Abstract

This chapter discusses the means whereby QML can revolutionize and transform online marketing and business practices. QML is a derivative from the principles of quantum computation and machine learning, such that tremendous volumes of data may be processed at unprecedented velocities, hence advanced analytics in terms of customer behavior being made possible, and also that of hyper-personalized marketing campaigns. Some of the key QML techniques discussed in terms of increasing the efficiency of marketing, reducing costs, and improving return on investments include techniques in quantum algorithms for clustering, classification, and optimization. It explores the potential of quantum technology in business intelligence, including real-time customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and dynamic pricing models, and predicts future trends and adoption roadmaps in the digital economy.

The chapter identifies how QML can bring revolutionary transformation in online marketing and the current transportation systems. This chapter outlines some of the fundamental ideas of QML, therefore providing broad capability for handling complex datasets with quantum speed-up. QML transforms some of the major areas in online marketing: customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and campaign optimization. QML uses quantum algorithms to process large volumes of user data much more efficiently than classic methods. This in turn leads to better targeting and higher return on investment. QML will be applied in transport systems to optimize route planning, traffic management, and predictive maintenance by running complex logistics quicker and with greater accuracy. The conclusions indicate case studies of practical applications and future potential for QML in these domains and identify opportunities and challenges in the integration of quantum technologies with existing systems.

Quantum Machine Learning for Advanced Data Processing in Business Analytics: A Path Toward Next-Generation Solutions

Sarowar Hossain -, Umesh Khadka -, Shifa Sarkar - +1 more

Quantum Machine Learning (QML) is a rising paradigm of computing that holds high possibilities to revolutionise data analysis in the business analytics industry. This paper aims at presenting how QML can solve the increasingly challenging demands of big contributions to large-scale data analysis in business contexts, achieving better performance than orthodox machine learning methods in terms of time and efficacy. LIQUID: This research utilises actual business data and scenarios and solving problems by using quantum algorithms – VQE and QSVM. At the core of our approach, we perform extensive validation of QML models on platforms such as IBM’s Quantum Experience and D-Wave systems pertaining to critical use cases for businesses would include financial modelling, supply chain management, and customer behaviour prediction. The results presented here suggest that quantum algorithm speeds processing by 30-50% when compared with conventions approaches of computation. Moreover, QML has shown better results for prediction in analytics for various firms and provide them better aptitudes for decision-making. Hence the uniqueness of this research by grounding real world business problems in quantum algorithms and demonstrating empirically how superior they are compared to the classical alternatives in dealing with large datasets. Considering the future of business analytics, QML looks set to be a real game changer for industries that heavily rely on big data analysis. In this it has filled a gap which would cause a scholarly without hard gap between theoretical quantum computing and real business applications.

The Role of Quantum Machine Learning in Optimizing Neuromarketing Insights for Retail and E-Commerce

Rama Chaithanya Tanguturi, A. Devendran, S. Umarani

Neuromarketing combines neuroscience and traditional marketing to uncover the emotional and cognitive drivers behind consumer behavior. As retail and e-commerce sectors increasingly rely on customer data for personalized experiences, the complexity of large datasets often surpasses classical machine learning capabilities. This gap allows Quantum Machine Learning (QML) to emerge as a transformative solution, enhancing predictive power and efficiency in neuromarketing. QML improves data processing speed and pattern recognition, enabling companies to gain deeper insights into consumer preferences and engage customers more personally. This chapter evaluates QML's applications in retail and e-commerce, highlighting how quantum algorithms can overcome current AI limitations regarding speed and precision. It also addresses data privacy concerns, emphasizing ethical data handling practices to foster consumer trust. Ultimately, the chapter envisions QML as a pivotal technology that will redefine consumer engagement and optimize marketing strategies in an increasingly data-driven landscape.

Quantum machine learning: revolutionizing artificial intelligence and big data analytics

Harman Singh, Shruti Mondal, Ishita Garg +1 more

This rapid growth in data and the increased complexity of machine learning models have made it almost impossible to continue pushing forward with classical computing, thereby creating a pressing need for new computational paradigms. The following paper will examine how quantum machine learning answers the above questions by applying the principles of quantum mechanics to the art of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics. We examine some of the current Quantum Machine Learning (QML) algorithms and their applications based on a framework that employs quantum-enhanced feature spaces, variational quantum circuits, and quantum-inspired classical algorithms. Our methodology combines theoretical analysis with empirical evaluation of these methods over standard benchmark datasets, using both quantum simulators and real quantum hardware. Key findings include a set of advantages carried by QML in specific fields, such as dimensionality reduction, optimization problems, and some clustering tasks. These are the quadratic speedup for support vector machines and the exponential advantage for principal component analysis. Our results also show that quantum error correction isn’t perfect and that loading classical data into a quantum system can be hard. We conclude that, while QML holds much promise, it is, by all means, clearly still a way off from being considered a panacea. It is awaiting further breakthroughs in quantum hardware, error mitigation techniques, and algorithm design in order to fully realize its potential. This work thus presents a roadmap for future research and highlights where QML is best placed to make major impactful differences in artificial intelligence and big data analytics.
