By using of raising and lowering operators of a three dimensional isotropic harmonic oscillators in the particle number representation, raising and lowering operators of a three dimensional isotropic harmonic oscillator in the coordinate representation were derived, and that of three quantum numbers were obtained.

The raising and lowering operator is studied in Quantum Mechanics.By using raising and lowering operaters,one can solve the eigenvalue question of coordinate,momentum and angular momentum,one can also find the energy eigenvalue and eigenfunction of the linear harmonic oscillator and hydrogen atom.

This paper gives the commutation rules of the rais and lower of quantum number l with direction operator and angular momentum operator. Through the direct action to |l,m for the raise and lower of quantum number l , the explicit method for fix constant are given.
