Numerous companies rely on a number of different airlines to connect them with other regions of the world as a result of the increasingly important position that the aviation industry plays in today's global transportation sector. On the other hand, severe weather can have a direct impact on airline services, most notably in the form of flight delays. The solution to this problem is to accurately predict these flight delays, which enables passengers to be well prepared for the deterrent that will be caused to their journey and enables airlines to respond to the potential causes of the flight delays in advance in order to diminish the negative impact. The goal of this work, which makes use of quantum machine learning, is to investigate the methodologies that are applied in the construction of models for forecasting flight delays that are brought on by inclement weather. In the initial phase of the project, we investigate the feasibility of employing Python-based linear Regression in conjunction with Support Vector Machine. After that, we feed the dataset into our classifier to obtain the results. In the second half of the project, our primary focus is on acquiring data, and we investigate the possibility of combining quantum machine learning with the process of gathering data by first dissecting the dataset and then determining which features are important. After looking over the results, we compared them to the outcomes of other models, such as the machine learning classifier with quantum linear regression and the quantum SVM-SVR, in order to determine which classifier would be the most effective in resolving the issue.
Machine learning (ML) algorithms have gained great success during the last 20 years. However, this development is encountering growing difficulties. With dataset sizes continually increasing and Moore's Law coming to an end, it is predicted that soon a stage will arrive where present computing tools will no longer suffice. With quantum computing technology approaching the point of commercialization enabling quantum supremacy, they can efficiently tackle certain challenges in machine learning that are thought to be difficult for conventional machines. This paper details how quantum machine learning works, with special attention to the quantum support vector classifier. This work also brings out the comparison between the Quantum support vector classifier and its classical equivalent by working on the Cleveland heart disease dataset.
In this paper, we apply Quantum Machine Learning to analyze security datasets. We compare cross-models, Quantum Machine Learning (QML) against Classical Machine Learning (CML), performance with increasing data size, and performance with increasing iteration numbers using commonly used machine learning techniques such as Neural Networks (NN), Support Vector Machines (SVM), and Logistic Regression (LR). Our study focuses on assessing the accuracy of QML and CML approaches on real-world security datasets. The results provide light on the advantages and disadvantages of both QML and CML methodologies, with implications for their use in security data analysis. The experimental findings provide useful information on the applicability of QML and CML for security-related applications. The study contributes to the growing field of quantum machine learning research, particularly in the context of security data analysis, and offers helpful advice for academics and practitioners working in this area.

Machine Learning (ML) has changed the way computers work by letting them learn from data and make smart choices. However, traditional ML techniques encounter scalability and efficiency constraints as datasets get larger and computational problems become more complicated[1]. These restrictions could be circumvented by the new paradigms that quantum computing offers by using entanglement and superposition [2], [3]. The combination of the Quantum computing with the Machine Learning is called the Quantum Machine Learning(QML), offers efficiency improvements, new algorithmic opportunities, and speedups in certain linear algebraic operations. So, this review dives deeply into quantum-classical algorithms, with a particular emphasis on the approaches like quantum neural network and quantum support vector machines. We examine computational complexity, architectural design, benchmarking findings, and real-world applications (such as optimization, cryptography, and classification). We also discuss important issues including scalability, data encoding, and noise, and we suggest future paths for error prevention and scalable structures.
The merger between Quantum Computing (QC) and Machine Learning (ML) will enable health analytics to be experienced in a way never seen before with unmatched efficiency and power. Conventional methods of healthcare data processing have not been able to work with very big and complex data sets that are related to medical imaging, genomics, and real-time tracking of the patients. Quantum Machine Learning (QML) has an advantage, as it uses new algorithms to work with such multidimensional data with much better accuracy, speed, and predictive power. This paper presents the essential contribution of QML to healthcare analytics, such as supporting diagnosis, to personalized medicine and predictive modelling. This quantum enhanced deep learning models will achieve what is currently being done at the larger scale in the field of medicine at a faster rate a thousand times, through earlier detection of diseases like cancer, Alzheimer disease and heart diseases. In drug discovery, quantum algorithms decrease the simulation of molecular interactions down to the atomic scale, which saves a substantial amount of time and cost of research. Security is, nevertheless, a massive issue since future developments in quantum theory will generate quantum-wise systems that will bring misfortunes to conventional encryption solutions adopted within healthcare systems. The implications of post-quantum cryptography that ensures the strong data privacy and safe patient records in quantum-powered ecosystem are discussed. Scalability obstacles, systems creation, and integration with traditional ML models, however, exist. Real-world applications and future perspectives on the quantum-enhanced healthcare analytics upon which plans have already been laid are presented. Looking ahead, QML will build in the transition of healthcare systems toward analytics frameworks faster, much more precise, and enhanced secure, heralding in the day of precision medicine early diagnostics and a new age for healthcare innovation.
