We revisit one of the first quantum Monte Carlo methods using a combination of the Suzuki–Trotter transformation and Taylor series expansion for the XYZ Heisenberg chain with a magnetic field along the z-axis. We show a substantial gain in accuracy and computational time. This combination is especially useful for small magnetic fields and lower temperatures.
