Abstract

Abstract We investigate the criteria for two-qubit states that could be transmitted via W-state. The appropriate criterias are entangled states which have maximum number of terms equal to number of channel terms and maximum of two different constants. We have also shown quantum teleportation of a particular type of two-qubit state via three-qubit GHZ-like states, with Alice possesses the first qubit of the channel and the rest belongs to Bob. GHZ-like state is an entangled state which has different characteristic from GHZ state. It is stronger against particle loss than GHZ state. Furthermore, GHZ-like states which can teleport a particular type of two-qubit state are GHZ-like states which have two terms.

Two-way quantum teleportation via GHZ quadripartite entangled state

HU Yu-a

A scheme of two-way teleportation was proposed, with GHZ quadripartite entangled state as quantum channel. Two sides of communication(Alice and Bob) shared two pairs of GHZ quadripartite entangled state in advance. After communication,Alice and Bob performed quantum projection measurement on their own qubits respectively, and announced the measured results via classical channel. Then according to the measured results presented by the other party,Alice and Bob can make appropriate unitary transformations that its own party can reconstruct the opposite quantum state information, and thus the whole two-way teleportation was realized. As long as the both sides of communication chose the suitable GHZ entangled state as quantum channel and distributed the entangled partites imparity and properly in advance,two-way teleporting including unknown general one qubit and two qubits entangled Bell state or three qubits entangled GHZ state could be realized respectively.

Bidirectional Quantum Teleportation by Using a Four-Qubit GHZ State and Two Bell States

Jinlian Chen, Dongfen Li, Mingzhe Liu +1 more

In this paper, a theoretical scheme for bidirectional quantum teleportation by using a four-qubit GHZ state and two Bell states as a quantum channel is proposed. In this scheme, two arbitrary single-qubit quantum states and an unknown three-qubit state can be mutually transmitted between the two communication participants Alice and Bob. The quantum state information can be transmitted if Alice performs four single-qubit measurement operations on her qubits and Bob carries out a four-qubit joint measurement on his qubits, respectively. Then both Alice and Bob can reconstruct the target quantum state by means of appropriate unitary operations. Then we take comparisons with the other bidirectional quantum teleportation protocols in five aspects of quantum information bits transmitted, necessary operations, consumption of quantum resource, consumption of classical resource and intrinsic efficiency. Furthermore, we use channel authentication method to ensure the channel security and prove that our protocol can withstand four attack scenarios. It is concluded that our scheme has significant advantages of more qubits number transmitted, higher intrinsic efficiency and high security.

Bidirectional quantum teleportation of two-qubit entangled state by using G-state as a quantum channel

Vikram Verma

Abstract In this paper, we propose a new scheme for faithful bidirectional quantum teleportation (BQT) of special type of two-qubit entangled states by using single G state as a quantum channel. In 2016, by using five-qubit and six-qubit entangled states as the quantum channels, two different BQT schemes were proposed by Sang ((2016) Int. J. Theor. Phys . 55 , 1333) and Hassanpour et al ((2016) Quantum Inf. Process. 15 , 905) respectively. In first scheme, Alice teleports a special type of two-qubit entangled state to Bob and at the same time Bob teleports a single qubit state to Alice. In later scheme, Alice and Bob teleport special type of two-qubit entangled state to each other simultaneously. In contrast to these schemes, in our proposed scheme Alice and Bob can teleport special type of two-qubit entangled states to each other simultaneously while the quantum channel is a four-qubit entangled state. Our proposed BQT scheme requires minimum consumption of quantum and classical resources and it has maximum intrinsic efficiency as compared with previous BQT schemes. We also generalize our scheme for bidirectional quantum teleportation of N-qubit entangled states.

PERFECT TELEPORTATION OF UNKNOWN QUDIT BY A d-LEVEL GHZ CHANNEL

Yinxiang Long, Daowen Qiu, Dongyang Long

In the past decades, various schemes of teleportation of quantum states through different types of quantum channels (a prior shared entangled state between the sender and the receiver), e.g. EPR pairs, generalized Bell states, qubit GHZ states, standard W states and its variations, genuine multiqubit entanglement states, etc., have been developed. Recently, three-qutrit quantum states and two-qudit quantum states have also been considered as quantum channels for teleportation. In this paper, we investigate the teleportation of an unknown qudit using a d level GHZ state, i.e. a three-qudit maximally entangled state, as quantum channel. We design a general scheme of faithful teleportation of an unknown qudit using a d-level GHZ state shared between the sender and the receiver, or among the sender, the receiver and the controller; an unknown two-qudit of Schmidt form using a d level GHZ state shared between the sender and the receiver; as well as an unknown arbitrary two-qudit using two shared d level GHZ states between the sender, the receiver and the controller, or using one shared d level GHZ state and one shared generalized Bell state. We obtain the general formulas of Alice's measurement basis, Charlie's measurement basis and Bob's unitary operations to recover the input state of Alice. It is intuitionistic to generalize the protocols of teleporting an arbitrary two-qudit state to teleporting an arbitrary n-qudit state.

Teleportation of the entangled state of two superconducting qubits

S. Salimian, Mohammad Kazem Tavassoly, N. Sehati

Abstract An efficient scheme is proposed to teleport an entangled state of two superconducting (SC) qubits from Alice's to Bob's lab. This type of two-level systems has recently attracted a lot of attention due to the possible tunability of the coupling strength of the qubits with each other. To achieve the purpose, we first generate the GHZ state as the necessary teleportation channel. Then, appropriate interactions are performed in two processes between two of the five qubits, each with a certain frequency modulative external magnetic field which is applied on specific one of the qubits. Next, via applying proper gates and measurements in each lab, we observe that the teleportation can be successfully performed with maximum possible values of fidelity and success probability. At last, to make the protocol close to reality, decay rates of SC qubits are also taken into account, showing that our protocol still works well, satisfactorily.

Quantum Teleportation of Two-particle Entangled State(EPR PAIR)

Feng Jin-fu

A scheme of a two-particle entangled state via entanglement swapping is proposed.By using a three-particle entangled state as a quantum channel,a GHZ state is defined, which can be used by Alice for joint measurement. When Bob performs a corresponding unitary transformation, quantum teleportation of a two-particle entangled state can be successfully realized.
