MATHEMATICAL STRUCTURE OF THE EIGENSTATES OF OPERATOR ak AND THEIR PROPERTIES

Ji‐Suo Wang, 聊城师范学院物理系,聊城,252059

Based on the reference [1] , the mathematical and quantum statistical properties of the orthonormalized eigenstates of operator αk (k=3) are studied in this paper. It is found that all the orthonormalized eigenstates have nonclassical effects and they form a nonclassical complete representation. The result given by the reference [1] in the case k = 3 is only a special instance of the general conclusion of ours.

Nonclassical Properties of the Superposition of the qs-Coherent State

Chen Chang

In this paper, the superposition of the qs coherent states is constructed, and its nonclassical properties such as squeezing property, antibunching effect are studied. The effects of the superposition coefficient and deformed parameter q and s variables on these nonclassical properties are discussed by making use of numerical calculation. The relevant results of the even and odd qs coherent states, as special cases, are contained in more general conclusion of this paper.

Angular-momentum nonclassicality by breaking classical bounds on statistics

Alfredo Luis, ́Angel Rivas

We derive simple practical procedures revealing the quantum behavior of angular momentum variables by the violation of classical upper bounds on the statistics. Data analysis is minimum and definite conclusions are obtained without evaluation of moments, or any other more sophisticated procedures. These nonclassical tests are very general and independent of other typical quantum signatures of nonclassical behavior such as sub-Poissonian statistics, squeezing, or oscillatory statistics, being insensitive to the nonclassical behavior displayed by other variables.
