Abstract

In this research, we investigate the extended Dunkl quantum mechanics with two parameters. We apply this formalism to study general quantum phenomena. Using cartesian coordinate, we calculate the solution to problem of a spinless particle confined to a box in three dimensions. Then, we derive the creation and annihilation operators to analyze harmonic oscillator in three dimensions via algebraic approach. Subsequently, utilizing the same operators and the generators of [Formula: see text] Lie algebra, we examine the Dirac harmonic oscillator in [Formula: see text] dimension. Finally, we construct the hydrodynamical formulation of the extended Dunkl quantum mechanics by deriving continuity and quantum Hamilton–Jacobi equations.

Dunkl–Klein–Gordon equation in higher dimensions

B. Hamil, B. C. Lütfüoğlu, M. Merad

In this study, we replace the standard partial derivatives in the Klein–Gordon equation with Dunkl derivatives and obtain exact analytical solutions for the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the Dunkl–Klein–Gordon equation in higher dimensions. We apply this formalism to two key quantum mechanical systems: the d-dimensional harmonic oscillator and the Coulomb potential. First, we introduce Dunkl quantum mechanics in d-dimensional hyperspherical coordinates, followed by an analysis of the d-dimensional Dunkl–Klein–Gordon oscillator. Subsequently, we derive the energy spectrum and eigenfunctions, which are expressed using confluent hypergeometric functions. Furthermore, we examine the impact of the Dunkl formalism on both the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions. In the second case, we explore both the bound-state solutions and scattering scenarios of the Dunkl–Klein–Gordon equation with the Coulomb potential. The bound-state solutions are represented in terms of confluent hypergeometric functions, while the scattering states enable us to compute the particle creation density and probability using the Bogoliubov transformation method.

One-dimensional quantum mechanics with Dunkl derivative

Won Sang Chung, HASSAN HASSANABADI

In this paper, we consider the quantum mechanics with Dunkl derivative. We use the Dunkl derivative to obtain the coordinate representation of the momentum operator and Hamiltonian. We introduce the scalar product to find that the momentum is Hermitian under this inner product. We study the one-dimensional box problem (the spin-less particle with mass m confined to the one-dimensional infinite wall). Finally, we discuss the harmonic oscillator problem.

Path integral formalism for the Klein–Gordon-Dunkl oscillator in (1+d)-dimensional space-time coordinates

H. Benzair, Tahar Boudjedaa, M. Merad

Abstract In this paper, we extend the path integral formalism for the Klein–Gordon oscillator by replacing the standard derivative with the Dunkl derivative in 1D, 2D, and even in d − dimensions. Using space-time Cartesian coordinates, we derive the propagators and solve the problems exactly. We determine the energy eigenvalues and corresponding wave functions for the spinless particle. In limiting cases, where the Dunkl derivative parameters are set to zero, our results converge appropriately to those found in the literature for these problems.

Hydrodynamical formulation of Wigner–Dunkl quantum mechanics

Muhammad Farchani Rosyid

The hydrodynamical form of Wigner–Dunkl quantum mechanics has been formulated. The main step to get such formulation was to derive a pair of Madelung-like equations (called Madelung–Wigner–Dunkl equations) from the Schrödinger equation appearing in Wigner–Dunkl quantum mechanics. Some aspects of both equations contained in the pair, i.e. the inhomogeneous continuity equation and the quantum Hamilton–Jacobi equation, have been investigated and discussed. With certain assumption, the relation between the expectation value of the quantum potential appearing in the quantum Hamilton–Jacobi equation and the so-called Fisher information has been derived. Then an uncertainty relation between momentum and position which may be tighter than the standard uncertainty relation has been derived by using Cramér–Rao inequality and Fisher information.

The Feynman propagator within three parameters generalized Dunkl derivative: One-dimensional case

H. Benzair, Tahar Boudjedaa, M. Merad

In this paper, the Feynman path integral approach within three parameters Dunkl derivative is investigated in the one-dimensional case of nonrelativistic quantum mechanics. We successfully derive the propagator in Cartesian coordinates and give its exact expression for the free particle, inverse square, harmonic oscillator and pure Coulomb potentials. The energy eigenvalues and their corresponding wave functions are determined.

Path integral formulation for Dunkl-Dirac oscillator in (1+1)-dimensional space-time coordinates

H. Benzair, Tahar Boudjedaa, M. Merad

Abstract In this paper, we extend the path integral formalism for the Dirac oscillator in (1+1) dimension by replacing the spatial derivative with the Dunkl derivative. Utilizing representations in position space-time coordinates, we precisely calculate the propagator, expressed in terms of generalized Hermite polynomials. The energy eigenvalues of the electron, along with their corresponding wave functions, are determined. In special cases, we can precisely evaluate the non-relativistic energy eigenvalues and wave functions, even in the absence of Dunkl parameters.
