Abstract

The convergence of quantum computing and generative artificial intelligence (AI) marks a paradigm shift in computational methodologies, offering superior efficiency in data synthesis, optimization, and anomaly detection. Quantum generative models leverage superposition and entanglement to surpass classical AI frameworks in handling high-dimensional data and optimizing large-scale probabilistic learning tasks. This paper examines the fundamental synergy between quantum computing and generative AI, outlining their computational advantages, practical applications in cybersecurity, healthcare, and finance, as well as inherent challenges related to quantum hardware instability and algorithmic inefficiencies. By analyzing contemporary quantum-inspired generative models, this study explores emerging solutions for scalable, noise-resilient AI architectures and assesses the broader societal and ethical implications of AI-quantum convergence. The findings underscore the necessity for further development in quantum hardware and AI-quantum governance frameworks to harness the full potential of quantum-enhanced generative AI and strategic business management.

Quantum-Enhanced Generative AI for Next-Generation Computing

Miss. Rupeshwari Janardan Rangari

Quantum Computing and Generative Artificial Intelligence are transforming the future of intelligent computing systems. The integration of quantum computing with generative AI introduces a new paradigm called Quantum-Enhanced Generative AI (QEGAI), which utilizes quantum mechanical principles such as superposition, entanglement, and quantum parallelism to improve computational efficiency, model training, optimization, and intelligent decision-making.Classical generative AI models such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and Large Language Models (LLMs) demand extensive computational resources and energy consumption.Quantum-enhanced techniques address these limitations by accelerating optimization and enabling faster processing of complex datasets. This paper presents an in-depth study of QEGAI architectures, working principles, applications, advantages, limitations, and future research directions. The proposed framework combines quantum processors with classical AI infrastructure to create scalable and intelligent next-generation computing environments. The study also explores the role of quantum machine learning, hybrid quantum-classical architectures, cybersecurity, healthcare, smart cities, and scientific simulations.Comparative analysis demonstrates the superior computational capabilities of QEGAI over traditional AI approaches in selected tasks. Finally, the paper discusses implementation challenges such as qubit instability, noise, hardware scalability, and ethical concerns while outlining future opportunities for sustainable intelligent computing systems.

Dr. Tirath Singh Saini

Quantum computing and generative artificial intelligence (AI) are converging to transform how the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors discover drugs, design personalized therapies, and interpret complex biological data. Traditional computational tools, though powerful, struggle with the combinatorial complexity of molecular simulation and multi-omic data. Quantum computers, operating through qubits that exploit superposition and entanglement, promise exponential leaps in computational efficiency, while generative AI—driven by architectures such as GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models—offers creative, data-driven synthesis of molecular and clinical insights. This paper provides a deep, science-based examination of how these dual technologies will revolutionize global pharma, precision medicine, and healthcare systems by 2026 and beyond. Using peer-reviewed studies, pilot projects, and market reports, the article analyzes both technical progress and market readiness, ethical implications, and policy pathways. It outlines a hybrid research framework integrating quantum computing and generative AI in molecular design, genomic interpretation, and predictive medicine. The work concludes that the next decade will witness a paradigm shift from evidence-based to algorithm-assisted and quantum-enhanced medicine, driven by high-fidelity modeling and autonomous discovery engines capable of reducing drug development timelines by over 50%.

Quantum Artificial Intelligence (Quantum AI) embodies the integration of quantum computational paradigms with artificial intelligence frameworks to address the computational intractability and scalability constraints inherent in classical AI systems. By leveraging quantum mechanical properties such as superposition, entanglement, and quantum interference, Quantum AI enables enhanced representation learning, accelerated optimization, and improved probabilistic inference in high-dimensional problem spaces. In parallel, deep-tech innovations—including advanced deep learning architectures, neuromorphic computing, and edge-based intelligent processing—are redefining the architectural foundations of next- generation intelligent systems through energy-efficient, adaptive, and real-time computation. This paper presents a technically rigorous and comprehensive review of Quantum AI and deep-tech innovations, focusing on algorithmic formulations, architectural models, and system-level integration strategies. Core methodologies such as quantum machine learning algorithms, parameterized quantum circuits, variational quantum algorithms, and hybrid quantum–classical optimization frameworks are critically analysed with respect to computational complexity, repressibility, and feasibility on noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) hardware. Additionally, the role of neuromorphic computing in enabling spiking neural architectures and event-driven processing is examined as a complementary paradigm to quantum-enhanced learning models, particularly for low-power and latency-critical applications. The paper further investigates application- driven deployments of Quantum AI across domains including medical diagnostics, cryptographic security, autonomous decision-making, and smart cyber-physical systems, highlighting performance trade-offs and implementation constraints. Key challenges such as quantum noise, decoherence, data encoding bottlenecks, limited qubit connectivity, and ethical governance are systematically discussed. Finally, future research directions are identified, emphasizing fault-tolerant quantum learning architectures, scalable hybrid integration with deep-tech systems, and co-design methodologies for realizing practical next-generation intelligence platforms.
