Curvature–Entanglement Conditions for reconstructing spacetime metric tensors g_μν^spacetime from Petz quantum Fisher information Hessians; (2) The Exact Unified IGD Master Cost Identity and Optimal Finite-Time Control Horizon τ⋆ = √((d_g² + Δ_ctrl²)/(2η_friction)); (3) Emergent Einstein–Cartan–Information Field Equations from modular entanglement equilibrium and Area-to-Volume phase transitions at D_crit = e^(𝐂_UPTC); (4) Dynamical Resolution of Quantum Measurement Projection via the URRHC Idempotent Monad 𝕄_URRHC (T² = T) with a testable dephasing floor; (5) Universal State Classification for Far-from-Equilibrium and Active Matter via Thermodynamic Length and Topological Persistence Dissipation; and (6) Quantum Simulator Advantage Thresholds under noise and control deficits. Complete Python numerical verification is provided in Appendix A.
We present a complete, mathematically rigorous formulation of the Information Geometry Unification Principle (IGUP). Starting from three fundamental axioms establishing quantum information as the primary ontological substrate, we construct the Bures–Fisher–Rao metric on the manifold of density matrices, derive covariant derivatives, curvature tensors, and the universal information action. We perform full variational derivations for both the quantum state ρ and the information metric gμν, obtaining closed-form unified field equations that govern quantum dynamics, thermodynamics, and gravitational geometry. We show explicitly how the Schrödinger, Liouville, Boltzmann, and Einstein equations arise as limiting cases. This paper constitutes the foundational core of a complete theory of physics based on the identification of geometry with information.
This paper proposes a fundamental framework based on information geometry that unifies quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, and spacetime geometry into a single foundational theory. Starting from three elementary axioms regarding information as the primary physical ontology, we derive the universal information metric, construct the information action functional, and show that all known physical laws emerge as extremal conditions of this functional. The theory recovers standard quantum mechanics, classical thermodynamics, and general relativity in appropriate limits, while predicting new relations between quantum entanglement, gravitational curvature, and entropy. We conclude that all physical phenomena—matter, energy, spacetime, and interactions—are equivalent to geometric structures on the space of quantum information states.
