Quantum-Enhanced Bayesian Network Structure for Risk Assessment

Jincheng Zhang

Quantum-enhanced Bayesian Network (Q-BN) structure offers a promising avenue for significantly enhancing risk assessment accuracy through the application of quantum algorithms. This paper investigates the potential of incorporating quantum phenomena into Bayesian Network modeling, specifically focusing on quantum-enhanced Bayesian inference to address limitations inherent in classical approaches. We explore the theoretical implications and initial experimental validation of this novel framework, aiming to deliver superior risk predictions compared to conventional Bayesian Networks. This work presents a comprehensive analysis of the challenges and opportunities associated with quantum-enhanced Bayesian Networks, ultimately contributing to a robust and potentially transformative approach to risk assessment.
