Abstract

Abstract Based on the four-qubit cluster state as quantum channel, we put forward a novel scheme for teleporting a two-qubit arbitrary entangled state. The necessary quantum operations for accomplishing the task are two controlled-not gate operations, one controlled-phase gate operation, four single-qubit measurements and two single-qubit transformed operations. They are easily achievable with current experimental techniques. Besides, the present scheme is deterministic because its probability of success is 100 % .

Probabilistic teleportation of arbitrary two-particle entangled state via cluster state

NI Zhi-xiang

Two schemes for teleporting an unknown two-particle entangled state via a four-qubit non-maximally entangled cluster state as quantum channel are proposed. In the first scheme,a special bipartite entangled state was teleported, the receiver Bob can reconstruct the original state with a certain probability according to the sender Alice's measurement results, and the successful probability is determined by the smallest two coefficients' absolute values of the cluster state. In the latter scheme an arbitrary two-particle entangled state was teleported.Contrast to the first scheme, Bob should perform a quantum controlled phase gate operation besides the unitary transformation. The considerable advantage is that it employs a non-maximally entangled cluster state as quantum channel in these two schemes. Thus, the schemes can greatly reduce the amount of entanglement resources and need less classical bits.

Two different efficient controlled quantum teleportation schemes via four-qubit cluster state

Hao Yuan, Zhanjun Zhang

Abstract By utilizing the four-qubit cluster state as quantum channel, two efficient quantum schemes for teleporting an arbitrary single-qubit state in a controlled manner are put forward. In one scheme the controller needs to dominate a qubit only, while in another scheme the controller has to hold two qubits. The inspection of the necessary operations indicates that both schemes are feasible in terms of the current technologies. Moreover, these two schemes are compared with two competing schemes which employ the same quantum channel [i.e., the JM-schemes proposed by Jiang and Mo, Int. J. Theor. Phys. 56, 3084 (2017)]. It is found that, in contrast to the JM-schemes, the schemes we proposed have some prominent advantages, such as lower consumption of classical information, fewer necessary local quantum operations, and higher intrinsic efficiency.

Quantum Teleportation with Linear Cluster-class States

钟 锋 ZHONG Feng, 于立志 YU Li-zhi, 李春树 LI Chun-shu

A scheme for teleportation of an arbitrary two-qubit state using a four-qubit linear cluster-class state is proposed.Quantum teleportation can be successfully realized with a certain probability if the receiver can adopt an appropriate collective unitary transformation after receiving the sender's Bell-state measurement information. The scheme is more practical than previous ones using maximally entangled states as the quantum channel. In addition,an important conclusion is obtained from the above scheme that a maximally four-qubit entangled state(cluster state)is extracted from a single copy of the cluster-class state with the same probability as the teleportation.

A scheme of quantum teleportation of an arbitrary two-qubit state by using a five-qubit cluster state as the quantum channel is proposed. In the scheme, the sender needs to perform five-qubit joint von-Neumann measurement on her qubits, the receiver can reconstruct the arbitrary two-qubit by performing some appropriately unitary transformations on his qubits after he knows the measured results of the sender. This teleportation scheme is deterministic, and the probability of successful teleportation is 100%.

Teleportation of an Arbitrary Two-Particle State via a Single Cluster-Class State

Xin-Wen Wang

Teleportation of an arbitrary two-qubit state with a single partially entangled state, a four-qubit linear cluster-class state, is studied. The case is more practical than previous ones using maximally entangled states as the quantum channel. In order to realize teleportation, we first construct a cluster-basis of 16 orthonormal cluster states. We show that quantum teleportation can be successfully implemented with a certain probability if the receiver can adopt appropriate unitary transformations after receiving the sender's cluster-basis measurement information. In addition, an important conclusion can be obtained that a four-qubit maximally entangled state (cluster state) can be extracted from a single copy of the cluster-class state with the same probability as the teleportation in principle.

Quantum Controlled Teleportation of Arbitrary Two-Qubit State via Entangled States

Lei Shi, Kaihang Zhou, Jiahua Wei +2 more

We put forward an efficient quantum controlled teleportation scheme, in which arbitrary two-qubit state is transmitted from the sender to the remote receiver via two entangled states under the control of the supervisor. In this paper, we use the combination of one two-qubit entangled state and one three-qubit entangled state as quantum channel for achieving the transmission of unknown quantum states. We present the concrete implementation processes of this scheme. Furthermore, we calculate the successful probability and the amount of classical information of our protocol.
