We introduce entangled pair coherent states of a noncommutative harmonic oscillator operators associated with a q-deformed oscillator algebra. The definition of two-mode q-deformed operator and the decomposition of its eigenstates in terms of the q-deformed Fock states are obtained. The general solution of the recurrence relation of the first nondeformed quadrature is obtained. The asymptotic behavior of the general solution is studied, a complete expansion is derived, and also representations of the general solution in terms of the Gauss hypergeometric function are given. Also, we prove that the general solution is related to Meixner-Pollaczek orthogonal polynomial and calculate the weight function. The photons number distribution, the second order correlation function and the optical tomogram of the entangled pair coherent states are discussed. The recurrence relation for the first q-deformed quadrature is inferred. We evaluate the eigenstate of the q-deformed quadrature operator and give a numerical study for the optical tomogram of the q-deformed of the entangled pair coherent states. Finally, we show the change of the parameters in the entangled pair coherent states that connected with physical quantities and explain how they affect the format of optimal tomography.

In this manuscript, we study the deformed optical tomography for excited coherent states associated to deformed Heisenberg algebra. By using the numerical solution of the recurrence relation, we evaluate the eigenstates of the deformed quadrature operator and give the exact analytical formula of the optical tomogram for the photon-added deformed coherent states (PA-DCSs) and photon-added deformed cat coherent states (PA-DCCSs). Finally, we display the variation of the excited coherent states in the terms of the different physical parameters defined in the coherent states and show how these parameters affect the shape of the optimal tomography.
We construct the photon-added coherent states of a noncommutative harmonic oscillator associated to a q-deformed oscillator algebra. Various nonclassical properties of the corresponding system are explored, first, by studying two different types of higher-order quadrature squeezing, namely, the Hillery type and the Hong-Mandel type, and second, by testing the sub-Poissonian nature of photon statistics in higher order with the help of the correlation function and the Mandel parameter. Also, we compare the behavior of different types of quadrature and photon number squeezing of our system with those of the ordinary harmonic oscillator by considering the same set of parameters.
By introducing a generalization of the (p, q)-deformed boson oscillator algebra, we establish a two-parameter deformed oscillator algebra in an infinite-dimensional subspace of the Hilbert space of a harmonic oscillator without first finite Fock states. We construct the associated coherent states, which can be interpreted as photon-added deformed states. In addition to the mathematical characteristics, the quantum statistical properties of these states are discussed in detail analytically and numerically in the context of conventional as well as deformed quantum optics. Particularly, we find that for conventional (nondeformed) photons the states may be quadrature squeezed in both cases Q = pq < 1, Q = pq > 1 and their photon number statistics exhibits a transition from sub-Poissonian to super-Poissonian for Q < 1 whereas for Q > 1 they are always sub-Poissonian. On the other hand, for deformed photons, the states are sub-Poissonian for Q > 1 and no quadrature squeezing occurs while for Q < 1 they show super-Poissonian behavior and there is a simultaneous squeezing in both field quadratures.PACS Nos.: 42.50.Ar, 03.65.w
Two-mode charge (pair) coherent states have been introduced previously by using the 〈η| representation. In this paper, we reobtain these states by a rather different method. Then, using the nonlinear coherent state approach and based on a simple manner by which the representation of two-mode charge coherent states is introduced, we generalize the bosonic creation and annihilation operators to the f -deformed ladder operators and construct a new class of f -deformed charge coherent states. Unlike the (linear) pair coherent states, our presented structure has the potential to generate a large class of pair coherent states with various nonclassicality signs and physical properties which are of interest. For this purpose, we use a few well-known nonlinearity functions associated with particular quantum systems as some physical appearances of our presented formalism. After introducing the explicit form of the above correlated states in the two-mode Fock space, several nonclassicality features of the corresponding states (as well as the two-mode linear charge coherent states) are numerically investigated by calculating quadrature squeezing, the Mandel parameter, the second-order correlation function, the second-order correlation function between the two modes and the Cauchy–Schwartz inequality. Also, the oscillatory behaviour of the photon count and the quasi-probability (Husimi) function of the associated states will be discussed. This article is part of a special issue of Journal of Physics A: Mathematical and Theoretical devoted to ‘Coherent states: mathematical and physical aspects’.
The Heisenberg algebra is first deformed with the set of parameters q,l,λ to generate a new family of generalized coherent states. In this framework, the matrix elements of relevant operators are exactly computed. A proof on sub-Poissonian character of the statistics of the main deformed states is provided. This property is used to determine a generalized metric. A unified method of calculating structure functions from commutation relations of deformed single-mode oscillator algebras is then presented. A natural approach to building coherent states associated to deformed algebras is deduced. Known deformed algebras are given as illustration. Futhermore, we generalize a class of two-parameter deformed Heisenberg algebras related to meromorphic functions, called R(p,q)-deformed algebra. Relevant families of coherent states maps are probed and their corresponding hypergeometric series are computed. The latter generalizes known hypergeometric series and gives to a generalization of the binomial theorem. The involved notions of differentiation and integration generalize the usual q- and (p,q)-differentiation and integration. A Hopf algebra structure compatible with the R(p,q)-algebra is deduced. We succeed in giving a new characterization of Rogers- Szegö polynomials, called R(p,q)-deformed Rogers-Szegö polynomials, by their three-term recursion relations and the associated quantum algebra built with corresponding creation and annihilation operators. Continuous R(p,q)-deformed Hermite polynomials and their recursion relation are also deduced. Novel algebraic relations are provided and discussed. The whole formalism is performed in a unified way, generalizing known relevant results which are straightforwardly derived as particular cases.
In this paper, by using the Wess–Zumino formalism of noncommutative differential calculus, we show that the concept of nonlinear coherent states originates from noncommutative geometry. For this purpose, we first formulate the differential calculus on a GL p, q(2) quantum plane. By using the commutation relations between coordinates and their interior derivatives, we then construct the two-parameter (p, q)-deformed quantum phase space together with the associated deformed Heisenberg commutation relations. Finally, by applying the obtained results for the quantum harmonic oscillator we construct the associated coherent states, which can be identified as nonlinear coherent states. Furthermore, we show that some of the well-known deformed (nonlinear) coherent states, such as two-parameter (p, q)-deformed coherent states, Maths-type q-deformed coherent states, Phys-type q-deformed coherent states and Quesne deformed coherent states, can be easily obtained from our treatment.
