Abstract This article analyzes and compares various Quantum learning algorithms on big data. The main contribution of this article is to provide a new machine-learning approach using Quantum computing for big data analysis with features of robust, novel, and effective Quantum machine images and transit mode. Currently, there is no efficient method for doing Quantum image recognition or classification due to the lack of an effective Quantum feature extraction technique. This work proposes a global Quantum feature extraction technique based on Schmidt decomposition for the first time. Additionally, a new version of the Quantum learning algorithm is shown, which uses the features' Hamming distance to classify images. With the help of algorithm analysis and experimental findings from the benchmark database Caltech 101, a successful method for large-scale image classification is developed and put forth in the context of big data. The proposed model yields an with an average accuracy of 98\% with the proposed enhanced Quantum classifier, QeSVM classifier, swarm particle optimizer with Twin wave SVM, QPSO-TWSVM, and other Q-CNN models on different Big Data sets.
Quantum image processing uses quantum computing, which implements the concepts of entanglement and superposition to increase efficiency, scalability, and revolutionary promise in demanding image processing ap plications. In this research paper, a comprehensive frame work for quantum image processing (QIP) is presented, which includes innovative quantum algorithms for pattern recognition, image improvement, and representation. The system presents advanced quantum encoding models for effective image data manipulation and storage. In addition, it discusses the quantum image-based algorithms that give better results than classical techniques in terms of speed and accuracy for image enhancement tasks such as edge recognition, contrast adjustment, and noise reduction. Researchers have developed quantum-based feature ex traction and classification methods for pattern recognition, which demonstrate enhanced scalability and accuracy for complex visual data. It has various applications in satellite data processing, secure visual data transmission, and medical imaging highlighted by simulations and theoretical analysis that confirm the proposed approaches.
In this paper, an innovative Quantum image recognition algorithm, Quantum Auto Gradient Descent (QAGD), is proposed. The algorithm combines the advantages of quantum convolutional neural networks (QCNN), autoencoders (AE) and low-lot gradient descent (MGD). The introduction of an automatic encoder into the quantum convolutional neural network can effectively extract image features and reduce dimensionality, reduce data dimensions while retaining key information, and improve the model's ability to capture image features. At the same time, combined with the small-batch gradient descent optimization strategy, the model parameters are iteratively updated through small-batch data, which speeds up the model convergence speed and improves the training efficiency. In the experimental part, we compare QAGD with traditional image recognition algorithms, and the results show that QAGD algorithm has significant advantages in improving image recognition performance and reducing false positive rate, with higher recognition accuracy and faster training speed. This fully verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of QAGD architecture in the application of image recognition algorithms based on quantum convolutional neural networks.
This article presents the most common image recognition algorithms implemented for a quantum neural network, consider them and draw a conclusion which algorithm is preferable to use in this or that case. Currently, there is a rapid increase in interest in quantum algorithms for pattern recognition, since the first quantum computers have already appeared.
