Abstract

Abstract This research explores the effects of decoherence on local quantum Fisher information and quantum coherence dynamics in a spin‐1/2 Ising‐XYZ chain model with independent reservoirs at zero temperature. Contrasting these effects with those in the spin‐1/2 Heisenberg XYZ model reveals intricate interactions among quantum coherence, entanglement, and environmental decoherence in spin systems. Analysis of coherence dynamics highlights differences between the original and hybrid models, showcasing increased entanglement due to Ising interactions alongside reduced coherence from environmental redistribution. proves more resilient than coherence in specific scenarios, emphasizing decoherence's varying impacts on quantum correlations. This research underscores the complexity of quantum coherence dynamics and the crucial role of environmental factors in shaping quantum correlations, providing insights into entanglement and coherence behavior under environmental influences and guiding future studies in quantum information processing and correlation dynamics.

Local quantum Fisher information and Jensen-Shannon coherence dynamics of two-spin-qubits XYZ-Heisenberg state

Ahmad Almutlg, Abdel‐Baset A. Mohamed, Atta Rahman +1 more

In this study, we investigate the impact of the XYZ-DM-Heisenberg model on quantum resources, including local quantum Fisher information, concurrence, and Jensen-Shannon coherence, in the presence of intrinsic decoherence. By exploring various spin-exchange interactions, with a focus on the role of the y-DM interaction, we reveal how these interactions affect quantum correlations and coherence dynamics. We find that the system transitions from separability to the generation of quantum properties when spin interactions are introduced. The specific parameter choices significantly influence the dynamic map of quantum functions. Notably, strong y-DM interaction, in combination with equal spin interaction, leads to pronounced fluctuations, while weak DM interaction results in sudden death and rebirth in the x direction. Additionally, ferro- and anti-ferromagnetic regimes impact the quantum functions differently. In the presence of intrinsic decoherence, fluctuations decrease, and coherence remains robust compared to the local quantum Fisher information and entanglement, reducing loss.

Local quantum Fisher information and local quantum uncertainty in two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ chain with Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interactions

Soroush Haseli

Abstract Quantum correlations play an important role in quantum information theory. Quantum Fisher information (QFI) via local observables and via local measurements (i.e. local QFI (LQFI)) is a fundamental concept in quantum estimation and quantum metrology. LQFI captures the quantumness of correlations in a multicomponent quantum system. This new discord-like measure is very similar to the quantum correlations measure called local quantum uncertainty (LQU). In this work we will study the LQFI and the LQU in the two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ spin chain model with Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya (DM) interaction in the z -direction. Here we show that the DM interaction and spin interactions along the x - and z -axes can increase and maintain LQFI and LQU. It is also shown that because of thermal fluctuations LQFI and LQU are decreased by increasing temperature. They are equal to one at very low temperature and start to decay only after a thereshold temperature.

Dynamics of quantum coherence and correlations in a transverse Ising spin chain environment

Qi Han, Huan Wang, Shuai Wang +2 more

In this paper, we study the dynamical processes of quantum coherence and correlations for two central qubits system coupled with a transverse Ising spin chain. Suppose the initial state of quantum system is the Werner state and the initial state of environment is the ground state of spin chain, and the corresponding time evolution operator, decoherence factor and reduced density matrix are given. We deduce the analytical expressions of evolution of quantum coherence, entanglement and quantum discord. We find that when the spin chain undergoes quantum phase transition (QPT), the entanglement vanished at time [Formula: see text], and the coherence and discord vanished when the decoherence factor decayed to zero. Besides, we also find that the environmental scale N, coupling strength g and parameter P of Werner state do not change the evolution rules of quantum correlation, but accelerate their decay rate with these parameters’ increase.

Two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ dynamics of local quantum Fisher information, skew information coherence: Dyzaloshinskii–Moriya interaction and decoherence

Abdel‐Baset A. Mohamed, Abdel‐Haleem Abdel‐Aty, Eman G. El-Hadidy +1 more

We theoretically demonstrate how to achieve quantum entanglement control of a dissipative anisotropic two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ model. New dynamical features of local quantum coherence, local quantum Fisher information and Bures distance entanglement are achieved by controlling the initial state setting, DM interaction and decoherence. The proposed scheme allows for the generation of sudden changes in the entanglement. We illustrate the control by manipulating the local quantum coherence, Fisher information dynamics, and the sudden appearance of the disentanglement intervals. We further consider simultaneous changes in these behaviors for different values of the system parameters. These results provide helpful significance for understanding the dynamics of the dissipative anisotropic two-qubit Heisenberg XYZ model.

Non‐Markovian Protection and Thermal Fragility of Quantum Resources in a Spin‐1/2 Ising–Heisenberg Diamond Chain

Fadwa Benabdallah, Mahmoud Youssef Abd‐Rabbou, Mohammed Daoud A

Abstract This research investigates the dynamics of entanglement and uncertainty‐induced nonlocality (UIN) in a spin‐1/2 Ising‐Heisenberg diamond chain subjected to local non‐Markovian decoherence channels. By examining amplitude damping (AD) and random telegraph noise (RTN) in both zero and finite temperature regimes, the study reveals nuanced distinctions in the degradation and revival of quantum correlations. The interplay between intrinsic spin couplings, thermal effects, and memory‐induced coherence backflow highlights the complex behavior of quantum resources under realistic noise conditions. Concurrence emerges as a sensitive marker of entanglement recovery in dephasing environments, while uncertainty‐induced nonlocality proves more resilient in high‐temperature or dissipative regimes. The analysis further demonstrates that moderate thermal activation and external magnetic fields can nontrivially enhance or suppress quantum features depending on system parameters. These findings offer a detailed perspective on the robustness and complementarity of different quantum correlation measures, providing guiding principles for the design of thermally stable and noise‐resilient quantum information protocols.

Exploring quantum correlations of two-qubit Heisenberg chain model influenced by magnetic dipole–dipole, magnetic field, and a symmetric cross interaction

M. Youssef, S. I. Ali, Mahmoud Youssef Abd‐Rabbou +1 more

Abstract The concepts of concurrence, 3-steerability, and Clauser–Horne–Shimony–Holt (CHSH) inequality are employed to investigate the environmental impacts on the quantum correlations of the two-spin-1/2 Heisenberg XYZ chain model. In particular, the effects of a homogeneous magnetic field, symmetric cross interaction, and dipole–dipole interaction on the entanglement, degree of steerability, and non-locality are discussed. Results show that the entanglement and steering phenomena are bounded by the non-locality for both positive and negative values of dipole–dipole coupling. It has also been observed that higher symmetric cross-interaction strengthens the quantum correlations, whereas the homogeneous magnetic field weakens the quantumness of the system. The findings indicate that a magnetic field normal to the magnetic dipole yields better quantum correlations than when they are parallel.
