Pump-coupled micromasers

János A. Bergou, Mark S. Hillery

The traditional way to induce coherence between two lasers is to inject part of the output of one into the other. Here we wish to discuss a different coupling method which we shall consider in the context of two micromasers. In this case the coupling of the two masers will be through the pump and not through their fields.
