Using the theoretical formulism of S. De Palo etal [Laser Physics, 15, 376 (2005)], we have evaluated momentum distribution n(k) of atomic Fermi gas near the unitarity limit as a function of k/kF for different values of
Using the theoretical formalism of T. H. Johnson etal.[PRL,116,240403 (2016)], Y. Nishida [PRL 114, 115302 (2015)], W. Yi and X. Chi[Phys.Rev. A92, 013623 (2015)] and A. Sindona etal.[PRL 111, 165303 (2013)], we have theoretically evaluated the dynamic structure factor (DSF) and spectral density of Fermi super fluid along BCS-BEC crossover regime. The evaluation is based on a model in which an impurity atom is trapped by an anharmonic potential with attractive interaction. We have evaluated impurity decay rate 4 (10 ) F E as a function of vibrational energy A F E for BCS limit ( 1 Fs ka =-0.5), unitarity limit ( 1 Fs ka =0.0) and BEC limit ( 1 Fs ka =1.0) respectively. Our theoretically obtained results show that
Using a scattering length parametrization of the crossover from a BCS state to a Bose-Einstein condensate as well as the local density approximation for the density profile, we calculate the momentum distribution of a harmonically trapped atomic Fermi gas at zero temperature. Various interaction regimes are considered, including the BCS phase, the unitarity limit, and the molecular regime. We show that the relevant parameter which characterizes the crossover is given by the dimensionless combination N1/6a/aho, where N is the number of atoms, a is the scattering length, and aho is the oscillator length. The width of the momentum distribution is shown to depend in a crucial way on the value and sign of this parameter. Our predictions can be relevant for experiments on ultracold atomic Fermi gases near a Feshbach resonance.
